Abstract
The present invention relates to a rotary flushing type ceramic body and a pedestal pan, comprising a dirt storage area, a flushing annular channel circumferentially arranged at the upper part of the dirt storage area, a water diversion cavity communicating with the flushing annular channel, and a main water channel communicating with the middle part of the water diversion cavity through a water passing hole, wherein a water diversion piece is fixedly connected in the water diversion cavity at a position close to the main water channel, and the water diversion piece divides the water diversion cavity into a main flushing water channel and a secondary flushing water channel; a main flushing hole is formed at the end of the main flushing water channel, and a secondary flushing hole is formed at the end of the secondary flushing water channel; the main flushing hole and the secondary flushing hole are formed towards the flushing annular channel. The present invention may guide the washing water in the main water channel for drainage by provision of a water diversion piece in the water diversion cavity, so as to ensure that the water volume of the main washing water channel and the secondary flushing water channel is reasonably distributed, and a large amount of washing water is distributed to the main flushing water channel; the phenomenon that the main flushing hole is not completely flushed due to insufficient flushing force of flushing water, incomplete flushing and the like is effectively avoided, and good application and popularization value is achieved.

[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of sanitary equipment, and particularly to a rotary flushing type ceramic body and a pedestal pan.
[0002] The washdown pedestal pan is to discharge the dirt by the flushing force of the water flow. It is featured by fast flushing speed, large flushing force, less water consumption, large sewer pipe diameter, and easiness to flush down large dirt. However, the effect of discharging the floating dirt on the surface of the dirt storage area is not good, and sometimes the dirt can only be discharged after repeated flushing. Patent No. 201920431708 .0 discloses a pedestal pan flushing structure. In combination with the technical solution, embodiments and drawings disclosed, it can be seen that: the flushing water enters two side flushing water channels arranged in the front section of the main water channel, and enters the flushing holes via the side flushing water channels respectively. The flushing water ejected from the main flushing hole is used for flushing about one circle along the inner side of the dirt storage area of the pedestal pan, and the water ejected from the other flushing hole works with the main flushing hole, flows circularly along the annular water diversion platform and then flows out, forming a downward rotating flushing water flow, so as to realize the flushing of the dirt storage area. The flushing water volume of the side flushing water channel is controlled by the size of the flushing hole section at the end of the flushing water channel. The cavity of the side flushing water channel causes the loss of the kinetic energy of the flushing water in the main water channel. In the actual production and manufacturing process, it is very easy to cause the unreasonable water volume distribution of the main flushing water channel and the auxiliary flushing water channel, so that the main flushing hole is not completely flushed due to insufficient flushing force of flushing water, incomplete flushing and the like. Therefore, there are difficulties and hidden defects in the design, development and manufacturing process, and further improvement is needed.

A water diversion piece is fixedly connected in the water diversion cavity 10 at a position close to the main water channel 1, and the water diversion piece divides the water diversion cavity 10 into a main flushing water channel 4 and a secondary flushing water channel 8; the main flushing water channel 4 is communicating with the water passing hole 2, and a water diversion piece is provided between the secondary flushing water channel 8 and the water passing hole 2. A main flushing hole 5 is formed at the end of the main flushing water channel 4, and a secondary flushing hole 9 is formed at the end of the secondary flushing water channel 8; the main flushing hole 5 and the secondary flushing hole 9 are formed towards the flushing annular channel 6. A rotary flushing type ceramic body, comprising a dirt storage area, a flushing annular channel circumferentially arranged at the upper part of the dirt storage area, a water diversion cavity communicating with the flushing annular channel, and a main water channel communicating with the middle part of the water diversion cavity through a water passing hole, wherein a water diversion piece is fixedly connected in the water diversion cavity at a position close to the main water channel, and the water diversion piece divides the water diversion cavity into a main flushing water channel and a secondary flushing water channel; a main flushing hole is formed at the end of the main flushing water channel, and a secondary flushing hole is formed at the end of the secondary flushing water channel; the main flushing hole and the secondary flushing hole are formed towards the flushing annular channel.
2. The rotary flushing type ceramic body according to claim 1, wherein the flushing annular channel is a smooth nearly circular or nearly elliptical water channel.
3. The rotary flushing type ceramic body according to claim 1, wherein the water outlet directions of the main flushing hole and the secondary flushing hole are respectively tangent to the flushing annular channel.
4. The rotary flushing type ceramic body according to claim 2, wherein the water outlet directions of the main flushing hole and the secondary flushing hole make the flushing water run clockwise or counterclockwise in the flushing annular channel.

The rotary flushing type ceramic body according to any of claims 1-4, wherein the water diversion piece is a drainage water diversion plate, and the surface of the drainage water diversion plate is provided with a water diversion hole; the main flushing water channel is communicating with the water passing hole, and a water diversion hole is formed between the secondary flushing water channel and the water passing hole.
6. The rotary flushing type ceramic body according to claim 5, wherein the drainage water diversion plate and the water diversion cavity are in cambered surface connection.
7. The rotary flushing type ceramic body according to claim 1, wherein the flushing annular channel and the dirt storage area are in cambered surface connection.
