Abstract

The present application discloses an alarm assembly for pressure pumps, wherein the alarm assembly comprises: an infrared transmitter, the infrared transmitter for mounting on the pressure pump body; an infrared receiver. infrared transmitter for mounting on the pressure pump body; and alarm for mounting on the pressure pump body. If the operator touches the pressure gauge to receive and remove the pressure gauge when the pressure pump is not relieved, the infrared receiver will receive infrared light, which in turn will cause the alarm to be issued by the alarm to alert the operator to the pressure pump, thus avoiding a series of problems such as dismantling the equipment and causing personal injury when the pressure is not relieved.

With the development of society, the increase in pressure transmitters, pressure gauges, pressure controllers and other pressure equipment in industrial production has made metrology and calibration work increasingly complicated.

The combination of a portable pressure pump and a digital pressure calibrator can be used for the calibration of various pressure transmitters, gauges and other pressure instruments and meters within a certain range in industrial field and laboratory conditions.
However, for the high-pressure pressure pump for calibration, due to its high pressure, if inadvertent mistakes are made during the calibration work and the equipment is dismantled without pressure relief, it may cause personal injury and seriously threaten equipment and personal safety.

In some embodiments, said pressure switch assembly comprises, a pressure detection module, provided in a pressure pipe within the pressure pump body and electrically connected to the control module, capable of sending an electrical signal to the control module, said control module, electrically connected to said alarm, capable of receiving an electrical signal from said pressure detecting module and controlling the operation of said alarm.
In some embodiments, said alarm assembly further comprising: power supply, provided on said pressure pump body and connected to said infrared transmitter, infrared receiver, alarm and pressure switch assembly for supplying said infrared transmitter, infrared receiver, alarm and pressure switch assembly, for supplying power to said infrared transmitter, infrared receiver, alarm and pressure switch assembly.
In a further aspect of the present application, a pressure pump is also presented comprising the alarm assembly described above.
In some embodiments, the pressure pump further comprises: said pressure pump body; said pressure gauge interface, provided on said pressure pump body; a pressure trimmer knob, a shut-off valve and a pressure-making handle, all provided on said pressure pump body.

Further specifically, in the exemplary embodiment, the alarm 63 is an acoustic-optical alarm 63.
Further specifically, in other embodiments, the alarm 63 is any one or more of an acousto-optical alarm 63, a vibrating alarm 63.
Specifically, the pressure switch is used to detect the pressure in the pressure pump body 1 and to control the operation of the alarm 63 when the pressure is below a preset pressure value and to control the operation of the alarm 63 when the detected pressure is above a preset pressure value.
Further specifically, in the exemplary embodiment, the pressure switch comprises a pressure detection module and a control module, wherein the pressure detection module is used to detect the pressure in the pressure pump body 1 and the control module is used to control the operation of the alarm 63.
Further specifically, in other embodiments, the pressure detection module is specifically a pressure detection sensor, which is fixed in the pressure pipe in the pressure pump body 1 and is connected to the control module via a wire and is able to send an electrical signal to the control module; the control module is connected to the alarm 63 via a wire and is able to receive the electrical signal from the pressure detection module and to control the operation of the the operation of alarm 63.
Specifically, in the exemplary embodiment, the power supply 65 is specifically a lithium battery and is removably fixed to the pressure pump body 1 by means of bolts and is connected to the infrared transmitter 61, the infrared receiver 62, the alarm 63 and the pressure switch by means of wires and then powered.

On the other hand, it is possible to ensure that the pressure of the pressure pump body 1 is below the preset pressure value when the pressure gauge is removed, thus further guaranteeing the safety of the operator; again, by setting the power supply 65, it is possible to supply power to the infrared transmitter 61, infrared receiver 62, alarm 63 and pressure switch assembly 64, i.e. to guarantee the continuous and stable operation of the alarm assembly in this application. The alarm assembly in this application operates continuously and stably.
In a further aspect of the present application, a pressure pump is also presented comprising an alarm assembly as described above, further comprising a pressure pump body 1, a pressure gauge interface 2, a pressure trimmer knob 3, a shut-off valve 4 and a pressure-making handle 5, wherein pressure gauge interface 2, pressure trimmer knob 3, shut-off valve 4 and pressure-making handle 5 are provided on said pressure pump body 1, about which is prior art and therefore not specifically described. This is a matter of prior art and will not be further elaborated.
Finally, it should be noted that the above is only a preferred embodiment of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application. Despite the detailed description of the present application with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it is still possible for a person skilled in the art to modify the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments or to make equivalent substitutions to some of the technical features.

An alarm assembly for pressure pumps, characterized in that it comprises an infrared transmitter for installation on the pressure pump body and set close to the pressure gauge interface, infrared receiver for mounting on the pressure pump body and set close to the pressure gauge interface, said infrared receiver being able to receive infrared light from said infrared transmitter when a foreign object is blocked at the pressure gauge interface and to send an alarm to al said infrared receiver is capable of receiving the infrared light emitted by said infrared transmitter and sending an electrical signal to the alarm when a foreign object is blocked at the pressure gauge interface, said alarm, for mounting on the pressure pump body, capable of receiving an electrical signal from said infrared receiver and sending an alarm signal.
2. The alarm assembly for pressure pumps according to claim 1, characterized in that said infrared transmitter and said infrared receiver are provided in two sets and are provided close to each of the two pressure gauge interfaces.
3. The alarm assembly for pressure pumps according to claim 1, characterized in that said alarm is any one or more of an acousto-optical alarm, a vibrating alarm.

The alarm assembly for pressure pumps according to any one of claims 1-3, characterised in that it further comprises a pressure switch assembly for detecting the pressure in the pressure pump body and controlling the alarm to stop working if the pressure is below a preset pressure value and controlling the alarm to continue operating when the detected pressure 1s higher than the preset pressure value.

The alarm assembly for pressure pumps according to claim 4, characterized in that said pressure switch assembly comprises: a pressure detection module, provided in a pressure pipe within the pressure pump body and electrically connected to a control module, capable of sending an electrical signal to the control module, said control module, electrically connected to said alarm, capable of receiving an electrical signal from said pressure detecting module and controlling the operation of said alarm.

The alarm assembly for pressure pumps according to claim 4, characterized in that TE 504408 further comprises: power supply, provided on said pressure pump body and connected to said infrared transmitter, infrared receiver, alarm and pressure switch assembly, for supplying said infrared transmitter, infrared receiver, alarm and pressure switch assembly for supplying power to said infrared transmitter, infrared receiver, alarm and pressure switch assembly.
7. The alarm assembly for pressure pumps, characterized in that it comprises: an alarm assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1-6.
8. The alarm assembly for pressure pumps according to claim 7, characterised in that it further comprises: said pressure pump body; said pressure gauge interface, provided on said pressure pump body, a pressure trimmer knob, a shut-off valve and a pressure-making handle, all provided on said pressure pump body.
