Abstract
The present invention discloses a box-type exhaust fan comprising a main box body. The main box body is mounted to a base, and universal wheels are mounted at four corners of the bottom of the base; a fan body is provided in the main box body, the fan body comprises a housing and an impeller, the impeller is fixed in the housing, the impeller is connected to a motor via a rotating shaft, one side of the housing is provided with an air inlet, the other side is provided with an air outlet, and the air inlet and the air outlet extend out of the main box body; the air inlet is provided with a sound-deadening ring, the air outlet is connected with a sound-deadening pipe, and the inner wall of the housing is provided with a first sound-absorbing layer. The present invention uses a combination of multiple sound-deadening structures, such as a sound-deadening ring, a first sound-absorbing layer, a sound-deadening pipe, etc. to achieve multiple sound-absorbing and noise-reducing so that the noise is greatly reduced and the noise pollution is reduced.

[01] The present invention relates to the technical field of fans, and in particular to a box-type exhaust fan.
[02] It is known that in many occasions of an electric power system, such as the main transformer room of a transformer substation, in order to achieve the airflow in the main transformer room and reduce the air temperature of the main transformer room and the noise at an exhaust port of the main transformer room, mostly an exhaust fan is provided in the main transformer room, and the exhaust fan 1s used to blow air against the main transformer, thereby achieving the airflow in the main transformer.
[03] Although the airflow in the main transformer room can be realized and the air temperature in the main transformer room can be reduced by using the exhaust fan, the mechanical vibration noise and airflow noise generated during the operation of the fan cannot be eliminated, and such mechanical vibration noise and airflow noise may affect the health and normal life of the residents nearby.
[04] Therefore, there is an urgent need for a new box-type exhaust fan to solve the noise problem of fans in the prior art.
[05] It is an object of the present invention to provide a box-type exhaust fan, which solves the above-mentioned problems of the prior art and greatly reduces the noise as well as reducing the noise pollution.
[06] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following solution.
[07] The present invention provides a box-type exhaust fan comprising the main box body. The main box body is mounted to a base, and universal wheels are mounted at four corners of the bottom of the base; a fan body is provided in the main box body, the fan body comprises a housing and an impeller, the impeller is fixed in the housing, the impeller is connected to a motor via a rotating shaft, one side of the housing is provided with an air inlet, the other side is provided with an air outlet, and the air inlet and the air outlet extend out of the main box body; the air inlet is provided with a sound-deadening ring, the air outlet is connected with a sound-deadening pipe, and the inner wall of the housing is provided with a first sound-absorbing layer.
[08] Preferably, a second sound-absorbing layer is provided on the inner wall of the main box body.
[09] Preferably, the first sound-absorbing layer and the second sound-absorbing 40 layer are made of sound-absorbing cotton, sponge, or fiber blanket, and multiple sound-absorbing holes are uniformly provided in the first sound-absorbing layer and the second sound-absorbing layer.

[15] Preferably, the universal wheel comprises a mounting frame, a roller is mounted to the mounting frame via an axle, the top of the mounting frame is rotatably mounted to the bottom of the base via a mounting frame rotating shaft, a shock-absorbing spring is further provided between the mounting frame and the bottom of the base, and the shock-absorbing spring is sheathed on the mounting frame rotating shaft.

[18] the air inlet of the fan body of the present invention is provided with a sound-deadening ring, the sound-deadening ring is in threaded connection with the air inlet, and the air outlet is in threaded connection with a sound-deadening pipe so as to be easy to disassemble and replace; a first sound-absorbing layer is provided on the inner wall of the housing. The present invention uses a combination of multiple sound-deadening structures, such as a sound-deadening ring, a first sound-absorbing layer, and a sound-deadening pipe, etc. to achieve multiple sound-absorbing and noise-reducing so that the noise is greatly reduced and the noise pollution is reduced.

[25] The technical solution of the embodiments of the present invention will now be described clearly and fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings of the embodiments. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are only a few, but not all, embodiments of the invention. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skills in the art without inventive effort shall fall within the scope of the present invention.
[26] It is an object of the present invention to provide a box-type exhaust fan, which solves the above-mentioned problems of the prior art and greatly reduces the noise as well as reducing the noise pollution.

[29] As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a box-type exhaust fan, comprising a main box body 10. The main box body 10 is mounted to a base 12, universal wheels 14 are mounted at four corners of the bottom of the base 12, and the base 12 is driven to move by the universal wheels 14 so as to enable the whole box-type exhaust fan to be movable; a fan body is provided in the main box body 10, the fan body comprises a housing 1 and an impeller 2, the impeller 2 is fixed in the housing 1, the impeller 2 is connected to a motor 9 via a rotating shaft 3, one side of the housing 1 is provided with an air inlet, and the other side is provided with an air outlet 6; the air inlet is provided with a sound-deadening ring 5, the sound-deadening ring 5 is in threaded connection with the air inlet, and the air outlet 6 is in threaded connection with a sound-deadening pipe 7 so as to facilitate assembly and replacement; a first sound-absorbing layer 4 is provided on the inner wall of the housing 1, and specifically, the first sound-absorbing layer 4 is adhered to the inner wall of the housing 1 via an adhesive.
[30] In the present embodiment, multiple structures such as the sound-deadening ring 5, the first sound-absorbing layer 4, and the sound-deadening pipe 7, etc. are used to achieve multiple sound absorption and noise reduction, so that noise is greatly reduced and the noise pollution is reduced. Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the whole fan body and the motor 9 are arranged in the main box body 10, the air inlet and the air outlet 6 extend out of the main box body 10, and openings are correspondingly arranged on the main box body 10 so that the air inlet and the air outlet 6 extend out.

The two impellers 2 are mounted to the rotating shaft 3 in a side-by-side manner front and back, and the double impellers 2 are provided so as to increase the contact area between the fluid and the blade and reduce the aerodynamic noise.

[36] as shown in Figs. 3 and 4, the main box body 10 is mounted to a base 12, a shock-absorbing pad is provided on the base 12, and the shock-absorbing pad can be made of soft materials such as rubber or sponge, so as to reduce the noise generated by the contact between the main box body 10 and the base 12 while performing shock-absorbing protection on the main box body 10; universal wheels 14 are mounted at four corners of the bottom of the base 12, and the base 12 is driven to move by the universal wheels 14 to enable the whole box-type exhaust fan to be movable.
[37] In this embodiment, the universal wheel 14 comprises a mounting frame 141, a roller 144 is mounted to the mounting frame 141 via an axle 143, the top of the mounting frame 141 is rotatably mounted to the bottom of the base 12 via a mounting frame rotating shaft 142, and a shock-absorbing spring 145 is further provided between the mounting frame 141 and the bottom of the base 12; the shock-absorbing spring 145 is sleeved on the mounting frame rotating shaft 142. The universal wheel 14 in this embodiment is provided with a shock-absorbing spring 145 to effectively absorb shock during the movement and reduce the damage to the overall device.

A box-type exhaust fan characterized by comprising a main box body, wherein the main box body is mounted to a base, and universal wheels are mounted at four corners of a bottom of the base; a fan body is provided in the main box body, the fan body comprises a housing and an impeller, the impeller is fixed in the housing, the impeller is connected to a motor via a rotating shaft, one side of the housing is provided with an air inlet, the other side is provided with an air outlet, and the air inlet and the air outlet extend out of the main box body; the air inlet is provided with a sound-deadening ring, the air outlet is connected with a sound-deadening pipe, and an inner wall of the housing is provided with a first sound-absorbing layer.
2. The box-type exhaust fan according to claim 1, characterized in that a second sound-absorbing layer is provided on the inner wall of the main box body.

The box-type exhaust fan according to claim 2, characterized in that the first sound-absorbing layer and the second sound-absorbing layer are made of sound-absorbing cotton, sponge, or fiber blanket, and multiple sound-absorbing holes are uniformly provided in the first sound-absorbing layer and the second sound-absorbing layer.
4. The box-type exhaust fan according to claim 1, characterized in that the sound-deadening ring comprises an annular body, and sound-absorbing cotton is attached to the inner wall of the annular body.
5. The box-type exhaust fan according to claim 1, characterized in that the sound-deadening pipe uses a glass fiber reinforced plastic composite pipe.
6. The box-type exhaust fan according to claim 5, characterized in that a filter screen is provided at a position of the air outlet close to the sound-deadening pipe.
7. The box-type exhaust fan according to claim 1, characterized in that two impellers are provided, and the two impellers are mounted to the rotating shaft side-by-side front and back.
8. The box-type exhaust fan according to claim 1, characterized in that a shock-absorbing pad is provided on the base.

The box-type exhaust fan according to claim 8, characterized in that the universal wheel comprises a mounting frame, a roller is mounted to the mounting frame via an axle, a top of the mounting frame is rotatably mounted to the bottom of the base via a mounting frame rotating shaft, a shock-absorbing spring is further provided between the mounting frame and the bottom of the base, and the shock-absorbing spring is sheathed on the mounting frame rotating shaft.
