Abstract
Disclosed is a sports equipment transfer device for physical education, falling in the technical field of transfer devices. The device includes a first base body and a second base body, and one side of the first base body is connected to a base of an electric telescopic rod. The sports equipment transfer device for physical education is provided with automatic folding and unfolding functions, the first base body and the second base body are separated from each other driven by the electric telescopic rod, so as to unfold a folding shed; and when the device is not needed, the electric telescopic rod is driven to retract by pressing a controller, so as to shorten the distance between the first base body and the second base body, thus saving the area occupied by the device.
Description
SPORTS EQUIPMENT TRANSFER DEVICE FOR PHYSICAL EDUCATION
The present invention relates to the technical field of transfer devices, and in particular relates to a sports equipment transfer device for physical education.
In physical education at school, ball sports equipment is generally needed. Before class, teachers generally pack and transfer the ball sports equipment to teaching and training venues.
The existing transfer method of ball sports equipment 1s to use a storage basket, with an opening at the upper end, for transfer. Ball sports equipment is generally elastic, and prone to jumping out when encountering bumps in transfer. Moreover, when distributing ball sports equipment, it is inconvenient to take ball equipment from the storage basket one by one, so it is necessary to use transfer devices. However, the above technical solution has the following deficiencies: the occupancy of the storage space cannot be reduced when the equipment is not needed, so the equipment inside the basket needs to be removed for centralized storage, and the equipment is removed from the storage position and put into the basket for transfer when in use, leading to low use efficiency.
Accordingly, a sports equipment transfer device for physical education is provided to solve the problems raised above.
An objective of the present invention is to provide a sports equipment transfer device for physical education to solve the problems raised in the above background: when the sports equipment is not used, the occupancy space for storing the equipment is unable to be reduced by the existing sports equipment transfer device in the market, so the equipment inside the basket needs to be removed for centralized storage, and the equipment is removed from the storage position and put into the basket for transfer when in use, leading to low use efficiency.
To realize the above objective, the present invention employs the following technical solutions. A sports equipment transfer device for physical education, including a first base body and a second base body, and universal wheels are mounted at bottoms of the first base body and the second base body; one side of the first base body is connected to a base of an electric telescopic rod, the other end of the electric telescopic rod being connected to the second base body, a controller being arranged at an exterior of the first base body, a first support being mounted at an upper end of the first base body, a second support being arranged at an upper end of the second base body, hinge mounts being connected to inner sides of the second support and the first support, the hinge mounts being connected to connection plates, clamping structures being arranged on surfaces of the connection plates, and configured to fix and mount storage boxes, a top end of the first support being connected to one side of a folding shed, and the other side of the folding shed being connected to a top end of the second support.
As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, a push rod is fixedly connected to a side face of the first base body, a push handle being fixedly connected to an inner side of the push rod, and an anti-slip bump being arranged on a surface of the push handle.
As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, each of the clamping structures includes a supporting baseplate arranged at an exterior of each of the connection plates, a connection body being fixedly arranged at an upper end of the supporting baseplate, the connection body being threadedly connected to a threaded rod, a locating groove being disposed on a side face of each of the storage boxes, and the locating groove being mutually clamped with the threaded rod.
As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, a rotary knob is connected to one end of the threaded rod, the threaded rod being symmetrically arranged about the supporting baseplate, an anti-slip gasket being arranged on an upper surface of the supporting baseplate, so as to increase the friction between the supporting baseplate and the storage box to resist slip.
As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, locating blocks are arranged on side faces of the storage boxes, and locating sliding rails are arranged on surfaces of the connection plates, the locating sliding rails being matched with the locating blocks in a guiding mode.
As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, a plurality of groups of connection plates are symmetrically arranged about a center of the first base body or the first support from front to rear.
As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, the storage boxes are arranged on front and rear faces of each of the connection plates, covers being arranged at upper ends of the storage boxes, and the covers being rotatably connected to the storage boxes.
As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, cushion pads are arranged at interiors of the storage boxes, the cushion pads being detachable and configured to protect sports equipment and prevent the sports equipment from collision and damage in the storage boxes during transportation.
As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, carrying handles are symmetrically arranged on two sides of each of the storage boxes, the carrying handles being fixedly connected to the storage boxes by means of bolts, and anti-slip layers being arranged on surfaces of the carrying handles.
Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following advantageous effects. 1. The sports equipment transfer device for physical education is provided with automatic folding and unfolding functions, the controller is pressed to start the electric telescopic rod, the first base body and the second base body are separated from each other driven by the electric telescopic rod, so as to unfold the connection plate; when the connection plate is unfolded, the distance between the first base body and the second base body is increased, so the distance between the first support and the second support is increased, such that the folding shed is unfolded fully; and when the device is not needed, the electric telescopic rod is driven to retract by pressing a controller, so as to shorten the distance between the first base body and the second base body, fold the connection plate and the folding shed, thus saving the area occupied by the device and being convenient for the storage. 2. The sports equipment transfer device for physical education is provided with protective structure, when the connection plate is unfolded, the distance between the first base body and the second base body is increased, so the distance between the first support and the second support is increased, such that the folding shed 1s unfolded fully; since the folding shed 1s arranged at the upper ends of the first support and the second support, the folding shed can shield and protect the sports equipment in the storage box, so as to avoid oxidation, resulting from rainwater drenching, of the surface of the sports equipment; at the same time, the folding shed can shade the sunlight; 5 and for some sports equipment with rubber materials, the folding shed can effectively prolong the service life of the sports equipment. 3. The sports equipment transfer device for physical education is provided with a convenient disassembly and mounting structure, different sports equipment can be stored by classification; the storage box with sports equipment is placed onto the supporting baseplate of the connection plate, ensuring that the locating block on both sides of the storage box is inserted into the locating sliding rail on the surface of the connection plate, so as to complete the predetermined position of the storage box; and the rotary knob is turned to drive the threaded rod to rotate, so that the threaded rod is inserted into the locating groove of the storage box, so as to complete the fixing of storage box; when the device needs to be dissembled, the rotary knob is turned to drive the threaded rod to rotate, so that one end of the threaded rod is separated from the locating groove of the storage box; the carrying handle on the side of the storage box is held to lift the storage box upwards, so that the locating block on the side of the storage box can be pulled out from the locating sliding rail on the surface of the connection plate, so as to remove the storage box from each connection plate.

The technical solutions of the examples in the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings of the examples in the present invention below. Obviously, the examples described are only some, rather than all examples of the present invention.
Referring to FIGS. 1-6, the present invention provides a technical solution. A sports equipment transfer device for physical education, including a first base body 1 and a second base body 5, and universal wheels 2 are mounted at bottoms of the first base body 1 and the second base body 5; a push rod 6 is fixedly connected to a side face of the first base body 1, a push handle 7 being fixedly connected to an inner side of the push rod 6, and an anti-slip bump being arranged on a surface of the push handle 7; when the device needs to be moved, the push handle 7 on the inner side of the push rod 6 is held, and the universal wheels 2 at the bottom of the first base body 1 and the second base body 5 are pushed, so as to move the device to a targeted position, and then the universal wheels 2 are fixed.
Clamping structures are arranged on surfaces of the connection plates 11, and configured to fix and mount storage boxes 16; each of the clamping structures includes a supporting baseplate 12 arranged at an exterior of each of the connection plates 11, a connection body 13 being fixedly arranged at an upper end of the supporting baseplate 12, and the connection body 13 being threadedly connected to a threaded rod 14, a locating groove 17 being disposed on a side face of each of the storage boxes 16, and the locating groove 17 being mutually clamped with the threaded rod 14, a rotary knob 15 being connected to one end of the threaded rod 14, the threaded rod 14 being symmetrically arranged about the supporting baseplate 12, and an anti-slip gasket being arranged on an upper surface of the supporting baseplate 12, so as to increase the friction between the supporting baseplate 12 and the storage box 16 to resist slip; locating blocks 20 are arranged on side faces of the storage boxes 16, and locating sliding rails 21 are arranged on surfaces of the connection plates 11, the locating sliding rails 21 being matched with the locating blocks 20 in a sliding mode; the storage box 16 with sports equipment is placed onto the supporting baseplate 12 of the connection plate 11, ensuring that the locating block 20 on both sides of the storage box 16 is inserted into the locating sliding rail 21 on the surface of the connection plate 11, so as to complete the predetermined position of the storage box 16; and the rotary knob 15 is turned to drive the threaded rod 14 to rotate, so that the threaded rod 14 is inserted into the locating groove 17 of the storage box 16, so as to complete the fixing of storage box 16.
One side of the first base body 1 is connected to a base of an electric telescopic rod 4, the other end of the electric telescopic rod 4 being connected to the second base body 5, a controller 3 being arranged at an exterior of the first base body 1, a first support 8 being mounted at an upper end of the first base body 1, a second support 9 being arranged at an upper end of the second base body 5, hinge mounts 10 being connected to inner sides of the second support 9 and the first support 8, and the hinge mounts 10 being connected to connection plates 11, a plurality of groups of connection plates 11 being symmetrically arranged about a center of the first base body 1 or the first support 8 from front to rear, storage boxes 16 being arranged on front and rear faces of each of the connection plates 11, covers being arranged at upper ends of the storage boxes 16, and the covers being rotatably connected to the storage boxes 16; cushion pads are arranged at interiors of the storage boxes 16, the cushion pads being detachable and configured to protect sports equipment and prevent the sports equipment from collision and damage in the storage boxes 16 during transportation; carrying handles 18 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of each of the storage boxes 16, the carrying handles 18 being fixedly connected to the storage boxes 16 by means of bolts, anti-slip layers 19 being arranged on surfaces of the carrying handles 18, a top end of the first support 8 being connected to one side of a folding shed 22, and the other side of the folding shed 22 being connected to a top end of the second support 9; when the connection plate 11 is unfolded, the distance between the first base body 1 and the second base body 5 is increased, so the distance between the first support 8 and the second support 9 is increased, thereby the folding shed 22 is fully unfolded; when the device is not needed, the rotary knob 15 is turned to drive the threaded rod 14 to rotate, so that one end of the threaded rod 14 is separated from the locating groove 17 of the storage box 16; the carrying handle 18 on the side of the storage box 16 is held to lift the storage box 16 upwards, so that the locating block 20 on the side of the storage box 16 can be pulled out from the locating sliding rail 21 on the surface of the connection plate 11, so as to remove the storage box 16 from each connection plate 11; the controller 3 is pressed to drive the electric telescopic rod 4 to retract, so that the distance between the first base body 1 and the second base body 5 can be continuously shortened; and the connection plates 11 are folded, and the folding shed 22 is folded, thus reducing the occupied area of the device and facilitating storage.
An operation principle: when in use, the controller 3 is pressed to start the electric telescopic rod 4, the first base body 1 and the second base body 5 are separated from each other driven by the electric telescopic rod 4, so as to unfold the connection plate 11; when the connection plate 11 is unfolded, the distance between the first base body 1 and the second base body 5 is increased, so the distance between the first support 8 and the second support 9 is increased, so as to fully unfold the folding shed 22; the storage box 16 with sports equipment is placed onto the supporting baseplate 12 of the connection plate 11, ensuring that the locating block 20 on two sides of the storage box 16 is inserted into the locating sliding rail 21 on the surface of the connection plate 11, so as to complete the predetermined position of the storage box 16; and the rotary knob 15 is turned to drive the threaded rod 14 to rotate, so that the threaded rod 14 is inserted into the locating groove 17 of the storage box 16, so as to complete the fixing of storage box 16.
When the device needs to be moved, the push handle 7 on the inner side of the push rod 6 is held, and the universal wheels 2 at the bottom of the first base body 1 and the second base body 5 are pushed, so as to move the device to a targeted position, and then the universal wheels 2 are fixed; since the folding shed 22 is arranged at the upper ends of the first support 8 and the second support 9, the folding shed 22 can shield and protect the sports equipment in the storage box 16, so as to avoid oxidation, resulting from rainwater drenching, of the surface of the sports equipment; at the same time, the folding shed 22 can shade the sunlight; and for some sports equipment with rubber materials, the folding shed 22 can effectively prolong the service life of the sports equipment.
When the device is not needed, the rotary knob 15 is turned to drive the threaded rod 14 to rotate, so that one end of the threaded rod 14 is separated from the locating groove 17 of the storage box 16; the carrying handle 18 on the side of the storage box 16 is held to lift the storage box 16 upwards, so that the locating block 20 on the side of the storage box 16 can be pulled out from the locating sliding rail 21 on the surface of the connection plate 11, so as to remove the storage box 16 from each connection plate 11; the controller 3 1s pressed to drive the electric telescopic rod 4 to retract, so that the distance between the first base body 1 and the second base body 5 can be continuously shortened; and the connection plates 11 are folded, and the folding shed 22 is folded, thus reducing the occupied area of the device and facilitating storage.

À sports equipment transfer device for physical education, comprising a first base body (1) and a second base body (5), and universal wheels (2) are mounted at bottoms of the first base body (1) and the second base body (5), wherein one side of the first base body (1) is connected to a base of an electric telescopic rod (4), the other end of the electric telescopic rod (4) being connected to the second base body (5), a controller (3) being arranged at an exterior of the first base body (1), a first support (8) being mounted at an upper end of the first base body (1), a second support (9) being arranged at an upper end of the second base body (5), hinge mounts (10) being connected to inner sides of the second support (9) and the first support (8), the hinge mounts (10) being connected to connection plates (11), clamping structures being arranged on surfaces of the connection plates (11), and configured to fix and mount storage boxes (16), a top end of the first support (8) being connected to one side of a folding shed (22), and the other side of the folding shed (22) being connected to a top end of the second support (9).
2. The sports equipment transfer device for physical education according to claim 1, wherein a push rod (6) is fixedly connected to a side face of the first base body (1), a push handle (7) being fixedly connected to an inner side of the push rod (6), and an anti-slip bump being arranged on a surface of the push handle (7).

The sports equipment transfer device for physical education according to claim 1, wherein each of the clamping structures comprises a supporting baseplate (12) arranged at an exterior of each of the connection plates (11), a connection body (13) being fixedly arranged at an upper end of the supporting baseplate (12), the connection body (13) being threadedly connected to a threaded rod (14), a locating groove (17) being disposed on a side face of each of the storage boxes (16), and the locating groove (17) being mutually clamped with the threaded rod (14).

The sports equipment transfer device for physical education according to claim 3, wherein a rotary knob (15) is connected to one end of the threaded rod (14), the threaded rod (14) being symmetrically arranged about the supporting baseplate (12), an anti-slip gasket being arranged on an upper surface of the supporting baseplate (12), so as to increase the friction between the supporting baseplate (12) and the storage box (16) to resist slip.

The sports equipment transfer device for physical education according to claim 4, wherein locating blocks (20) are arranged on side faces of the storage boxes (16), and locating sliding rails (21) are arranged on surfaces of the connection plates (11), the locating sliding rails (21) being matched with the locating blocks (20) in a guiding mode.
6. The sports equipment transfer device for physical education according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of groups of connection plates (11) are symmetrically arranged about a center of the first base body (1) or the first support (8) from front to rear.

The sports equipment transfer device for physical education according to claim 6, wherein storage boxes (16) are arranged on front and rear faces of each of the connection plates (11), covers being arranged at upper ends of the storage boxes (16), and the covers being rotatably connected to the storage boxes (16).

The sports equipment transfer device for physical education according to claim 7, cushion pads are arranged at interiors of the storage boxes (16), the cushion pads being detachable and configured to protect sports equipment and prevent the sports equipment from collision and damage in the storage boxes (16) during transportation.
9. The sports equipment transfer device for physical education according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein carrying handles (18) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of each of the storage boxes (16), the carrying handles (18) being fixedly connected to the storage boxes (16)
