PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING
The present application relates to the technical field of conveying devices, in particular to a workpiece conveying device for industrial automatic production and processing.
During industrial automatic production and processing, it is often necessary to place a workpiece processed by a device on a conveying device and convey it to the next working procedure, thereby it is convenient to convey the workpiece, and the workpiece may be effectively and conveniently conveyed.
A Chinese patent with authorized publication number CN207965654U discloses a low and flat conveying vehicle for industrial automatic workpiece transportation, including: a machine body, a steering wheel, and a control panel; a loading platform is arranged at a top end of the machine body, and the loading platform is connected with the machine body in an embedding mode; a maintenance door is arranged on an outer wall of one side of the machine body, and the maintenance door is connected with the machine body by a hinge; the control panel is arranged on an outer wall of a front end of the machine body, and the control panel is connected with the machine body by the hinge; and a display screen is arranged in a middle position of the control panel, and the display screen is connected with the control panel in the embedding mode. The present application has the advantages of reasonable structural design, strong load-bearing capacity, strong overall stability, reduced damage caused by collision to the device, strong human-machine interaction, high degree of automation and the like by structural improvements, thereby problems and deficiencies existing in the existing device are effectively solved.
The conveying device in the above patent has the following problems: the existing conveying device requires a separate operation by a person, and may not stably move back and forth between devices in two working procedures, it is inconvenient to quickly and effectively convey the workpiece between the two working procedures. In order to solve at least one of the above problems, the inventor of the present application designs this scheme.
A purpose of the present application is to provide a workpiece conveying device for industrial automatic production and processing, aiming to improve problems that the existing conveying device requires a separate operation by a person, and may not stably move back and forth between devices in two working procedures, it is inconvenient to quickly and effectively convey a workpiece between the two working procedures.
The present application is achieved in the following way.
A workpiece conveying device for industrial automatic production and processing includes a support frame, a position, adjacent to a top end, on both sides of the interior of the support frame is provided with a guide rail, and the interior of the support frame is provided with a workpiece basket, both sides of the workpiece basket are clamped on the guide rail, a position, adjacent to a top portion, on both sides of the support frame is provided with a gear rack, both sides of the workpiece basket are provided with a driving motor, an output end of the driving motor is provided with a gear, the gear and the gear rack are meshed together, a bottom end of the workpiece basket is provided with an accumulator, and the accumulator and the motor are connected together by a connecting wire.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the support frame is convenient for the entire conveying device to stably convey the workpiece, and the guide rail is convenient for the guidance of the workpiece basket, thereby it is convenient for movement and use of the workpiece, the gear rack is convenient to cooperate with the driving motor, thereby the workpiece basket may be conveniently moved under the operation of the driving motor, and the accumulator and the connecting wire are cooperated to conveniently supply power to the driving motor, thereby it is convenient to use the accumulator.
Optionally, corners of a bottom portion of the support frame are all provided with support legs, a bottom end of the support leg is connected with a bottom plate, and a LUS04270 corner of the bottom plate is provided with a universal wheel.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the support legs are convenient to support the entire support frame, it is convenient to use the support frame, the bottom plate is convenient to place some workpieces on an inner side of the support frame, the universal wheel is convenient for movement of the entire support frame, and it is convenient for flexible use of the entire support frame.
Optionally, a top portion of both sides of the workpiece basket is provided with a pair of clamping rods, an opposite surface of the clamping rod is provided with a mounting groove, and the interior of the mounting groove is provided with a plurality of rolling shafts.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the clamping rod is convenient for the workpiece basket to be clamped on the guide rail, thereby it is convenient to use the workpiece basket, the mounting groove is convenient to mount the rolling shaft, it is convenient to use the rolling shaft, thereby the workpiece basket may be flexibly and conveniently moved back and forth on the guide rail.
Optionally, a mounting plate is arranged between both sides of a top portion of the workpiece basket, and a middle portion of the mounting plate is provided with a bearing.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the mounting plate is convenient to cooperate with the driving motor, it is convenient for installation and use of the driving motor, the bearing is convenient for rotation of the output end of the driving motor, and it is convenient to use the output end of the driving motor.
Optionally, a bottom portion of both sides of the workpiece basket is symmetrically provided with a mounting rod, and an inner side of the mounting rod is provided with a clamping groove.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the mounting rod is cooperated with the clamping groove, the workpiece basket may be conveniently connected with the accumulator together, and it is convenient for the accumulator to supply power to the motor.
Optionally, a bottom portion of the driving motor is provided with an electrical LUS04270 connector, and a middle portion of the electrical connector is provided with an electrical groove.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the electrical connector and the electrical groove are convenient to cooperate with the connecting wire, thereby the driving motor may be conveniently connected with the accumulator together by cooperating with the connecting wire.
Optionally, an arc surface of the output end of the driving motor is provided with a plurality of connecting legs, and the connecting leg is provided with a bolt hole.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the connecting leg is cooperated with the bolt hole, so that the driving motor is conveniently mounted on the mounting plate by the bolt, and it is convenient for stable use of the driving motor.
Optionally, both sides of the accumulator are provided with a clamping plate, a position, aligned with the clamping groove, of the clamping plate is provided with an inserting rod, and one side, towards the exterior, of the clamping plate is provided with a top screw.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the cooperation between the clamping plate and the inserting rod is convenient to clamping-connect the accumulator and the mounting rod together, it is convenient for installation and disassembly of the accumulator, and convenient to use the accumulator, and the top screw is convenient to fix the position of the accumulator, thus it is convenient for the accumulator to stably cooperate with the workpiece basket for use.
Optionally, one side of a front surface of the accumulator is provided with a charging groove, and a top portion of the front surface of the accumulator is provided with a plurality of communicating grooves.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the charging groove is convenient to cooperate with an external charging wire, it is convenient to charge the accumulator while the accumulator is out of power, and the communicating groove is convenient to cooperate with the connecting wire, thereby the accumulator and the driving motor are conveniently connected together by the connecting wire.
Optionally, a top end of the connecting wire is provided with a first plug LUS04270 connector, and a bottom end of the connecting wire is provided with a second plug connector.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the first plug connector is convenient to 5 connect the connecting wire and the motor together, and the second plug connector is convenient to connect the connecting wire and the accumulator together, thereby it is convenient for the accumulator to supply power to the driving motor.
Compared with existing technologies, the beneficial effects of the present application are as follows.
The present application improves and optimizes the structure of the workpiece conveying device, so that the workpiece conveying device may convey the workpiece, and the workpiece may be stably moved back and forth between devices in two working procedures, thereby it is convenient for the conveying of the workpiece, and convenient to improve the efficiency of workpiece processing, and this device is convenient to operate and use.
The present application improves and optimizes the structures of the support frame and the workpiece basket, so that the workpiece basket may be moved back and forth on the inner side of the support frame, it is convenient for the workpiece basket to carry the workpiece that needs to be processed for conveying, and it is convenient to rapidly and stably transfer and convey the workpiece.

In order to make purposes, technical schemes and advantages of implementation modes of the present application more clearly, the technical schemes in the implementation modes of the present application are clearly and completely described below in combination with the drawings in the implementation modes of the present application. Apparently, the implementation modes described is a part of the implementation modes of the present application, not all of the implementation modes.
Based on the implementation modes in the present application, all other implementation modes obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without paying creative labor shall fall within the scope of protection of the present application.
Therefore, the following detailed description of the implementation modes of the present application provided in the drawings is not intended to limit the scope of the present application claimed, but only to represent the selected implementation modes of the present application. Embodiment: as shown in Figs. 1, 2 and 4, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a workpiece conveying device for industrial automatic production and processing, the workpiece conveying device includes a support frame 1, a position, adjacent to a top end, on both sides of the interior of the support frame 1 is provided with a guide rail 11, and the interior of the support frame 1 is provided with a workpiece basket 2, both sides of the workpiece basket 2 are clamped on the guide rail 11, a position, adjacent to a top portion, on both sides of the support frame 1 is provided with a gear rack 12, both sides of the workpiece basket 2 are provided with a driving motor 3, an output end of the driving motor 3 is provided with a gear 35, the gear 35 and the gear rack 12 are meshed together, a bottom end of the workpiece basket 2 is provided with an accumulator 4, and the accumulator 4 and the motor are connected together by a connecting wire 5; and the support frame 1 is convenient for the entire conveying device to stably convey the workpiece, and the guide rail 11 is convenient for the guidance of the workpiece basket, thereby it is convenient for movement and use of the workpiece, the gear rack 12 is convenient to cooperate with the driving motor 3, thereby the workpiece basket 2 may be conveniently moved under the operation of the driving motor 3, and the accumulator 4 and the connecting wire 5 are cooperated to conveniently supply power to the driving motor 3, thereby it is convenient to use the accumulator 4.
As shown in Fig. 2, corners of a bottom portion of the support frame 1 are all provided with support legs 13, a bottom end of the support leg 13 is connected with a bottom plate 14, and a corner of the bottom plate 14 is provided with a universal wheel 15; and the support legs 13 are convenient to support the entire support frame 1, it is convenient to use the support frame, the bottom plate 14 is convenient to place some workpieces on an inner side of the support frame 1, the universal wheel 15 is convenient for movement of the entire support frame 1, and it is convenient for flexible use of the entire support frame 1.
As shown in Fig. 3, a top portion of both sides of the workpiece basket 2 is provided with a pair of clamping rods 21, an opposite surface of the clamping rod 21 LUS04270 is provided with a mounting groove 22, and the interior of the mounting groove 22 is provided with a plurality of rolling shafts 23; the clamping rod 21 is convenient for the workpiece basket 2 to be clamped on the guide rail 11, thereby it is convenient to use the workpiece basket 2, the mounting groove 22 is convenient to mount the rolling shaft 23, it is convenient to use the rolling shaft 23, thereby the workpiece basket 2 may be flexibly and conveniently moved back and forth on the guide rail 11; a mounting plate 26 is arranged between both sides of a top portion of the workpiece basket 2, and a middle portion of the mounting plate 26 is provided with a bearing 27; the mounting plate 26 is convenient to cooperate with the driving motor 3, it is convenient for installation and use of the driving motor 3, the bearing 27 is convenient for rotation of the output end of the driving motor 3, and it is convenient to use the output end of the driving motor 3; a bottom portion of both sides of the workpiece basket 2 is symmetrically provided with a mounting rod 24, and an inner side of the mounting rod 24 is provided with a clamping groove 25; and the mounting rod 24 is cooperated with the clamping groove 25, the workpiece basket 2 may be conveniently connected with the accumulator 4 together, and it is convenient for the accumulator 4 to supply power to the motor.
As shown in Fig. 4, a bottom portion of the driving motor 3 is provided with an electrical connector 31, and a middle portion of the electrical connector 31 is provided with an electrical groove 32; the electrical connector 31 and the electrical groove 32 are convenient to cooperate with the connecting wire 5, thereby the driving motor 3 may be conveniently connected with the accumulator 4 together by cooperating with the connecting wire 5; an arc surface of the output end of the driving motor 3 is provided with a plurality of connecting legs 33, and the connecting leg 33 is provided with a bolt hole 34; and the connecting leg 33 is cooperated with the bolt hole 34, so that the driving motor 3 is conveniently mounted on the mounting plate 26 by the bolt, and it is convenient for stable use of the driving motor 3.
As shown in Fig. 5, both sides of the accumulator 4 are provided with a clamping plate 41, a position, aligned with the clamping groove 25, of the clamping plate 41 is provided with an inserting rod 42, and one side, towards the exterior, of the clamping LUS04270 plate 41 is provided with a top screw 43; the cooperation between the clamping plate 41 and the inserting rod 42 is convenient to clamping-connect the accumulator 4 and the mounting rod 24 together, it is convenient for installation and disassembly of the accumulator 4, and convenient to use the accumulator 4, and the top screw 43 is convenient to fix the position of the accumulator 4, thus it is convenient for the accumulator 4 to stably cooperate with the workpiece basket 2 for use; one side of a front surface of the accumulator 4 is provided with a charging groove 45, and a top portion of the front surface of the accumulator 4 is provided with a plurality of communicating grooves 44; the charging groove 45 is convenient to cooperate with an external charging wire, it is convenient to charge the accumulator 4 while the accumulator 4 is out of power, and the communicating groove 44 is convenient to cooperate with the connecting wire 5, thereby the accumulator 4 and the driving motor 3 are conveniently connected together by the connecting wire 5.
As shown in Fig. 6, a top end of the connecting wire 5 is provided with a first plug connector 51, and a bottom end of the connecting wire 5 is provided with a second plug connector 52; and the first plug connector 51 is convenient to connect the connecting wire 5 and the motor together, and the second plug connector 52 is convenient to connect the connecting wire 5 and the accumulator 4 together, thereby it is convenient for the accumulator 4 to supply power to the driving motor 3.
Using method: during use, the workpiece that needs to be conveyed is placed inside the workpiece basket 2 according to the using needs, and then the driving motor 3 is started, so that the driving motor 3 may be energized to drive the gear 35 to rotate, the workpiece basket 2 may be moved along the guide rail 11, and the workpiece basket 2 is moved forwards and backwards along the guide rail 11, thus the purpose of conveying the workpiece basket 2 is achieved. After a worker takes the conveyed workpiece away, the driving motor 3 may be controlled to rotate reversely, so that the driving motor 3 may carry the workpiece basket 2 to return to its original workstation, thereby the workpiece may be moved and used back and forth between the devices in the two working procedures. The workpiece conveying device for the industrial automatic production and processing as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that corners of a bottom portion of the support frame (1) are all provided with support legs (13), a bottom end of the support leg (13) is connected with a bottom plate (14), and a corner of the bottom plate (14) is provided with a universal wheel (15).

The workpiece conveying device for the industrial automatic production and processing as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a top portion of both sides of the workpiece basket (2) is provided with a pair of clamping rods (21), an opposite surface of the clamping rod (21) is provided with a mounting groove (22), and the interior of the mounting groove (22) is provided with a plurality of rolling shafts (23).

The workpiece conveying device for the industrial automatic production and processing as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that a mounting plate (26) is arranged between both sides of a top portion of the workpiece basket (2), and a middle portion of the mounting plate (26) is provided with a bearing (27).

The workpiece conveying device for the industrial automatic production and processing as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that a bottom portion of both sides of the workpiece basket (2) is symmetrically provided with a mounting rod (24), and an inner side of the mounting rod (24) is provided with a clamping groove (25).

The workpiece conveying device for the industrial automatic production and LUS04270 processing as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a bottom portion of the driving motor (3) is provided with an electrical connector (31), and a middle portion of the electrical connector (31) is provided with an electrical groove (32).

The workpiece conveying device for the industrial automatic production and processing as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that an arc surface of the output end of the driving motor (3) is provided with a plurality of connecting legs (33), and the connecting leg (33) is provided with a bolt hole (34).

The workpiece conveying device for the industrial automatic production and processing as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that both sides of the accumulator (4) are provided with a clamping plate (41), a position, aligned with the clamping groove (25), of the clamping plate (41) is provided with an inserting rod (42), and one side, towards the exterior, of the clamping plate (41) is provided with a top screw (43).

The workpiece conveying device for the industrial automatic production and processing as claimed in claim 8, characterized in that one side of a front surface of the accumulator (4) is provided with a charging groove (45), and a top portion of the front surface of the accumulator (4) is provided with a plurality of communicating grooves (44).

The workpiece conveying device for the industrial automatic production and processing as claimed in any one of claims 1-9, characterized in that a top end of the connecting wire (5) is provided with a first plug connector (51), and a bottom end of the connecting wire (5) is provided with a second plug connector (52).
