Abstract
The examples of the present invention disclose a municipal sewage treatment device, and the municipal sewage treatment device includes an external box; and an exterior of one side of a rotary wheel is fixedly connected to a guide plate, and an interior of the external box is slidably sleeved with a built-in frame. For the municipal sewage treatment device, the guide plate rotationally scrapes an inner wall of a port of a sewage pipeline, and at the same time, after sewage is discharged from the sewage pipeline to the interior of the external box, rope-like impurities such as silk thread in the sewage are entangled by winding rods outside silk thread filter rods, and sewage continues falling and is carried out secondary filtration by a filter plate, thus performing pretreatment of the sewage.

The present invention relates to the technical field of municipal sewage treatment, in particular to a municipal sewage treatment device.
Municipal sewage treatment refers to the measures taken to change the nature of sewage so that it does not harm the environmental waters. Municipal sewage treatment is generally divided into three levels: primary treatment using a physical treatment method to remove insoluble pollutants and parasitic eggs from sewage, secondary treatment using a biological treatment method to oxidize and degrade all kinds of complex organic substances from sewage into simple substances; and tertiary treatment using chemical precipitation, biochemistry and physical chemistry methods to remove phosphorus, nitrogen, refractory organic substances and inorganic salts from sewage. A selection of specific level as a reasonable treatment should depend on the treatment requirements of the final effluent.
Generally, municipal sewage is usually collected by sewage pipelines and discharged into sewage treatment plants and treated in the treatment tank. Drainage ends of the sewage pipelines are usually buried in inner walls of the treatment tank, so that sewage can be directly discharged into the sewage treatment tank. However, this way of direct discharge may cause that impurities and garbage from the ground are discharged into the sewage treatment tank, and when the drainage pipes of sewage pipelines have little displacement or stop discharging, the impurities in the sewage may stay at pipeline ports so that impurity adhesion may be caused and impurity blocks are larger over time, and eventually a flow of sewage discharge is affected. Therefore, a municipal sewage treatment device is proposed.
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a municipal sewage treatment device so as to improve the above problems.
In order to achieve the above objective, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions: a municipal sewage treatment device, including an external box, specifically, two sides of the external box are fixedly connected to limiting frames, interiors of the limiting frames are slidably sleeved with a supporting plate, a top of the supporting plate is clamped to a sewage pipeline, an interior of the external box is rotatably sleeved with rotary wheels, an exterior of one side of each of the rotary wheels is fixedly connected to a guide plate, an interior of the external box is slidably sleeved with a built-in frame, an inner side of the built-in frame is rotatably sleeved with silk thread filter rods, exteriors of the silk thread filter rods are fixedly connected to winding rods, and a bottom of the built-in frame on an inner wall of the external box is fixedh}504873 connected to a filter plate.
Preferably, two sides of the external box are fixedly connected to limiting columns, exteriors of the limiting columns are arc-shaped, interiors of the limiting columns are slidably sleeved with positioning rods, one end of each of the positioning rods is provided with a flat plate, interiors of the flat plates are provided with threaded holes, and exteriors of the positioning rods are sleeved with nuts.
Preferably, an inner wall above the external box is fixedly connected to a built-in groove, an interior of the built-in groove is rotatably sleeved with a screw, an exterior of the screw is threadedly sleeved with a downward pressing plate, and a bottom of an outer side of the downward pressing plate is arc-shaped and is clamped to a top of the sewage pipeline.
Preferably, an outer side of each of the rotary wheels is cone-shaped, each of the guide plates is curve-shaped in an exterior of each of the rotary wheels, and one side of each of the rotary wheels, located in an interior of the external box, is fixedly connected to a retaining collar.
Preferably, a top of the screw is welded with a hexagonal prism, an exterior of the hexagonal prism is sleeved with a hexagonal socket nut; outer sides of two ends of the supporting plate are fixedly connected to clamping plates, the clamping plates are slidably sleeved inside the corresponding limiting frames, exteriors of the clamping plates are equipped with bolt and nut pairs, and the bolt and nut pairs are rotatably sleeved inside the corresponding limiting frames.
Preferably, an outer side of the external box is fixedly connected to positioning bolts, an outer side of the built-in frame is fixedly connected to an outer baffle, the outer baffle is slidably sleeved on outer sides of the positioning bolts, and exteriors of the positioning bolts are equipped with nuts.

The municipal sewage treatment device provided by the present invention has the following beneficial effects. 1. 2. According to the municipal sewage treatment device, rotary wheels are slidably sleeved inside the external box.
After the device is installed, the rotary wheels are sleeved inside the sewage pipeline, and exteriors of the guide plates abut against inner walls of the sewage pipeline; when sewage is discharged through the sewage pipeline, the sewage impacts the guide plates and drives the guide plates to rotate, rotating guide plates rotationally scrape inner walls at the port of the sewage pipeline to avoid impurity accumulation, and at the same time, after the sewage is discharged from the sewage pipeline into the external box, it impacts the silk thread filter rods first, and rope-like impurities such as silk thread in the sewage are entangled by the winding rods outside the silk thread filter rods, and water continues falling and is subjected to secondary filtration by a filter plate, thus performing pretreatment of the sewage and improving a sewage treatment effect of the device.
3. According to the municipal sewage treatment device, an exterior of the built-in frame is fixedly connected to an outer baffle.
When the device needs to clean the rope-like impurities wound outside the silk thread filter rods and the winding rods, the external box can be taken out of the sewage pipeline, the nuts outside the positioning bolts are rotated to release the outer baffle, and then the outer baffle and the built-in frame are pulled out of the external box, so that 204873 the silk thread filter rods and the winding rods can be cleaned, and gaps of the guide plates and filter holes of the filter plate can be flushed by a cleaner because the filter plate and the rotary wheels are exposed to the sight of the cleaner, thus ensuring the flow of subsequent sewage discharge.

The technical solutions in the examples of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the attached drawings. Obviously, the described examples are only some examples of the present invention, but not the whole examples. As shown in FIGs. 3-7, an inner wall above the external box 1 is fixedly connected to a built-in groove 6, an interior of the built-in groove 6 is rotatably sleeved with a screw 7, an exterior of the screw 7 is threadedly sleeved with a downward pressing plate 8, and the downward pressing plate 8, as an independent structure of the device, ensures that the downward pressing plate 8 can be taken out when the device is not needed, so that a flatness of an installation of the external box 1 is ensured; a bottom of an outer side of the downward pressing plate 8 is arc-shaped and is clamped to a top of the sewage pipeline 9; an outer side of each of the rotary wheels 10 is cone-shaped, each of the guide plates 11 is curve-shaped in an exterior of each of the rotary wheels 10, and one side of each of the rotary wheels 10, located in an interior of the external box 1, is fixedly connected to a retaining collar 12, and the retaining collar 12 plays a role of limiting the rotary wheels 10, so that stability of rotations of the rotary wheels 10 are ensured; a top of the screw 7 is welded with a hexagonal prism 13, an exterior of the hexagonal prism 13 is sleeved with a hexagonal socket nut 14, and the hexagonal prism 13 ensures that the downward pressing plate 8 can be conveniently sleeved outside the screw 7; outer sides of two ends of the supporting plate 5 are fixedly connected to clamping plates, the clamping plates are slidably sleeved inside the corresponding limiting frames 4, exteriors of the clamping plates are equipped with bolt and nut pairs, and the bolt and nut pairs are rotatably sleeved inside the corresponding limiting frames 4; an outer side of the external box 1 is fixedly connected to positioning bolts 15, and the positioning bolts 15 play roles of locking the external baffle 17, so that the built-in frame 16 is locked inside the external box 1 through the external baftle 17, and a sealing performance of the external box 1 is improved; an outer side of the built-in frame 16 is fixedly connected to an outer baffle 17, the outer baffle 17 is slidably sleeved outside the positioning bolts 15, and exteriors of the positioning bolts 15 are equipped with nuts; there are three groups of the silk thread filter rods 18 and the rotary wheels 10, the winding rods 19 outside the silk thread filter rods 18 on the left and right sides are symmetrically arranged, and the winding rods 19 outside the silk thread filter rods 18 in a middle are offset from those outside the silk thread filter rods 18 on the left and right sides; and a bottom of the external box 1 is hollow, and an inner side of the built-in frame 16 is not in direct contact with the retaining collar 12.
To sum up, when the municipal sewage treatment device provided by the present invention is used, according to the protruding state of the sewage pipeline 9, a combination of the limiting 204873 columns 2 and the positioning rods 3 or a combination of the supporting plate 5 and the downward pressing plate 8 is selected to connect the sewage pipeline 9 with the external box 1; when the limiting columns 2 and the positioning rods 3 need to be used, the positioning rods 3 are installed on two sides of the sewage pipeline 9 by bolts, then the limiting columns 2 are sleeved outside the positioning rods 3 and the nuts outside the positioning rods 3 are rotated to lock the limiting columns 2, so that the external box 1 can be connected with the sewage pipe 9; when the supporting plate 5 and the downward pressing plate 8 are needed for clamping and connecting, the supporting plate 5 is sleeved inside the limiting frames 4, the height of the supporting plate 5 is locked by the bolt and nut pairs outside the clamping plates fixedly connected to the supporting plate 5, the hexagonal socket nut 14 is taken out of the hexagonal prism 13, the downward pressing plate 8 is sleeved outside the screw 7, and the hexagonal socket nut 14 is sleeved outside the hexagonal prism 13 and rotated, so that the hexagonal socket nut 14 drives the screw 7 to rotate, and the downward pressing plate 8 is pressed down and cooperates with the supporting plate 5 to clamp the sewage pipe 9 inside the downward pressing plate 8 and the supporting plate 5, and then sewage can be discharged; when the sewage impacts the guide plates 11, the guide plates 11 rotate for scraping and cleaning inner walls at the port of the sewage pipe 9, the sewage is discharged into the external box 1 through the rotary wheels 10, then the rope-like impurities in the sewage are entangled and removed by an interception of the silk thread filter rods 18 and the winding rods 19, and the sewage continues falling, so that the impurities in the sewage are intercepted by the filter plate 20 for secondary filtration, and the sewage after secondary pretreatment falls into the treatment tank for subsequent treatment; when the device needs to be cleaned, the positioning rods 3 can be rotated to remove the external box 1 or the hexagonal socket nut 14 can be rotated to adjust the downward pressing plate 8 upward, so that the downward pressing plate 8 and the supporting plate 5 release the sewage pipe 9; and the nuts outside the positioning bolts 15 are rotated, and then the built-in frame 16 is taken out of the external box 1 for cleaning.
Finally, it should be explained that the above examples are only used to illustrate the technical solutions of the present invention, but not to limit them; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing examples, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the technical solutions described in the foregoing examples can sur 90487 be modified or some technical features thereof can be substituted by equivalents.

À municipal sewage treatment device, comprising an external box (1), wherein two sides of the external box (1) are fixedly connected to limiting frames (4), interiors of the limiting frames (4) are slidably sleeved with a supporting plate (5), a top of the supporting plate (5) is clamped with a sewage pipeline (9), an interior of the external box (1) is rotatably sleeved with rotary wheels (10), an exterior of one side of each of the rotary wheels (10) is fixedly connected to a guide plate (11), an interior of the external box (1) is slidably sleeved with a built-in frame (16), an inner side of the built-in frame (16) is rotatably sleeved with silk thread filter rods (18), exteriors of the silk thread filter rods (18) are fixedly connected to winding rods (19), and a bottom of the built-in frame (16) on an inner wall of the external box (1) is fixedly connected to a filter plate (20).
2. The municipal sewage treatment device according to claim 1, wherein two sides of the external box (1) are fixedly connected to limiting columns (2), exteriors of the limiting columns (2) are arc-shaped, interiors of the limiting columns (2) are slidably sleeved with positioning rods (3), one end of each of the positioning rods (3) is provided with a flat plate, interiors of the flat plates are provided with threaded holes, and exteriors of the positioning rods (3) are sleeved with nuts.

The municipal sewage treatment device according to claim 1, wherein an inner wall above the external box (1) is fixedly connected to a built-in groove (6), an interior of the built-in groove (6) is rotatably sleeved with a screw (7), an exterior of the screw (7) is threadedly sleeved with a downward pressing plate (8), and a bottom of an outer side of the downward pressing plate (8) is arc-shaped and is clamped to a top of the sewage pipeline (9).

The municipal sewage treatment device according to claim 1, wherein outer sides of the rotary wheels (10) are cone-shaped, each of the guide plates (11) is curve-shaped in an exterior of each of the rotary wheels (10), and one side of each of the rotary wheels (10), located in an interior of the external box (1), is fixedly connected to a retaining collar (12).
