Abstract

The present application discloses a municipal administration greenbelt maintenance and trimming device, which comprises: a main part, wherein a walking mechanism is arranged on one side of the main part, a mechanical arm is arranged on the walking mechanism, a cutting knife is arranged on a lower surface of the main part, a connecting rod is arranged on a position, close to the walking mechanism, of an upper surface of the main part to form relative rotation with the main part, a cavity is arranged in a position, corresponding to the connecting rod, inside the main part, an upper end of the connecting rod is connected with the mechanical arm, a lower end of the connecting rod extends into the cavity, a lower side of a circumferential outer side surface of the connecting rod is in rotatable connection with the main part, and a rotation mechanism is arranged inside the cavity to drive the main part to rotate and cross over an obstacle. According to the present invention, through the arrangement of the telescopic piece and the compression piece, when the main part is in contact with the lamp post, the compression piece can drive the telescopic piece to enter into the extension-retraction cavity, such that the power mechanism drives the main part and the cutting knife to cross over the lamp post. Since there is no need for the walking mechanism to stop in the above process, the trimming efficiency of the greenbelt is further improved.

TECHNICAL FIELD
The present application relates to the technical field of greenbelt trimming, and especially relates to a municipal administration greenbelt maintenance and trimming device.
BACKGROUND
In road engineering construction, a greenbelt is generally arranged at the center of the road surface so as to separate the roads and beautify the city. In addition, a trimming device is generally used to regularly trim the greenbelt nowadays so as to prevent the greenbelt from growing in a jumble, which in turn affects the overall aesthetics of the greenbelt.
Some existing greenbelt trimming devices mainly comprise a walking mechanism, a mechanical arm and a cutting device. When the greenbelt trimming device is used, blades in the cutting device are made to rotate at a high speed, then the mechanical arm moves the cutting device to the upper part of the greenbelt, and the blades are made to be in contact with the greenbelt, such that redundant branches and leaves of the greenbelt are cut off. Then, the walking mechanism is made to travel forwards, such that the cutting device 1s made to cut the greenbelt forwards, and the greenbelt trimming operation is further achieved through the above actions. However, in the above process, since lamp posts (or trees) are usually mounted at the middle of the greenbelt, if the cutting device is close to the lamp post in the process that the walking mechanism drives the cutting device to move forwards, the walking mechanism 1s required to stop and the mechanical arm is made to drive the cutting device to leave the greenbelt, then, the walking mechanism is made to move forwards and exceed the lamp post, and the cutting device is then made to be in contact with the greenbelt again, which will affect the trimming efficiency of the greenbelt.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the present application adopts the following technical solution: Provided is a municipal administration greenbelt maintenance and trimming device, comprising: a main part, wherein a walking mechanism is arranged on one side of the main part, a mechanical arm is arranged on the walking mechanism, a cutting knife is arranged on a lower surface of the main part to cut a greenbelt, a connecting rod is arranged on a position, close to the walking mechanism, of an upper surface of the main part to form relative rotation with the main part, a cavity is arranged in a position, corresponding to the connecting rod, inside the main part, an upper end of the connecting rod is connected with the mechanical arm, a lower end of the connecting rod extends into the cavity, a lower side of a circumferential outer side surface of the connecting rod is in rotatable connection with the main part, and a rotation mechanism is arranged inside the cavity to drive the main part to rotate and cross over an obstacle.
Furthermore, the rotation mechanism comprises an extension-retraction cavity, a telescopic piece, a movable conductive block, first elastic pieces, an upper conductive block, a lead, a power mechanism, a lower conductive block and a compression piece, wherein a power supply is arranged on an upper side of the connecting rod, the extension-retraction cavity is arranged in an interior of a lower end head of the connecting rod, the telescopic piece is movably clamped in the extension-retraction cavity, the movable conductive block is arranged in the extension-retraction cavity and configured for forming synchronous movement with the telescopic piece, the first clastic pieces are arranged on both sides of the movable conductive block in the extension-retraction cavity and configured for connecting a side surface of the telescopic piece facing the walking mechanism and connecting an inner wall of the extension-retraction cavity, with the elasticity of the first elastic pieces being greater than the resistance against the cutting knife cutting the greenbelt, the upper conductive block is arranged on an upper side of the extension-retraction cavity in the 2

According to the municipal administration greenbelt maintenance and trimming device of the present application, through the arrangement of the telescopic piece and the compression piece, when the main part is in contact with the lamp post, the compression piece can drive the telescopic piece to enter into the extension-retraction 4
BL-5642 cavity, such that the power mechanism drives the main part and the cutting knife*863687 cross over the lamp post. Since there is no need for the walking mechanism to stop in the above process, the trimming efficiency of the greenbelt is further improved.
Through the arrangement of the main part and the connecting rod, the cutting knife may cut the greenbelt on one side of the lamp post during the process of crossing over the lamp post, and then, when the main part is reset, the cutting knife that is far away from the connecting rod may cut the greenbelt on the other side of the lamp post. Through the above actions, the greenbelt around the lamp post is cut, thereby improving the overall trimming range of the greenbelt.
Through the arrangement of the shifting plate and the suction piece, when the walking mechanism drives the main part and the cutting knife to move forwards, the shifting plate may shift the cut greenbelt, and then the leaves left on the top of the greenbelt are made to fall to the greenbelt bottom. Through the above actions, the impact on the beauty of the greenbelt is reduced when the leaves are dried up, and then, when the main part crosses over the lamp post and is reset, the shifting plate will shift the greenbelt that is on the other side of the lamp post to the cutting knife.
Through the above actions, the overall trimming range of the greenbelt is further improved.

Referring to FIGs. 1 and 2, the main part 1 is of an arc-shaped structure, and the main part 1 has a concave surface facing a direction opposite to the walking direction of the walking mechanism. Through the arrangement of the structure, in the process of rotating and resetting the main part 1, one end of the main part 1 far away from the connecting rod 3 moves to the upper part of the greenbelt around the lamp post far away from one side of the walking mechanism, such that the cutting knife 2 at the position cuts the greenbelt on the other side of the lamp post. Through the above actions, the overall trimming range of the greenbelt is further improved.
Referring to FIG. 1, the upper side of the circumferential outer side surface of the connecting rod 3 is rotatably sleeved with a rotating ring 5, balance rods 6 are welded on both sides of the circumferential surface of the rotating ring 5, the other end of each balance rod 6 is welded and fixed with the upper surface of the main part 1.
Through the arrangement of the structure, a portion of the main part 1 on the two sides of the connecting rod 3 is prevented from exerting an asymmetric force on the connecting rod 3 due to its self gravity, which in turn makes the abrasion of the connecting rod 3 during rotation intensified.

Through the arrangement of the structure, the rotation resistance of the main part 1 1s further increased, such that a counter force the cutting knife 2 receives during greenbelt cutting cannot drive the main part 1 to rotate, so that the stability of the device 1s then improved.
Referring to FIGs. 1, 7 and 8, shifting plates 19 are equidistantly hinged on the concave surface of the main part 1, and the distance from the lower surface of the shifting plate 19 to the ground is smaller than the distance from the cutting knife 2 to the ground. When the walking mechanism drives the main part 1 and the cutting knives 2 to move forwards, the shifting plates 19 may shift the cut greenbelt, and then the leaves left on the top of the greenbelt are made to fall to the greenbelt bottom.
Through the above actions, the impact on the beauty of the greenbelt is reduced when the leaves are dried up, and meanwhile, the leaves falling to the greenbelt bottom will generate a composting effect, which in turn makes the greenbelt grow better.

A municipal administration greenbelt maintenance and trimming device, comprising: a main part, wherein a walking mechanism is arranged on one side of the main part, a mechanical arm is arranged on the walking mechanism, a cutting knife 1s arranged on a lower surface of the main part to cut a greenbelt, a connecting rod 1s arranged on a position, close to the walking mechanism, of an upper surface of the main part to form relative rotation with the main part, a cavity is arranged in a position, corresponding to the connecting rod, inside the main part, an upper end of the connecting rod is connected with the mechanical arm, a lower end of the connecting rod extends into the cavity, a lower side of a circumferential outer side surface of the connecting rod is in rotatable connection with the main part, and a rotation mechanism 1s arranged inside the cavity to drive the main part to rotate and cross over an obstacle.

The municipal administration greenbelt maintenance and trimming device according to claim 1, wherein the rotation mechanism comprises an extension-retraction cavity, a telescopic piece, a movable conductive block, first elastic pieces, an upper conductive block, a lead, a power mechanism, a lower conductive block and a compression piece, wherein a power supply is arranged on an upper side of the connecting rod, the extension-retraction cavity is arranged in an interior of a lower end head of the connecting rod, the telescopic piece is movably clamped in the extension-retraction cavity, the movable conductive block is arranged in the extension-retraction cavity and configured for forming synchronous movement with the telescopic piece, the first elastic pieces are arranged on both sides of the movable conductive block in the extension-retraction cavity and configured for connecting a side surface of the telescopic piece facing the walking mechanism and connecting an inner wall of the extension-retraction cavity, with the elasticity of the first elastic pieces being greater than the resistance against the cutting knife cutting the greenbelt, the upper conductive block is arranged on an upper side of the extension-retraction cavity in the connecting rod, the lead is arranged on the upper 13
