Description

BL-5721
ANTI-LOOSENING EXPANSION DEVICE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD LU504632
THEREOF
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure belongs to the field of bridge construction, in particular to an anti- loosening expansion device and a construction method thereof.
BACKGROUND
[0002] A comb plate expansion device is widely applied in a municipal bridge at present due to its low noise and good driving comfort. It functions in being opened to traffic and suitable for beam displacement rotation angle.
[0003] But the loosened comb plate caused by the loosened comb plate anchor bolt occurs during an actual bridge operation, the loosened comb plate results in comb plate fracture, cupping, displacement and the like under long-term rolling and impact of vehicle wheels, thereby seriously affecting the driving safety.
SUMMARY
[0004] The present disclosure provides an anti-loosening expansion device and a construction method thereof, and the anti-loosening expansion device provided by the present disclosure limits and locates a comb plate through a spigot base, thereby avoiding the damage to the comb plate caused by the damaged bolt.
[0005] According to one aspect, the present disclosure provides an anti-loosening expansion device, including a comb plate and an expansion joint formed by a beam body, the comb plate is disposed on the expansion joint, the expansion device further includes a spigot base, on which an acute angle spigot is disposed, and one end that the comb plate is away from the expansion joint is disposed in the acute angle spigot.
[0006] Further, a connecting portion is disposed on the spigot base.
[0007] Further, two inclined slope surfaces are disposed on an upper surface of a comb of the comb plate, and/or an inclined slope surface is disposed on a lower surface of the comb of the comb plate.
[0008] Further, a waterproof strip is disposed in the expansion joint, and a water-repellent sound- proof material is disposed on the waterproof strip.
[0009] Further, a baffle is disposed on the expansion joint, and the water-repellent sound-proof material is located between the waterproof strip and the baffle. 1
BL-5721
[0010] Further, an angle steel is fixedly disposed on the beam body, and the waterproof strip 504632 connected to the angle steel through a clamping member.
[0011] Further, the baffle is disposed on the expansion joint.
[0012] According to another aspect, the present disclosure provides a construction method for an anti-loosening expansion device, and based on the above anti-loosening expansion device, the method includes the following steps of:
[0013] S200: setting a spigot base on an embedded steel plate based on an oil level elevation, arranging a template around the spigot base, and pouring concrete based on the template;
[0014] S300: setting a comb plate on the spigot base after the poured concrete is solidified, so that one end, away from an expansion joint, of the comb plate is disposed in an acute angle spigot;
[0015] Further, after S300, the method further includes the following steps of:
[0016] S400: paving an oil level outside the poured concrete, chiseling away a part of the oil level of the spigot base after the oil level is solidified, and filling resin concrete at the chiseling position.
[0017] Further, in S400, a protective mechanism is disposed on an expansion device before paving the oil level.
[0018] Further, before S200, the method further includes the following steps of:
[0019] S100: setting the embedded steel plate in a beam body when pouring the beam body.
[0020] After adopting the above technical solution, the present disclosure has the following advantages:
[0021] 1. In the present disclosure, the vehicle wheels generate upward counterforce when contacting with the comb plate through the cooperation of the acute angle spigot of the spigot base and the bolt, the bolt part is no longer used as tensile but a pivot, so that the upward counterforce is delivered to the root (that is, one end away from the expansion joint) of the comb plate. Since the root of the comb plate is adhered to the acute angle spigot, the comb plate is limited by the acute angle spigot, so that the comb plate cannot warp up. At the same time, the bolt does not bear the radial force any longer due to the action of the spigot base, so as to effectively prevent the looseness of the bolt.
[0022] 2. In the present disclosure, the water-repellent sound-proof material is placed on the waterproof strip, so that the noise caused by air concussion can be absorbed by the water-repellent sound-proof material, and through diffusion and amplification, the noise produced during driving is effectively reduced. The installation position of the waterproof strip is located in the middle of the expansion joint, an adhesive tape is mounted through the angle steel and fastened through the clamping member, so that the adhesive tape is simply and easily replaced later.
[0023] 3. In the present disclosure, the upper surface of the comb of the comb plate adopts a 2
BL-5721 double-slope design, and when the beam bodies at the two sides occur a relative corner arkd504632 generate a relative height difference, the double slopes on the two cooperative comb plates cooperate with each other to compensate for this height difference, so the driving stability is ensured.
[0024] 4. The structure based on the expansion joint in the present disclosure is convenient to install during construction, and not affected by the construction period. Specifically, the expansion device adopts an assembly design, installation may be carried out before paving the oil level. The concrete is laid in advance through the cooperation of the spigot base and the template in a case of confirming the elevation, and not limited by the construction period and the paving progress of the oil level.
