Abstract
The present application discloses a protective frame for an industrial computer, and relates to the technical field of industrial devices. The protective frame for the industrial computer includes a mounting frame and a protective box arranged at a top portion of the mounting frame, the protective box includes a bottom plate, four side plates, and a top plate arranged sequentially from bottom to top, the bottom plate is mounted on a top end of the mounting frame, and the bottom plate includes a mounting structure used to mount the four side plates; and the bottom plate and the top plate are respectively provided with ventilation openings. the side plate is a protective net structure, the net-like side plate not only achieves the ventilation, but also has a certain degree of dust prevention, and by disassembling and replacing the protective net, it is more convenient for cleaning.

PROTECTIVE FRAME FOR INDUSTRIAL COMPUTER 504376
The present application belongs to the technical field of industrial devices, in particular to a protective frame for an industrial computer.
With the rapid development of computers, especially in industry, the computers are also widely used. The computer specifically designed for industrial use is usually referred to as an industrial computer, which pays more attention to reliability and stability in industrial environments.
In the industrial field, due to the harsh and complex factory environments, the industrial computer requires better protective measures. Existing industrial computers mainly use a protective plate to protect it, therefore it is not beneficial to computer heat dissipation and is also very complicated to disassemble and mount.
A main technical problem solved by the present application is to provide a protective frame for an industrial computer, as to achieve heat dissipation of the industrial computer and facilitate disassembly of a protective side plate.
In order to solve the above technical problem, a technical scheme adopted by the present application is as follows.
A protective frame for an industrial computer includes a mounting frame and a protective box arranged at a top portion of the mounting frame, the protective box includes a bottom plate, four side plates, and a top plate arranged sequentially from bottom to top, the bottom plate is mounted on a top end of the mounting frame, and the bottom plate includes a mounting structure used to mount the four side plates; and the bottom plate and the top plate are respectively provided with ventilation openings, and a fan is arranged in the ventilation opening.
Further, the mounting structure includes four corner columns respectively LUS04376 arranged at four corners of the bottom plate, and the side plate is sliding-mounted between two adjacent corner columns.
Further, the overall shape of the corner column is an equilateral angle steel structure, two edges of the corner column are respectively provided with sliding grooves, and two sides of the side plate are respectively provided with sliding strips matched the sliding grooves.
Further, the side plate includes a protective net structure.
Further, the bottom plate and the top plate are respectively provided with through line areas.
Further, a support column is arranged between the top plate and the bottom plate, and both ends of the support column are respectively connected with the top plate and the bottom plate by bolts.

The beneficial technical effects of the present application are as follows.
The industrial computer is placed into the protective box, and since both the bottom plate and the top plate are provided with the ventilation openings and the fans, the heat dissipation of the industrial computer may be achieved; and the four side plates of the protective box are a detachable structure, it is more convenient for assembly and mounting, and moreover, the side plate is the protective net structure, the net-like side plate not only achieves the ventilation, but also has a certain degree of dust prevention, and by disassembling and replacing the protective net, it is more convenient for cleaning.

Preferably, the overall shape of the corner column is an equilateral angle steel structure, two edges of the corner column are respectively provided with sliding grooves 261, and two sides of the side plate are respectively provided with sliding strips 221 matched the sliding grooves.

Preferably, the bottom plate and the top plate are respectively provided with through line areas 27.
Preferably, a support column 28 is arranged between the top plate and the bottom plate, and both ends of the support column are respectively connected with the top plate and the bottom plate by bolts.
