Abstract

The present invention provides a surgical pipeline restraining and fixing patch and belongs to the field of medical consumables. The surgical pipeline restraining and fixing patch comprises a patch body, a restraint strap and a retaining clip. A back surface of the patch body is provided with an adhesive layer, and the patch body is of a structure capable of being bent horizontally. The restraint strap is fixed to the patch body, and comprises a restraint adhesive tape I, a restraint adhesive tape II and a restraint adhesive tape III. The restraint adhesive tape I is of a unilateral fixing structure, the restraint adhesive tape II is of a bilateral fixing structure, and the restraint adhesive tape III is of a crossed fixing structure. The retaining clip is arranged at an outer edge of the patch body. According to the present invention, the back surface of the patch body is provided with the adhesive layer, so that adhesion and fixation can be formed. The retaining clip can clamp the patch body on a disinfection sheet of an operating table, so that the fixing patch is more firmly fixed. The patch body is of the structure capable of being bent horizontally, and can be matched with pipelines with different trends, so that restraint to the pipelines is reinforced. Various restraint straps can separate, settle and fix the pipelines, so that surgical operations are facilitated and the operating safety is improved.

SURGICAL PIPELINE RESTRAINING AND FIXING PATCH
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention belongs to the field of medical consumables, and particularly relates to a surgical pipeline restraining and fixing patch.
BACKGROUND In a surgical operation, particularly a laparoscopic surgery, it is needed to use various electronic devices, suction devices or apparatuses and consumables with power supplies such as electrotomes, ultrasonic scalpels, vascular closure devices, flushing and suction systems, bipolar coagulation, endoscopic systems, laser fibers and pneumoperitoneal pipelines. A plenty of pipelines will be introduced to an operating table when these devices are used. Owing to a strict sterile principle of an operating area, it is needed to fix these pipelines exactly and firmly to prevent them from sliding into a contaminated area to increase the incision infection risk. The pipelines slide to fall onto the operating table even together with surgical instruments, so that disposable operating consumables and apparatuses with high values are damaged or wasted. In the process to implement the present invention, it is found by the inventor that an existing fixing way by matching gauze binding with clamping of vascular forceps at least has the following defects:
1. This fixing way depending on binding effect of gauze has the problems of insecure fixation and easy sliding;
2. It is quite troublesome to fix a plurality of pipelines and it is also difficult to restrain pipelines separately. Various water and electricity pipelines are staggered together, which is harmful to operating safety;
3. Use of gauze and vascular forceps may interfere with an X-ray examination of an arm C or a view of a contrast examination;

4. The vascular forceps are likely to clamping the skin of a patient mistakenly so as to lead to damage and necrosis of the skin of the patient, thereby bringing postoperative pain to the patient.
SUMMARY On a basis of the abovementioned background problems, the present invention 1s intended to provide a surgical pipeline restraining and fixing patch. A back surface of a patch body is provided with an adhesive layer, so that adhesion and fixation can be formed. The patch body and an operating table board are fixed more firmly through a retaining clip arranged at an outer edge of the patch body, so that restraint to the pipelines is reinforced so as to prevent pipelines from sliding to an operating table together with surgical instruments. Secondly, three restraint straps can settle and fix pipelines with different thicknesses separately and fix them multiply, and fix pipelines with high values protectively, so that operating procedures are facilitated and the operating safety is improved.
In order to achieve the abovementioned objective, a technical solution provided by the present invention is as follows: a surgical pipeline restraining and fixing patch includes: a patch body, wherein a back surface of the patch body is provided with an adhesive layer so as to fix the patch body, and the patch body is of a structure capable of being bent horizontally to be matched with pipelines with different trends; a restraint strap, fixed to the patch body to restrain and fix the pipelines, and including a restraint adhesive tape I, a restraint adhesive tape II and a restraint adhesive tape III, wherein the restraint adhesive tape I is of a unilateral fixing structure, the restraint adhesive tape II is of a bilateral fixing structure, and the restraint adhesive tape III is of a crossed fixing structure; and a retaining clip, arranged at an outer edge of the patch body to clamp the

Further, the patch body includes a fixing portion I, a fixing portion IT and a connecting portion arranged between the fixing portion I and the fixing portion IL, the connecting portion being of a wrinkled structure, so that an included angle between the fixing portion I and the fixing portion II is adjustable.
Further, the included angle between the fixing portion I and the fixing portion II is within a range of 100-180°.
Further, the restraint adhesive tape I and the restraint adhesive tape II both are arranged at the edges of the patch body, and the restraint adhesive tape III is arranged on a surface of the patch body.
Further, the surface of the patch body is provided with an adhesive layer I, and the restraint adhesive tape I and the restraint adhesive tape II both are provided with adhesive layers II matched with the adhesive layer I, so that the restraint adhesive tape I and the restraint adhesive tape II can be adhered and fixed to the patch body; and the adhesive layer I and the adhesive layer II are fine soft fiber layers or hooked fiber layers.
Further, the restraint adhesive tape I includes a tape body, one end of the tape body being fixed to the outer edge of the patch body and the other end thereof being a free end.
Further, the restraint adhesive tape III includes: a tape body I, one end of the tape body being fixed to the patch body and the other end thereof being a free end; and a tape body II, arranged opposite to the tape body I, one end of the tape body II being fixed to the patch body and the other end thereof being a free end; and the tape body I or tape body II is provided with a perforated hole where the free end of the tape body II or the free end of the tape body I passes through, so that the tape body I and the tape body II are fixed in a crossed manner.
- 4 - LU502415 Further, the restraint adhesive tape II includes: a tape body III, one end of the tape body being fixed to the patch body and the other end thereof being a free end, one side of the tape body III being provided with an adhesive layer III and the other side thereof being provided with an adhesive layer IV; and a tape body IV, arranged opposite to the tape body III, the tape body IV having a structure identical to that of the tape body III; and the adhesive layer III and the adhesive layer IV are fine soft fiber layers or hooked fiber layers, and the adhesive layer III and the adhesive layer IV are different in structure.
Further, the patch body is made from a polyurethane non-woven fabric.
Even further, the other edge of the patch body is provided with a reinforcing rib.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiments of the present invention at least have the following effects:
1. The line pipe restraining and fixing patch provided by the present invention includes a patch body, a restraint strap and a retaining clip. A back surface of the patch body is provided with an adhesive layer, so that adhesion and fixation can be formed. A retaining clip arranged at an outer edge of the patch body can clamp the patch body on a disinfection sheet of an operating table to form further fixation, so that the fixing patch is more firmly fixed. The patch body is of a structure capable of being bent horizontally, and thus can be matched with pipelines with different trends, so that restraint to the pipelines is reinforced to prevent the pipelines from sliding; the restraint strap includes a restraint adhesive tape I, a restraint adhesive tape II and a restraint adhesive tape III and can settle and fix pipelines with different thicknesses separately and fix them multiply, and fix pipelines with high values protectively, so that surgical operations are facilitated and the operating safety is improved.
2. The patch body provided by the present invention includes a fixing
- 5 - LU502415 portion I, a fixing portion II and a connecting portion arranged between the fixing portion I and the fixing portion II, the connecting portion being of a wrinkled structure, so that an included angle between the fixing portion I and the fixing portion II is adjustable. The adjustment range of the included angle arranged in the present invention is within 100-180°, and the pipelines can be prevented from being bent excessively, so that the service lives of water and electricity pipelines with high values are protected.
3. According to the present invention, the surface of the patch body can be provided with an adhesive layer I, and the restraint adhesive tape I and the restraint adhesive tape II both are provided with adhesive layers II matched with the adhesive layer I, so that the restraint adhesive tape I and the restraint adhesive tape II can be adhered and fixed to the patch body; and the tape body III and the tape body IV of the restraint adhesive tape II can be adhered and fixed through magic tapes, and the pipelines to be restrained can be conveniently added and adjusted due to the structures of the magic tapes, and detachment is further facilitated.
4. The restraint strap II of the present invention is of a crossed fixing structure, and the strap body I and the strap body II thereof can be fixed in a crossed manner. The restraint strap is mainly applied to protecting restraining small pipelines or small pipelines with high values, and can further improve the restraining and fixing strength of the pipelines.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS In order to make objectives, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, description will be made on technical solution in the embodiment of the present invention below in combination with drawings in the embodiment of the present invention. It is apparent that the described embodiments are a part of embodiments of the present invention and are not all the embodiments. On a basis of the embodiments in the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the technical field without creative efforts fall into the scope of protection of the present invention.
In the descriptions of the present invention, it is to be noted that the orientations or positional relationships indicated by the technical terms "center", "top", "bottom", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", "front", "back", and the like are based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the accompanying drawings. They are merely intended for ease of description of the embodiments of the present invention and simplification of the description, rather than to indicate or imply that the apparatuses or components mentioned in the present invention must have the specified orientations or must be constructed and operated in the specified orientations, and therefore shall not be construed as limitations on the embodiments of the present invention.
In order to solve the problems that the pipelines are not fixed firmly and safely, cannot be restrained separately and are inconvenient to detach and move in an existing way of fixing pipelines in an operation, the embodiments of the
- 7 - LU502415 present invention provide a line pipe restraining and fixing patch, including a patch body, a restraint strap and a retaining clip. A back surface of the patch body is provided with an adhesive layer, so that adhesion and fixation can be formed. A retaining clip arranged at an outer edge of the patch body can clamp the patch body on a disinfection sheet of an operating table to form further fixation, so that the fixing patch is more firmly fixed. The patch body is of a structure capable of being bent horizontally, and thus can be matched with pipelines with different trends, so that restraint to the pipelines is reinforced to prevent the pipelines from sliding; the restraint strap can settle and fix pipelines with different thicknesses separately and fix them multiply, and fix pipelines with high values protectively, so that surgical operations are facilitated and the operating safety is improved.
Specific description of the technical solution of the present invention will be made below.
A surgical pipeline restraining and fixing patch, as shown in FIG. 1, includes a patch body 1, a retaining clip 2 and a restraint strap 3.
In the embodiment, the patch body 1 is of a structure capable of being bent horizontally to be matched with pipelines with different trends, so that restraint to the pipelines is enhanced.
Specifically, the patch body 1 includes a fixing portion I 1-1, a fixing portion II 1-2 and a connecting portion 1-3 arranged between the fixing portion I 1-1 and the fixing portion II 1-2, the connecting portion 1-3 being of a wrinkled structure, so that an included angle between the fixing portion I 1-1 and the fixing portion II 1-2 is adjustable. Other angles of the patch body 1 are as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3.
The adjustment range of the included angle between the fixing portion I 1-1 and the fixing portion II 1-2 defined in the present invention is within 100-180°, and the pipelines can be prevented from being bent excessively, so that the service lives of the pipelines are prolonged.
- 8 - LU502415 In order to be fixedly connected with the connecting portion 1-3 conveniently, as shown in FIG. 1, in the embodiment, the ends of the fixing portion I 1-1 and the fixing portion II 1-2 connected with the connecting portion 1-3 are arranged as inclined planes.
In addition, the surface of the patch body 1 in the embodiment is provided with the adhesive layer, so that the patch body 1 is adhered and fixed. The adhesive layer uses an existing back gluing technique, and a protective layer is adhered to the adhesive layer. During use, the protective layer is torn down, so that the fixing patch 1s adhered and fixed.
In an actual application, the patch body 1 is made from a polyurethane non-woven fabric, but the material of the patch body 1 is not limited thereto.
The outer edge of the patch body 1 can further be provided with a reinforcing rib 4 to form a supporting framework. The reinforcing rib 4 in the embodiment is a steel wire reinforcing rib. But in other embodiments, it can be made from other hard and easily folded materials.
Specifically, the reinforcing rib 4 is arranged around the partial outer edge of the patch body 1. By taking FIG. 1 as an example, the reinforcing rib 4 is originated from the retaining clip 2 at the left top and is terminated at the retaining clip 2 at the right top from upper left side to lower right side, thereby preventing the reinforcing rib 4 from affecting stretching and shrinking of the connecting portion 1-3.
In the embodiment, the retaining clip 2 can be clamped on the disinfection sheet of the operating table, so as to further fix the patch body 1, so that the fixing patch is firmer.
Specifically, there are three retaining clips 2 in the embodiment. The three retaining clips 2 are respectively arranged at the outer edges of the patch body 1. By taking the patch body 1 in FIG. 1 as an example, the three retaining clips 2 are respectively arranged at two ends of the patch body 1 and the bent part of the patch body 1. The embodiment does not define the structure of the retaining clip 2

In the embodiment, the restraint strap 3 is used to restrain and fix the pipelines. The restraint strap 3 in the embodiment includes a restraint adhesive tape I 301, a restraint adhesive tape II 302 and a restraint adhesive tape III 303.
The restraint adhesive tape I 301 and the restraint adhesive tape II 302 both are fixed at the edges of the patch body 1, and the restraint adhesive tape III 303 is fixed to the surface of the patch body 1, so that the restraint strap can settle and fix pipelines separately and fix them multiply, and fix pipelines with high values protectively, so that surgical operations are facilitated and the operating safety is improved.
It is to be noted that the numbers of the restraint adhesive tape I 301, the restraint adhesive tape II 302 and the restraint adhesive tape III 303 are not defined specifically in the embodiment, and can be adjusted according to application requirements.
In order to restrain the pipelines in the operation conveniently, the restraint adhesive tape I 301, the restraint adhesive tape II 302 and the restraint adhesive tape III 303 all are of magic tape structures, thereby facilitating fixation and opening.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, the restraint adhesive tape I 301 is of a unilateral fixing structure, namely, the restraint adhesive tape I 301 includes a tape body, one end of the tape body being fixed to the outer edge of the patch body 1 and the other end thereof being a free end.
The restraint adhesive tape III 303 is of a crossed fixing structure. As shown in FIG. 1, the restraint adhesive tape III 303 includes a tape body I 303-1 and a tape body II 303-2, one end of the tape body I 303-1 being fixed to the patch body 1 and the other end thereof forming a free end. One end of the tape body II 303-2 is fixed to the patch body 1 and the other end thereof forms a free end. The tape body II 303-2 is provided with a through hole 303-2-1, and the through hole 303-2-1 is formed close to the fixing end of the tape body II 303-2
- 10 - LU502415 for the free end of the tape body I 303-1 to pass through.
At the moment, the surface of the patch body 1 is provided with a fine soft fiber layer, The tape body of the restraint adhesive tape I 301, and the tape body I 303-1 and the tape body 303-2 of the restraint adhesive tape III 303 both are provided with hooked fiber layers, namely, the restraint adhesive tape I 301 and the restraint adhesive tape III 303 are adhered and fixed to the patch body 1 through the magic tape structures.
It is to be noted that in other embodiments, the surface of the patch body 1 can further be provided with the hooked fiber layer, and the tape body of the restraint adhesive tape I 301, and the tape body I 303-1 and the tape body 303-2 of the restraint adhesive tape III 303 are provided with the fine soft fiber layers.
The restraint adhesive tape II 302 is of a bilateral fixing structure. As shown in FIG. 1, the restraint adhesive tape II 302 includes a tape body III 302-1 and a tape body IV 302-2, and the tape body III 302-1 and the tape body IV 302-2 are oppositely distributed at the edges of the patch body 1.
One end of the tape body III 302-1 is fixed to the patch body 1 and the other end thereof is a free end. One side of the tape body III 302-1 is provided with a fine soft fiber layer and the other side thereof is provided with a hooked fiber layer. One end of the tape body IV 302-2 is fixed to the patch body 1 and the other end thereof is a free end. One side of the tape body IV 302-2 is provided with a fine soft fiber layer and the other side thereof is provided with a hooked fiber layer. The tape body IV 302-2 and the tape body III 302-1 are same in structure.
Using states of the restraint adhesive tape I 301, the restraint adhesive tape 11302 and the restraint adhesive tape III 303 in the embodiment are as shown in FIG. 4: when the restraint adhesive tape I 301 fixes the pipelines, the tape body of the restraint adhesive tape I 301 presses the pipelines and adhere and fix the pipelines with the patch body 1;
- 11 - LU502415 when the restraint adhesive tape III 303 fixes the pipelines, the pipelines are located in a gap between the tape body I 303-1 and the tape body II 303-2, and at the moment, the free end of the tape body I 303-1 passes through the through hole 303-2-1, and the tape body I 303-1 is adhered and fixed to the patch body 1; the tape body II 303-1 is adhered toward a direction opposite to the tape body I 303-1, so that the tape body I 302-1 and the tape body II 302-2 fix the pipelines in a crossed manner, and the restraint adhesive tape is mainly applied to protecting and restraining small pipelines or small pipelines with high values.
When the restraint adhesive tape II 302 fixes the pipelines, the tape body III 302-1 first presses the pipelines, then the tape body IV 302-2 presses the tape body III 302-1, and the tape body IV 302-2 is adhered and fixed to the tape body IIT 302-1. The fixing patch in the embodiment can be adhered and fixed through the adhesive layer, and can be further fixed through the retaining clips arranged at the outer edges of the patch body, so that the fixing patch is fixed more firmly.
The restraint strap can settle and fix the pipelines separately to facilitate operation procedures.
It is to be noted that several variations and modifications may also be made by those of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention, which all fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

1. A surgical pipeline restraining and fixing patch, comprising: a patch body, wherein a back surface of the patch body is provided with an adhesive layer so as to fix the patch body, and the patch body 1s of structure capable of being bent horizontally to be matched with pipelines with different trends; a restraint strap, fixed to the patch body to restrain and fix the pipelines, and comprising a restraint adhesive tape I, a restraint adhesive tape II and a restraint adhesive tape III, wherein the restraint adhesive tape I is of a unilateral fixing structure, the restraint adhesive tape II is of a bilateral fixing structure, and the restraint adhesive tape III is of a crossed fixing structure; and a retaining clip, arranged at an outer edge of the patch body to clamp the patch body on an operating table.
2. The surgical pipeline restraining and fixing patch according to claim 1, wherein the patch body comprises a fixing portion I, a fixing portion II and a connecting portion arranged between the fixing portion I and the fixing portion II, the connecting portion being of a wrinkled structure, so that an included angle between the fixing portion I and the fixing portion II is adjustable.
3. The surgical pipeline restraining and fixing patch according to claim 2, wherein the included angle between the fixing portion I and the fixing portion II is within a range of 100-180°.
4. The surgical pipeline restraining and fixing patch according to claim 1, wherein the restraint adhesive tape I and the restraint adhesive tape II both are arranged at the edges of the patch body, and the restraint adhesive tape III is arranged on a surface of the patch body.
5. The surgical pipeline restraining and fixing patch according to claim 4, wherein the surface of the patch body is provided with an adhesive layer I, and the restraint adhesive tape I and the restraint adhesive tape II both are provided with adhesive layers II matched with the adhesive layer I, so that the restraint adhesive tape I and the restraint adhesive tape II can be adhered and fixed to the patch body; and
- 13 - LU502415 the adhesive layer I and the adhesive layer II are fine soft fiber layers or hooked fiber layers.
6. The surgical pipeline restraining and fixing patch according to claim 5, wherein the restraint adhesive tape I comprises a tape body, one end of the tape body being fixed to the outer edge of the patch body and the other end thereof being a free end.
7. The surgical pipeline restraining and fixing patch according to claim 5, wherein the restraint adhesive tape III comprises: a tape body I, one end of the tape body being fixed to the patch body and the other end thereof being a free end; and a tape body II, arranged opposite to the tape body I, one end of the tape body II being fixed to the patch body and the other end thereof being a free end; and the tape body I or the tape body II is provided with a perforated hole where the free end of the tape body II or the free end of the tape body I passes through, so that the tape body I and the tape body II are fixed in a crossed manner.
8. The surgical pipeline restraining and fixing patch according to claim 4, wherein the restraint adhesive tape II comprises: a tape body III, one end of the tape body being fixed to the patch body and the other end thereof being a free end, one side of the tape body III being provided with an adhesive layer III and the other side thereof being provided with an adhesive layer IV; and a tape body IV, arranged opposite to the tape body III, the tape body IV having a structure identical to that of the tape body III; and the adhesive layer III and the adhesive layer IV are fine soft fiber layers or hooked fiber layers, and the adhesive layer III and the adhesive layer IV are different in structure.
9. The surgical pipeline restraining and fixing patch according to claim 1, wherein the patch body is made from a polyurethane non-woven fabric.
