Abstract

The invention discloses a universal installation device for big data servers. The device comprises a fixed bracket body and a support plate, a plurality of lower cylinder bodies with rotating rod members and a plurality of telescopic holes, on the rotating rod members are provided a plurality of roller support members and a plurality of spiral segments, the plurality of roller support members include support brackets, support rollers, adjusting link rods and adjusting screw sleeves, ends of the support brackets are hinged with inner portions of the plurality of lower cylinder bodies and another ends extend to the plurality of telescopic holes, ends of the adjusting link rods are hinged with middle portions of the support brackets and another ends are hinged with corresponding adjusting screw sleeves, end portions of the lower cylinder bodies are provided with adjusting gears meshed with adjusting racks arranged on the fixed bracket body.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to the technical field of big data equipment and specifically discloses a universal installation device for big data servers.
Background Technology
Big data refers to a collection of data that cannot be captured, managed and processed with conventional software tools within a certain time range, and only a new process mode equipped with a stronger decision-making, insight and process optimization ability can turn big data into massive, high growth and diversified information assets. Generally, big data 1s stored in big data servers, and big data devices are often have so large sizes that installation devices are needed for auxiliary their installations.
When mounted on equipment, big data servers are often adjusted to be positions which are away from the ground; otherwise, the big data server devices are vulnerable to moisture for being close to the ground. Further, it is so troublesome to place big data servers of big sizes into appropriate positions, thus, on support portions of big data servers are often provided rollers, which however leads to poor stability of big data servers on the support portions.
Summary of the Invention
The present invention aims to provide a universal installation device for big data servers, so as to solve technical problems mentioned in the background technology.
In order to realize above purposes, the present invention provides following technical solutions:
A universal installation device for big data servers comprises a fixed bracket body and a support plate, wherein on the fixed support body is provided a lifting assembly, the support plate is arranged on the fixed bracket body and connected to the lifting assembly so as to support big data servers, the lifting assembly is able to adjust different longitudinal positions of the support 95788 plate at the fixed bracket body; at bottom portions of the support plate are arranged a plurality of lower cylinder bodies in parallel and on the support plate are provided a plurality of telescopic holes, inside the plurality of lower cylinder bodies are all provided rotating rod members whose ends extend outside, on the rotating rod members are provided a plurality of roller support members and a plurality of spiral segments, and the roller support members are in one-to-one correspondence with the spiral segments, the plurality of roller support members include support brackets, support rollers, adjusting link rods and adjusting screw sleeves, ends of the support brackets are hinged with inner portions of the plurality of lower cylinder bodies and another ends extend to the plurality of telescopic holes, and the support rollers are rotationally arranged at support brackets and extend to end portions of the telescopic holes, ends of the adjusting link rods are hinged with middle portions of the support brackets and another ends thereof are hinged with corresponding adjusting screw sleeves; and end portions of the lower cylinder bodies located outside the support plate are provided with adjusting gears, and the adjusting gears are meshed with adjusting racks arranged on lateral walls of the fixed bracket body.
Based on the above technical solution, the present invention further provides following preferred technical solutions.
In a preferred technical solution, the lifting assembly comprises a lifting motor, lifting screw rods and guide rods, both the lifting screw rods and the guide rods are longitudinally arranged on the fixed bracket body, and lateral walls of the support plate are provided with two support portions, wherein one of the support portions slides over the guide rods, and another one of the support portions is screwed with the lifting screw rods, the lifting motor are arranged on the fixed bracket body and connected to ends of the lifting screw rods, and the lifting motor is configured to drive the lifting screw rods to rotate.
In a preferred technical solution, at a bottom portion of the fixed bracket body is provided a basal plate and at end portions of the support plate away from the fixed bracket body are provided front support members, an end portion of the support plate away from the fixed bracket body is rotationally connected with a horizontal axis, end portions of the horizontal axis are provided 902788 with fixing rod members, and the fixing rod members are firmly connected with lateral walls of the support plate, and front support members are arranged on the horizontal axis and are able to support the device on the ground when in a vertical state.
In a preferred technical solution, the front support members include fixing portions, support rod bodies and cross frames; the fixing portions are arranged on the horizontal axis, two support rod bodies are arranged respectively at two end portions of each of the fixing portions; between the support rod bodies are the cross frames whose end portions are slidingly cooperated with the support rod bodies, the cross frames are connected with edges of the fixing portions through a plurality of second springs, end portions of the cross frames away from the fixing portions are provided with rolling wheels.
In a preferred technical solution, bottom portions of all the front support members are provided with foot plates, on the foot plates are provided hooks, and the hooks can be stuck on the fixed bracket body.
In a preferred technical solution, the front support members further include front protective members, the front protective members are arranged at end portions of the fixing portions away from the support rod bodies, on end faces of the front protective members facing the support plate are provided a plurality of pushing rollers, and the plurality of pushing rollers are arranged horizontally and linearly.
In a preferred technical solution, side portions of the support plate close to the fixed support bracket are provided with rear protective plates and foldable plates; the rear protective plates slide on end faces of the support plate, the rear protective plates are connected with the foldable plates through a plurality of first springs, and the foldable plates are fixed on edge portions of the support plate; at two side portions of the support plate are rotationally provided protective shafts, on the protective shafts are provided side protective members and protective gears, and the protective gears are meshed with the protective racks arranged at end portions of the rear

Compared to prior art, the present invention has following beneficial effects: 1. The lifting assembly of the present invention is able to adjust different heights of big data servers, thereby avoiding that big data servers are vulnerable to moisture for being close to the ground. 2. The roller support members of the present invention are able to retract into the lower cylinder bodies to ensure stability of big data servers placed on the support plate, and also able to extend out of the lower cylinder bodies to facilitate installing and placing the big data servers. 3. The present invention has such a simple structure that big data servers can be easily installed and firmly placed, and the present invention is simple to operate and has strong practicability.

In order to make the purposes, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more clearly understood, the present invention will be described in further details below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments; and in the drawings or descriptions, the same reference numerals are used for similar or identical parts, and the shape, thickness or height of each part may be enlarged or reduced in practical application. The embodiments listed in the present invention are only used to illustrate the present invention, but not to limit protection scope of the present invention. In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in figures 1-3, a universal installation device for big data servers comprises a fixed bracket body 1 and a support plate 2, wherein on the fixed support body 1 is provided a lifting assembly, the support plate 2 arranged on the fixed bracket body 1 and connected to the lifting assembly, is configured to support big data servers, and the lifting assembly 1s able to adjust different longitudinal positions of the support plate 2 at the fixed bracket body 1; at bottom portions of the support plate 2 are arranged a plurality of lower cylinder bodies 21 in parallel and on the support plate 2 are provided a plurality of telescopic holes 23 communicated with the plurality of lower cylinder bodies 21, inside the plurality of lower cylinder bodies 21 are all provided rotating rod members 22 whose ends extend outside, on the rotating rod members 22 are provided a plurality of roller support members 24 and a plurality of spiral segments 221, and the roller support members 24 are in one-to-one correspondence with the spiral segments 221, the plurality of roller support members 24 include support brackets 241, support rollers 242, adjusting link rods 243 and adjusting screw sleeves 244, ends of the support brackets 241 are hinged with inner portions of the plurality of lower cylinder bodies 21 and another ends thereof extend to the plurality of telescopic holes 23, and the support rollers 242 are rotationally arranged at support brackets 241 and extend to end portions of the telescopic holes 23, and ends of the adjusting link rods 243 are hinged with middle portions of the support brackets 241 and another ends thereof are hinged wir 902788 corresponding adjusting screw sleeves 244; and end portions of the lower cylinder bodies 21 located outside the support plate 2 are provided with adjusting gears 8, and the adjusting gears 8 are meshed with adjusting racks 7 arranged on lateral walls of the fixed bracket body 1.
In the present embodiment, before placing a big data server on the support plate 2, the lifting assembly adjusts the support plate 2 on the fixed bracket body 1 close to the ground so that the big date server is easily placed onto the support plate 2, when the support plate 2 descends, the adjusting gears 8 mesh with the adjusting racks 7 to rotate the rotating rod members 22, the plurality of spiral segments 221 on the rotating rod members 22 are screwed with the adjusting screw sleeves 244 so as to drive the spiral segments 221 to move at the rotating rod members 22, the adjusting screw sleeves 244 push the support brackets 241 to rotate around junctions with the lower cylinder bodies 21 through the adjusting link rods 243, the support brackets 241 extend to end portions of the telescopic holes 23 so as to drive the support rollers 242 thereon to penetrate into the telescopic holes 23 and protrude end faces of the supporting plate 2; and the support rollers 242 are able to support the big data server in a roller manner, so that the big data server is placed onto the support plate 2 easily; when the lifting assembly drives the support plate 2 to move upwards, the adjusting gears 8 mesh with the adjusting racks 7 to rotate the rotating rod members 22 reversely, and the spiral segments 221 drive the adjusting screw sleeves 244 to move backward along the rotating rod members 22 and pull the support brackets 241 to revolve so that the support rollers 242 are retracted into lower cylinder bodies 21 via the telescopic holes 23; and therefore, bottom potions of the big data server are in direct contact with end faces of the support plates 2, which improves an in-between friction force, thereby ensuring the big data is placed onto the support plate 2 firmly and stably.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in figure 1 and figure 2, the lifting assembly comprises a lifting motor 6, lifting screw rods 61 and guide rods; both the lifting screw rods 61 and the guide rods are longitudinally arranged on the fixed bracket body 1, lateral walls of the support plate 2 are provided with two support portions 62, one of the support portions 62 slides over the guide rods, another one of the support portions 62 is screwed with the lifting screw rods 61, the lifting motor 6 is arranged on the fixed bracket body 1 and connected to ends 902788 of the lifting screw rods 61, and the lifting motor 6 is configured to drive the lifting screw rods to rotate 62; and in the present embodiment, the lifting motor 6 drives the lifting screw rods 61 to rotate, the lifting screw rods 61 are screwed with one of the support portions 62 and the guide rods guide and limit, so that the support plate 2 can be raised and descended to adjust different heights of the big data server.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in figure 1, at a bottom portion of the fixed bracket body 1 is provided a basal plate 3 and at end portions of the support plate 2 away from the fixed bracket body 1 are provided with front support members 9, an end portion of the support plate 2 away from the fixed bracket body 1 is rotationally connected with a horizontal axis 10, end portions of the horizontal axis 10 are provided with fixing rod members 11, and the fixing rod members 11 are firmly connected with lateral walls of the support plate 2; the front support members 9 are arranged on the horizontal axis 10 and able to support the device on the ground when the front support members 9 are in a vertical state; and in the present embodiment, when the support plate 2 is lifted or descended into a certain height, the front support members 9 rotate to be vertical so that bottom portions of the front support members 9 contact the ground to make the support plate 2 away from end portions of the fixed bracket body 1 and cooperate with the basal plate 3, thereby ensuring that the big data server is installed firmly and stably, wherein the fixing rod members 11 and the lateral walls of the support plate 2 are in fastened connections to ensure the front support members 9 are stably in a longitudinal state.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in figure 1, figure 2 and figure 4, the front support members 9 include fixing portions 91, support rod bodies 92 and cross frames 93; the fixing portions 91 are arranged on the horizontal axis 10, two support rod bodies 92 are arranged respectively at two end portions of each of the fixing portions 91; between the support rod bodies 92 are the cross frames 93 whose end portions are cooperated with the support rod bodies 92, the cross frames 93 are connected with edges of the fixing portions 91 through a plurality of second springs 94, end portions of the cross frames 93 away from the fixing portions 91 are provided with rolling wheels 96; and in the present embodiment, the horizontal axis 10 is able to rotate at a front end portion of the support plate 2, when the support plate 2 descends to be close to the 902788 ground, the fixing rod members are detached from lateral walls of the support plate 2, so that the front support members 9 can rotate freely to a horizontal state, and the front support members 9 can be kept in line with the supporting plate 2, which is convenient for placing the big data server; when the support plate 2 is lifted or descended to a certain height, the front support members 9 can be turned gradually from the horizontal state to a longitudinal state, when the support rod bodies 92 rotate, the cross frames are elastically acted by the second springs so that the roller wheels 96 roll to contact with the ground, thereby supporting the support plate 2 in the process of rolling, when the support rod bodies 92 turn to be longitudinal totally, both bottom portions of the rolling wheels 96 and the second springs 94 contact the ground at the same time, and the bottom portions of the second springs 94 are in surface-to surface contact with the ground so as to improve the stability of the front support members 9; the front support members 9 are all provided with foot plates 95, on the foot plates 95 are provided hooks, wherein the hooks are able to be stuck on the fixed bracket body 1 so as to ensure the front support members 9 stable when the front support members 9 are in a horizontal state.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in figure 4, the front support members 9 further include front protective members 97, the front protective members 97 are arranged at end portions of the fixing portions 91 away from the support rod bodies 92, on end faces of the front protective members 97 facing the support plate 2 are provided a plurality of pushing rollers 98, and the plurality of pushing rollers 98 are arranged horizontally and linearly; and in the present embodiment, when the front support members 9 rotate to a longitudinal state, the front protective members are at front end portions of the support plate 2, the pushing rollers are abutted against lateral walls of the big data server so that the big data server is pushed toward end portions of the fixed bracket body close to the support plate 2, thereby avoiding disconnecting the big data server from the front end portions of the support plate 2.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in figure 2, side portions of the support plate 2 close to the fixed support bracket 1 are provided with rear protective plates 25 and foldable plates; the rear protective plates 25 slide on end faces of the support plate 2, the rear protective plates 25 are connected with the foldable plates through a plurality of first springs 26202788 and the foldable plates are fixed on edge portions of the support plate 2; at two side portions of the support plate 2 are rotationally provided protective shafts 28, on the protective shafts 28 are provided side protective members 4 and protective gears 29, and the protective gears 29 are meshed with the protective racks 27 arranged at end portions of rear protective plates 25; ends of the side protective members 4 are fixed on lateral walls of protective shafts 28 and another ends thereof are provided with pressure heads; and in the present embodiment, the big data server on the support plate 2 pushed by the pushing rollers 98 moves towards rear protective plates 25 until the rear protective plates 25 are contacted and pushed to move; when the rear protective plates move, the protective racks 27 are meshed with the protective gears 29 to drive the protective shafts 28 to rotate, so that the protective shafts 28 drive the side protective members 4 to clamp the big data server on the support plate 2, thereby preventing the big data server from coming out of lateral walls of the support plate 2.
The above embodiments disclose a universal installation device for big data servers, wherein the lifting assembly is adjusted to make the support plate 2 close to the ground on which the fixed bracket body 1 is placed so that a big date server is easily placed onto the support plate 2, when the support plate 2 descends, the adjusting gears 8 mesh with the adjusting racks 7 to rotate the rotating rod members 22, the plurality of spiral segments 221 on the rotating rod members 22 are screwed with the adjusting screw sleeves 244 so as to drive the spiral segments 221 to move at the rotating rod members 22, the adjusting screw sleeves 244 push the support brackets 241 to rotate around junctions with the lower cylinder bodies 21 through the adjusting link rods 243, the support brackets 241 extend to end portions of the telescopic holes 23 so as to drive the support rollers 242 thereon to penetrate into the telescopic holes 23 and protrude end faces of the supporting plate 2; and the support rollers 242 are able to support the big data server in a roller manner, so that the big data server is placed onto the support plate 2 easily; when the lifting assembly drives the support plate 2 to move upward, the adjusting gears 8 mesh with the adjusting racks 7 to rotate the rotating rod members 22 reversely, and the spiral segments 221 drive the adjusting screw sleeves 244 to move backward along the rotating rod members 22 and pull the support brackets 241 to revolve so that the support rollers 242 are retracted into the lower cylinder bodies 21 via the telescopic holes 23; and therefore, bottom potions of the big 902768 data server are in direct contact with end faces of the support plates 2, which improves an in-between friction force, thereby ensuring the big data is placed onto the support plate 2 firmly and stably.

A universal installation device for big data servers, comprising a fixed bracket body and a support plate, wherein on the fixed support body is provided a lifting assembly, the support plate is arranged on the fixed bracket body and connected to the lifting assembly so as to support big data servers, the lifting assembly is able to adjust different longitudinal positions of the support plate at the fixed bracket body, at bottom portions of the support plate are arranged a plurality of lower cylinder bodies in parallel and on the support plate are provided a plurality of telescopic holes; inside the plurality of lower cylinder bodies are all provided rotating rod members whose ends extending outside, on the rotating rod members are provided a plurality of roller support members and a plurality of spiral segments, and the roller support members are in one-to-one correspondence with the spiral segments; the plurality of roller support members include support brackets, support rollers, adjusting link rods and adjusting screw sleeves; ends of the support brackets are hinged with inner portions of the plurality of lower cylinder bodies and another ends extend to the plurality of telescopic holes, and the support rollers are rotationally arranged at support brackets and extend to end portions of the telescopic holes; ends of the adjusting link rods are hinged with middle portions of the support brackets and another ends are hinged with corresponding adjusting screw sleeves; and end portions of the lower cylinder bodies located outside the support plate are provided with adjusting gears, and the adjusting gears are meshed with adjusting racks arranged on lateral walls of the fixed bracket body.

The universal installation device for big data servers according to claim 1, wherein the lifting assembly comprise a lifting motor, lifting screw rods and guide rods; both the lifting screw 902788 rods and the guide rods are longitudinally arranged on the fixed bracket body and lateral walls of the support plate are provided with two support portions; one of the support portions slides over the guide rods, another one of the support portions is screwed with the lifting screw rods, the lifting motor are arranged on the fixed bracket body and connected to ends of the lifting screw rods, and the lifting motor is configured to drive the lifting screw rods to rotate.

The universal installation device for big data servers according to claim 1, wherein at a bottom portion of the fixed bracket body is provided a basal plate and at end portions of the support plate away from the fixed bracket body are provided front support members; an end portion of the support plate away from the fixed bracket body is rotationally connected with a horizontal axis, end portions of the horizontal axis are provided with fixing rod members, and the fixing rod members are firmly connected with lateral walls of the support plate; and the front support members are arranged on the horizontal axis and able to support the device on the ground when in a vertical state.

The universal installation device for big data servers according to claim 3, wherein the front support members include fixing portions, support rod bodies and cross frames; the fixing portions are arranged on the horizontal axis, two support rod bodies are arranged respectively at two end portions of each of the fixing portions; between the support rod bodies are the cross frames whose end portions are cooperated with the support rod bodies, the cross frames are connected with edges of the fixing portions through a plurality of second springs, end portions of the cross frames away from the fixing portions are provided with rolling wheels.
5. The universal installation device for big data servers according to claim 4, wherein bottom portions of all the front support members are provided with foot plates, on the foot plates are provided hooks, and the hooks are stuck on the fixed bracket body.

The universal installation device for big data servers according to claim 4, wherein the front support members further include front protective members, the front protective members are 902788 arranged at end portions of the fixing portions away from the support rod bodies, on end faces of the front protective members facing the support plate are provided a plurality of pushing rollers, and the plurality of pushing rollers are arranged horizontally and linearly.

The universal installation device for big data servers according to claim 6, wherein side portions of the support plate close to the fixed support bracket are provided with rear protective plates and foldable plates; the rear protective plates slide on end faces of the support plate, the rear protective plates are connected with the foldable plates through a plurality of first springs, and the foldable plates are fixed on edge portions of the support plate; at two sides of the support plate are rotationally provided protective shafts, on the protective shafts are provided side protective members and protective gears, and the protective gears are meshed with the protective racks arranged at end portions of the rear protective plates; and ends of the side protective members are fixed on lateral walls of protective shafts and another ends thereof are provided with pressure heads.
