Abstract
The disclosure discloses a combined suspended double beam crane comprising support rails parallelly fixed to a support column, a trolley travel assembly, and a hoisting assembly, in which the support rails are suspended with a large trolley travel assembly, two crossbeams are fixed at a lower end of the large trolley travel assembly and are slidingly connected with an extension assembly for extending a hoisting area, the extension assembly is suspended and connected with the trolley travel assembly at a lower side, and the trolley travel assembly is fixed to the lifting assembly; and the extension assembly comprises an extension beam slidingly provided in the crossbeam. Through the extension component, the power source drives the first gear and the second gear on the support shaft to rotate, and through the engagement of the first rack and the second rack, the extension beam is pushed out to one side.

COMBINED SUSPENSION DOUBLE BEAM CRANE
[0001] The disclosure relates to the technical field of cranes, in particular to a combined suspended double beam crane.
[0002] A crane is a multi-action lifting machine that vertically lifts and horizontally carries heavy objects within a certain range. It is also known as overhead cranes, gantry cranes, truck cranes. Common cranes include tire cranes and suspension cranes, of which, suspension cranes are divided into single beam suspension cranes and double beam suspension cranes. Existing Chinese patent CN217947445U discloses a combined suspension double-beam crane, including a large car running track, two main beams provided on the large car running track and a trolley mechanism provided on the main beam, in which the upper side of the two main beams are connected through the connection mechanism, the trolley mechanism includes four connecting rods, the first and last connecting rods are connected to form a rectangular frame, the trolley running wheel is on the upper side of the two connecting rods parallel to the main beam, and the trolley running wheel travels along the main beam; and the lifting mechanism is provided on the upper side of the two connecting rods perpendicular to the main beam, the lifting mechanism straddles the two connecting rods, and the lifting mechanism is connected with a spreader. The combined suspension double beam crane can effectively overcome the defects of conventional single beam suspension crane and double beam suspension crane, can greatly improve the effective lifting height as compared to the conventions 204204 single beam suspension crane, and the lifting trolley can cross the track to reach the cantilever of the main beam as compared to the conventional double beam suspension crane, expanding the scope of work. By providing the suspension double crossbeam on the lower side of the track, the crossbeam is extended to both sides of the track, however, in the actual use process, due to the stoppering restriction of the track support column, so that the crossbeam can only move between the support column, resulting in the limitations of use.
[0003] It is an object of the present disclosure to provide a combined suspended double beam crane in order to solve the above problems.
[0004] The present disclosure achieves the above-mentioned purpose by the following technical solutions.
[0005] The disclosure provides a combined suspended double beam crane comprising support rails parallelly fixed to a support column, a trolley travel assembly, and a hoisting assembly, in which the support rails are suspended with a large trolley travel assembly, two crossbeams are fixed at a lower end of the large trolley travel assembly and are slidingly connected with an extension assembly for extending a hoisting area, the extension assembly is suspended and connected with the trolley travel assembly at a lower side, and the trolley travel assembly is fixed to the lifting assembly;

[0008] Further, the extension beam is an |-beam, the crossbeam has a concave cross- section, and support wheels are evenly spaced on an inner wall of the crossbeam at a lower side of a top beam of the extension beam.
[0009] Further, the limit assembly includes a limit seat fixed to an upper end of the extension beam, in which the limit seat is slidingly connected with a sliding post, the sliding post is fixed with a stopper at the upper end, the sliding post is provided with a spring on an outer diameter inside the limit seat, and the crossbeam is provided with limit slots on a top of the inner wall on both sides of the support shaft.
[0010] Further, the limit seat is provided with an inclined surface near the inner side, the stopper is provided with inclined surfaces on both sides, and the stopper cooperates with the limit slot.
[0011] Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the following beneficial effects.
[0012] Through the extension component, the power source drives the first gear and the second gear on the support shaft to rotate, and through the engagement of the first rack and the second rack, the extension beam is pushed out to one side, and then the lifting range of the trolley travel assembly is adjusted, and the trolley travel assembly can move to the beam for avoidance when passing the support column of the support rail, so that the whole can move completely within the support range of the support rail, improving the range of operation and the convenience of use.

[0030] In the embodiment, the extension assembly 4 comprises an extension beam 41 slidingly provided in the crossbeam 3, in which a first rack 42 and a second rack 43 is fixed on a upper face of the extension beam 41, parts of the first rack 42 and the second rack 43 away from each other are toothless planes, a support shaft penetrates through the crossbeam 3 and has a first gear 44 the first rack 42 and a second gear 45 on a upper side of the second rack 43, one end of the support shaft has a motor, and a positioning assembly 47 is fixed at each of both ends of the extension beam 41. Further, a length of the toothless plane on each of the first rack 42 and the second rack 43 is less than half of an overall length, so that the extension beam 41 can be extended to both sides under the engagement of the first gear 44 and the first rack 42, and the second gear 45 and the second rack 43. [0031] In the embodiment, the limit assembly 47 includes a limit seat 471 fixed to an upper end of the extension beam 41, in which the limit seat 471 is slidingly connected with a sliding post 472, the sliding post 472 is fixed with a stopper 474 at the upper end, the sliding post 472 is provided with a spring 473 on an outer diameter inside the limit seat 471, and the crossbeam 3 is provided with limit slots 32 on a top of the inner wall on both sides of the support shaft. Further, the limit seat 471 is provided with an inclined surface near the inner side, the stopper 474 is provided with inclined surfaces on both sides, and the stopper 474 cooperates with the limit slot 32. With the extension of the extension beam 41, the stopper 474 of one end of the limit assembly 47 is pushed to move inside the crossbeam 3, so that the limit seat 471 is in contact with the first gear 44 or the second gear 45, and the spring 473 pushes the stopper 474 of the upper end of the slide post 472 to snap in the limit slot 32 to limit the moving position. When moving in the reverse direction, the inclined surface on the stopper 474 facilitates the contraction of the stopper 474 by pushing downward under the support of the inclined surface.

When the support lifting range of the crossbeam 3 is insufficient, the first gear 44 and the second gear 45 on the support shaft are driven by the work of the motor 46 of the extension assembly 4, through the engagement with the first rack 42 and the second rack 43, the extension beam 41 is pushed out to one side, and with the extension of the extension beam 41, the stopper 474 of one end of the limit assembly 47 is pushed to move inside the crossbeam 3, , the limit seat 471 contacts with the first gear 44 or the second gear
45, and the spring 473 pushes the stopper 474 at the upper end of the slide post 472 {504204 snap in the limit slot 32, after which the working lifting range is supported by the trolley travel assembly 5 moving on the extension beam 41.

Claims (5)
1. A combined suspended double beam crane comprising support rails parallelly fixed to a support column, a trolley travel assembly, and a hoisting assembly, in which the support rails are suspended with a large trolley travel assembly, two crossbeams are fixed at a lower end of the large trolley travel assembly and are slidingly connected with an extension assembly for extending a hoisting area, the extension assembly is suspended and connected with the trolley travel assembly at a lower side, and the trolley travel assembly is fixed to the lifting assembly; and wherein the extension assembly comprises an extension beam slidingly provided in the crossbeam, in which a first rack and a second rack is fixed on an upper face of the extension beam, parts of the first rack and the second rack away from each other are toothless planes, a support shaft penetrates through the crossbeam and has a first gear the first rack and second gear on an upper side of the second rack, one end of the support shaft has a power source, and a positioning assembly is fixed at each of both ends of the extension beam.
2. The combined suspended double beam crane of claim 1, wherein the length of the toothless plane on each of the first rack and the second rack is less than half of the overall length.
3. The combined suspended double beam crane of claim 1, wherein the extension beam is an |-beam, the crossbeam has a concave cross-section, and support wheels are evenly spaced on an inner wall of the crossbeam at a lower side of a top beam of the extension beam.

The combined suspended double beam crane of claim 3, wherein the limit assembly’ 504204 includes a limit seat fixed to an upper end of the extension beam, in which the limit seat is slidingly connected with a sliding post, the sliding post is fixed with a stopper at the upper end, the sliding post is provided with a spring on an outer diameter inside the limit seat, and the crossbeam is provided with limit slots on a top of the inner wall on both sides of the support shaft.
5. The combined suspended double beam crane of claim 4, wherein the limit seat is provided with an inclined surface near the inner side, the stopper is provided with inclined surfaces on both sides, and the stopper cooperates with the limit slot.
