Description
A Guidance Teaching Device for College Student Employment
The present invention relates to the technical field of teaching equipment, specifically to a guidance teaching device for college student employment.
Background Technology
In the process of providing employment guidance to college students, it is generally necessary to use an electronic whiteboard to display information. However, existing interactive electronic whiteboards have the following drawbacks: Firstly, due to surface dust and finger contact, the electronic whiteboard surface is prone to dirtiness, requiring manual periodic cleaning with a cloth. Because it is difficult to control the wiping force precisely, it is easy to damage the electronic whiteboard.
Moreover, the large surface area of the electronic whiteboard makes manual cleaning time-consuming and labor-intensive. Secondly, electronic whiteboards are generally supported by a stand, which poses a risk of tilting during use. Due to the lack of protective structures, the electronic whiteboard is susceptible to being dropped and damaged. Thirdly, the existing stand for electronic whiteboards cannot be adjusted in height, which means the electronic whiteboard cannot meet the requirements of different heights. Adding an electric lifting mechanism would obviously increase the equipment cost, and the operation of the electric lifting mechanism would generate some noise.

Specific Embodiments
The following will provide a clear and complete description of the technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. Obviously, the described embodiments are only part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the technology without creative work are within the scope of protection of the present invention.
Please refer to FIGs. 1-7. The present invention provides an embodiment: a guidance teaching device for college student employment, comprising a frame 1.
Protective components 3 are installed on both sides of the outer walls of the frame 1, and an elevating rod component 4 is installed on the lower surface of the frame 1. An electronic whiteboard 11 is fixedly connected inside the frame 1, and a cleaning component 2 is provided on one side of the electronic whiteboard 11. The cleaning component 2 includes a cleaning block 21. The electronic whiteboard 11 is provided with a cleaning block 21 on one side, and a spray nozzle 23 is installed at the bottom ofthe cleaning block 21. The cleaning block 21 is fixedly connected with a first cylinder
22, and the spray nozzle 23 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the first cylinder 17905260 22. Two one-way valves 24 are fixedly connected at one end of the first cylinder 22 and a gear 28 is installed at the other end of the first cylinder 22. A first piston 25 is slidably connected inside the first cylinder 22, and a threaded sleeve 26 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the first piston 25. A threaded rod 27 is threaded inside the threaded sleeve 26, and the gear 28 is fixedly connected to the other end of the threaded rod 27. The gear 28 engages with a rack 29, which is fixedly connected to the frame 1. The cleaning component 2 uses manual force to drive the first cylinder 22, causing the gear 28 to move along the rack 29. The threaded rod 27 on the gear 28 rotates accordingly, driving the threaded sleeve 26. Due to the limitation of the first piston 25 by the first cylinder 22, the threaded sleeve 26 can only perform telescopic motion along the threaded rod 27. When the first cylinder 22 moves downward, the threaded sleeve 26 extends, pushing the cleaning liquid inside the first cylinder 22 through one of the one- way valves 24 into the spray nozzle 23, spraying the cleaning liquid onto the surface of the electronic whiteboard 11. The cleaning block 21 then wipes it.
When the first cylinder 22 moves upward, the threaded sleeve 26 retracts, and the first piston 25 retracts, allowing the cleaning liquid to enter the first cylinder 22 through the other one-way valve 24, achieving the cleaning of the electronic whiteboard 11. The lower end of the elevating rod component 4 is equipped with a stand 5, and a water storage tank 6 is fixedly connected to the stand 5. Corresponding to the two ends of the first cylinder 22 on the frame 1, there are grooves 12, and the threaded rod 27 and two one-way valves 24 are respectively located within the grooves 12. The stand 5 is used to support the device, and the water storage tank 6 serves as a liquid supply mechanism.
The grooves 12 are used to accommodate the threaded rod 27 and two one-way valves 24. The output end of one of the one-way valves 24 is in communication with the first cylinder 22, while the input end is connected to the output end of the water storage tank 6. This one-way valve 24 is the liquid inlet end of the first cylinder 22. The output end of the other one-way valve 24 is in communication with the input end of the spray nozzle 23, while the input end is connected to the first cylinder 22. This one-way valve 24 is the liquid outlet end of the first cylinder 22. The protective components 3 include support plates 31, first connecting bases 32, guide 17905260 rods 33, second connecting bases 34, and first springs 35. Support plates 31 are installed on both sides of the frame 1, and two first connecting bases 32 are fixedly connected to the support plates 31. Guide rods 33 are slidably connected to the first connecting bases 32, and second connecting bases 34 are fixedly connected to both ends of the guide rods 33. The second connecting bases 34 are fixedly connected to the frame 1. The protective components 3 use the support plates 31 to support the device when it falls.
First springs 35 are installed on both sides of the first connecting bases 32, and the first springs 35 are socketed onto the guide rods 33. The other end of the first springs 35 is set on the second connecting bases 34. The first springs 35 reduce shock on the support plates 31, thereby improving the anti-fall effect and avoiding damage to the electronic whiteboard 11. The elevating rod component 4 comprises a valve 41, first connecting pipes 42, second connecting pipes 43, a valve core 44, a second spring 45, channels 46, a plunger 47, connecting frames 48, connectors 49, a pivot 410, a top pin 411, a supporting pipe 412, a second piston 413, through-holes 414, and a second cylinder 415. The plunger 47 is located at the bottom of the frame 1, and connecting frames 48 are fixedly connected to both ends of the plunger 47. Connecting frames 48 are hinged with connectors 49, and connectors 49 are hinged to the frame 1. The other end of the connectors 49 is hinged with the top pin411. The elevating rod component 4 uses the plunger 47 to drive the connector 49, thereby triggering the action of the top pin 411. The connector 49 is fixedly connected to the pivot 410, and the pivot 410 is rotatably connected to the frame 1. The connector 49 is hinged with the frame 1 through the pivot 410. Valves 41 are installed on both sides of the plunger 47, and the valves 41 are fixedly connected to the lower surface of the frame 1. The output end of the valves 41 is in communication with the first connecting pipes 42, and the top pin 411 is slidably connected inside the first connecting pipes 42. A valve core 44 is slidably connected inside the valves 41, and the valve core 44 is set at the bottom of the top pin 411. A channel 46 is opened on the valve core 44, and a second spring 45 is set at the bottom of the valve core 44. The other end of the second spring 45 is set inside the valve 41. The input end of the valve
41 is in communication with the second connecting pipes 43. The valve 41 uses the 17905260 valve core 44 to control the conduction of the first connecting pipes 42, and the second spring 45 keeps the valve core 44 in a normally closed state. The top pin 411 is used to push down the valve core 44 to open it. The second connecting pipes 43 are in communication with a supporting pipe 412 which is fixedly connected at the bottom of the supporting pipe 412 with a second piston 413. A through-hole 414 is opened at the position of the supporting pipe 412 corresponding to the second piston 413. A second cylinder 415 is sleeved on the supporting pipe 412, and the second piston 413 is slidably connected inside the second cylinder 415. When the valve core 44 is in the normally closed state, the inside of the supporting pipe 412 and the second cylinder 415 are in a sealed state. At this time, under the action of air pressure, the second piston 413 cannot move, so that the supporting pipe 412 can be maintained at that height. When the valve core 44 is in the open state, the sealed state inside the supporting pipe 412 and the second cylinder 415 is broken, so the height position of the supporting pipe 412 can be easily adjusted.
Operation Principle: When using the present invention for guiding and teaching college students’ employment, the electronic whiteboard 11 can be used to display employment information. When it is necessary to clean the electronic whiteboard 11, the first cylinder 22 can be pushed, causing the gear 28 to move along the rack 29. The threaded rod 27 on the gear 28 rotates accordingly, driving the threaded sleeve 26.
Due to the limitation of the first piston 25 by the first cylinder 22, the threaded sleeve 26 can only perform telescopic motion along the threaded rod 27. When the first cylinder 22 moves downward, the threaded sleeve 26 extends, pushing the cleaning liquid inside the first cylinder 22 through one of the one-way valves 24 into the spray nozzle 23, spraying the cleaning liquid onto the surface of the electronic whiteboard 11. The cleaning block 21 then wipes it. When the first cylinder 22 moves upward, the threaded sleeve 26 retracts, and the first piston 25 retracts, allowing the cleaning liquid to enter the first cylinder 22 through the water storage tank 6 from the other one-way valve 24, achieving the cleaning of the electronic whiteboard 11. When the electronic whiteboard 11 falls, the support plate 31 will first contact the ground, causing the first 17905260 connecting base 32 to slide along the guide rod 33, compressing the first spring 35 with the second connecting base 34 to provide cushioning. When it is necessary to adjust the height of the electronic whiteboard 11, press and hold the plunger 47 upwards.
The connecting frame 48 drives the connector 49, causing one end of the connector 49 to pivot upward around the pivot 410, while the other end presses down, causing the top pin 411 inside the first connecting pipe 42 to push down the valve core 44. The valve core 44 moves downward along the inner wall of the valve 41, compressing the second spring 45, allowing the channel 46 to connect the first connecting pipe 42 and the second connecting pipe 43. At this time, the sealed state inside the supporting pipe 412 and the second cylinder 415 is broken, so the height of the electronic whiteboard 11 can be easily adjusted. After adjustment, release the plunger 47. Under the weight of the plunger 47 and the resetting force of the second spring 45, the plunger 47 returns to its original position. The valve core 44 blocks the first connecting pipe 42, causing the inside of the supporting pipe 412 and the second cylinder 415 to be in a sealed state, allowing the supporting pipe 412 to remain at that height position. The second piston 413 is used to seal the gap between the supporting pipe 412 and the second cylinder 415, and the through-hole 414 is used for gas flow. The frame 1 is used to install the electronic whiteboard 11, and the stand 5 is used to support the device.
For those skilled in the technology, it is obvious that the present invention is not limited to the details of the exemplary embodiments described above and can be implemented in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics of the present invention. Therefore, regardless of from which point of view, the embodiments should be regarded as illustrative and not restrictive, and the scope of the present invention is defined by the appended claims rather than the foregoing description, and all changes falling within the meaning and scope of the equivalent elements of the claims are intended to be embraced by the present invention. The drawings attached to the claims should not be regarded as limiting the claims involved.
