Abstract

The present invention discloses a combination stethoscope, relating to the technical field of stethoscopes. The invention includes an earpiece tube, a sound-picking tube, and a sound-transmitting tubing. The earpiece tube is slidably connected inside the sound-picking tube, which is fixedly connected to an ear-hanging tube. The ear-hanging tube is fixedly connected to a Y-shaped tube, which is in turn fixedly connected to the sound-transmitting tubing. The sound-transmitting tubing is fixedly connected to a chest piece. A reset mechanism is arranged inside the sound-picking tube, which includes a first slide groove provided inside the sound-picking tube. The first slide groove is slidably connected to a moving block. The present invention involves pressing the earpiece tube, which drives the moving block to move down along the first slide groove. One end of the slide rod rotates along the inner wall of the sound-picking tube, while the other end slides along the second slide groove, causing the slide rod to slide to the central position at the top of the second slide groove and engage, thereby driving the earpiece tube to slide inside the sound-picking tube. This solves the problem of the earpiece tube on the stethoscope being exposed to the outside, which is prone to damage and affects the doctor's auscultation, bringing convenience to the doctor's auscultation.

Description

A Combination Stethoscope
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of stethoscopes, specifically, it pertains toa combination stethoscope.
Background Technology
À stethoscope is a diagnostic instrument commonly used by cardiologists. Since its clinical application on March 8, 1817, the shape and sound transmission methods of the stethoscope have been continuously improved. However, its basic structure has not changed much. It typically consists of a chest piece, a sound-conducting tube, and earpieces. It amplifies the collected sounds (frequencies) in a nonlinear manner. The stethoscope is used to collect and amplify sounds emanating from the heart, lungs, arteries, veins, and other visceral organs. In cardiology, the stethoscope is mainly used to listen to the patient's heartbeat for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
As the most fundamental examination tool, the stethoscope is indispensable for every clinical doctor. Additionally, in the hands of cardiologists, the stethoscope can play some special roles. However, existing stethoscopes have a problem in that the earpiece tube is always exposed to the external environment, making it prone to damage, which affects the doctor's auscultation.
Contents of the Invention
To address the technical issues in the related technology, the present invention proposes a combination stethoscope to overcome the above-mentioned technical problems.
To solve the above-mentioned technical problems, the present invention is achieved through the following technical solutions: 10905258
The present invention is a combination stethoscope, comprising earpiece tubes, sound-picking tubes, and sound-transmitting tubing. The earpiece tubes are slidably connected inside the sound-picking tubes. The sound-picking tubes are fixedly connected to ear-hanging tubes. The ear-hanging tubes are fixedly connected to a Y- shaped tube. The Y-shaped tube is fixedly connected to the sound-transmitting tubing.
The sound-transmitting tubing is fixedly connected to the chest piece. The sound- picking tubes are internally provided with a resetting mechanism, which includes a first slide groove opened inside the sound-picking tubes. The first slide groove is slidably connected to a moving block. One end of the moving block is fixedly connected to the earpiece tube, and the other end is fixedly connected to one end of a telescopic rod.
The other end of the telescopic rod is fixedly connected inside the sound-picking tube.
The telescopic rod is sleeved with a compression spring. The moving block is provided with a second slide groove, which is slidably connected to one end of a slide rod. The other end of the slide rod is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the sound-picking tube.
Furthermore, the earpiece tubes, sound-picking tubes, and ear-hanging tubes are provided in two sets, and the two sets of ear-hanging tubes are fixedly connected to both ends of the Y-shaped tube. Similarly, the resetting mechanism is also provided in two sets.
Furthermore, a connecting plate is arranged between the two ear-hanging tubes.
A gear is rotationally mounted inside the connecting plate, and a rack is slidably connected inside the connecting plate. The rack is provided in two sets, and the two sets of racks respectively mesh with the upper and lower ends of the gear. The right side of the upper rack is fixedly connected to the right ear-hanging tube, and the left side of the lower rack is fixedly connected to the left ear-hanging tube.
Furthermore, the gear is provided with a square groove, which is slidably 10905258 connected to a square block. The square block is fixedly installed with a handle and is rotationally mounted on the connecting plate.
Furthermore, the bottom of the chest piece is provided with several through- holes. The upper surface of the chest piece is fixedly connected with a sac. The sac is connected to one end of an infusion tubing through a one-way valve, and the other end of the infusion tubing is fixedly connected with a bag. The lower part of the sac is connected to the interior of the chest piece.
Furthermore, the two sets of ear-hanging tubes have deformability, and the bag is arranged on the Y-shaped tube. The bag is transparent for easy observation of the internal disinfectant volume.
Furthermore, one end of the earpiece tube is provided with an earplug cotton for the doctor's wearing convenience and increased comfort.
Furthermore, the chest piece is made of stainless steel material.
The present invention has the following beneficial effects: 1. By rotating the handle, which is connected to the connecting plate, the square block is driven to rotate. Due to the sliding engagement of the square block within the square groove, the gear is further driven to rotate. Since there are racks meshing with the upper and lower ends of the gear, the upper rack moves to the right, and the lower rack moves to the left. This synchronously expands the ear-hanging tubes on both sides, increasing the distance between the two earpiece tubes. When the doctor feels that the positions of the two earpiece tubes are comfortable and appropriate, they can stop rotating the handle. This allows for use by doctors with different head sizes, improving practicality.
2. By squeezing the sac, air inside the sac is expelled through the through-holes.
Then, due to its own elasticity, the sac returns to its initial expanded state. Under the restriction of the one-way valve, medical disinfectant stored in the sac is drawn into the sac through the infusion tubing. Subsequently, by squeezing the sac again, the disinfectant is expelled through the through-holes. The chest piece is applied to the body, and the expelled disinfectant is spread on the auscultation area of the body. After removing the chest piece from the body, to enhance disinfection, the sac can be squeezed again to moisten the chest piece with disinfectant, further improving the safety and hygiene of the chest piece and reducing the possibility of disease transmission. 3. By pressing the earpiece tube, the moving block is driven to move down along the first slide groove, compressing the telescopic rod. The compression spring undergoes elastic deformation and maintains a certain tension. At the same time, one end of the slide rod rotates along the inner wall of the sound-picking tube, and the other end slides along the second slide groove. This causes the slide rod to slide to the center position at the top of the second slide groove for engagement. This limits the movement of the moving block by the slide rod, keeping its downward position in the first slide groove unchanged. Consequently, the earpiece tube is driven to slide into the sound-picking tube, solving the problem of the earpiece tube always being exposed to the external environment on the stethoscope, which is prone to damage and affects the doctor's auscultation. This brings convenience to the doctor's auscultation.
Of course, any product implementing the present invention does not necessarily need to simultaneously achieve all the advantages described above.

The lower part of the sac 19 is connected to the interior of the chest piece 6.
In one embodiment, for the ear-hanging tubes 4, the two sets of ear-hanging tubes 4 have deformability. The bag 21 is positioned on the Y-shaped tube 5 and is transparent for easy observation of the internal disinfectant volume.
In one embodiment, for the earpiece tubes 1, one end of the earpiece tube 1 is equipped with earplug cotton 22 for the convenience of the doctor's wearing and increased comfort.
In one embodiment, for the chest piece 6, it is made of stainless steel material.
Principle of Operation: When a doctor uses this stethoscope, they first insert the 10905258 earpiece tubes 1 into their ears, with the earplug cotton 22 serving to reduce noise and increase comfort. Then, the distance between the two earpiece tubes 1 is adjusted according to the different sizes of the doctor's head. The doctor rotates the handle 17, which is connected to the connecting plate 12. This action drives the square block 16 to rotate, and due to the sliding engagement of the square block 16 within the square groove 15, it further drives the gear 14 to rotate. With racks 13 meshing at the upper and lower ends of the gear 14, the upper rack 13 moves to the right and the lower rack 13 moves to the left. This synchronously expands the ear-hanging tubes 4 on both sides, increasing the distance between the two earpiece tubes 1. When the doctor feels that the positions of the two earpiece tubes 1 are comfortable and appropriate, they can stop rotating the handle 17. This allows for use by doctors with different head sizes, improving practicality.
After completing the above operation, the doctor can squeeze the sac 19. Air inside the sac 19 is expelled through the through-holes 18. Then, due to its own elasticity, the sac 19 returns to its initial expanded state. Under the restriction of the one-way valve, medical disinfectant stored in the bag 21 is drawn into the sac 19 through the infusion tubing 20. Then, the sac 19 is squeezed again, expelling the disinfectant through the through-holes 18 and allowing it to flow onto the copper membrane on the lower surface of the chest piece 6. The doctor then brings the chest piece 6 close to the patient's skin while simultaneously squeezing the sac 19. The disinfectant in the sac 19 is expelled through the through-holes 18, allowing the chest piece 6 to adhere to the body. The expelled disinfectant is spread on the auscultation area of the body. After removing the chest piece 6 from the body, to enhance disinfection, the sac 19 can be squeezed again to moisten the chest piece 6 with disinfectant, further improving the safety and hygiene of the chest piece 6 and reducing the possibility of disease transmission.
After completing the auscultation, the doctor can remove the earpiece tubes 1.
Then, by pressing the earpiece tubes 1, the moving block 8 is driven downward along 10905258 the first slide groove 7, causing the telescopic rod 9 to compress. The compression spring 10 undergoes elastic deformation and maintains a certain tension. At the same time, one end of the slide rod 11 rotates along the inner wall of the sound-picking tube 2, while the other end slides along the second slide groove 23. This causes the slide rod 11 to slide to the top center position of the second slide groove 23 and engage.
This limits the movement of the moving block 8 by the slide rod 11, keeping the downward position unchanged in the first slide groove 7. Consequently, the earpiece tubes 1 are moved inside the sound-picking tubes 2, thereby solving the problem of the earpiece tubes 1 on the stethoscope always being exposed to the external environment, which can be easily damaged and affect the doctor's auscultation. This brings convenience to the doctor's auscultation.
If the doctor wants to remove the earpiece tubes 1, they simply need to press the earpiece tubes 1 again. This action will cause the earpiece tubes 1 to move the moving block 8 downward along the first slide groove 7. This, in turn, causes one end of the slide rod 11 to rotate along the inner wall of the sound-picking tube 2, while the other end slides along the second slide groove 23. This disengages the slide rod 11 from the top center position of the second slide groove 23, allowing it to break free.
Consequently, the compression spring 10 drives the telescopic rod 9 to reset, moving the moving block 8 upward, and subsequently causing the earpiece tubes 1 to move upward, exposing them again for easy wearing by the doctor.
