The present invention relates to the technical field of curve memory, in particular to an
English unit memory system based on the forgetting curve and a method thereof.
The forgetting curve has been studied by a German psychologist (H. Ebbinghaus), which describes the law of human brain forgetting new things, and intuitively describes the gradual forgetting of new things by human brain. People can master the law of forgetting from the forgetting curve and use it to improve self-memory ability. The curve has a significant impact on human memory cognition studies.
An English unit refers to a basic learning unit in a leaming English process, which is usually composed of a set of related linguistic knowledge and skills. One English unit can include vocabulary, grammar, listening, speaking, reading and writing. In English learning, one unit is usually spread around one topic, such as family, food, and travel. In this unit, learners learn subject-related vocabularies and expressions, understand the relevant grammatical rules, and improve language ability through listening, speaking, reading and writing activities.
However, short-term memory is easy to occur when memorizing English units, so that the learning situation cannot be improved. At the same time, a way for memorizing of most of the current memory is a rote learning method, without formulating specific learning schemes, which easily leads to the situation of memory confusion in a learning process.
