The invention relates to the technical field of split-type vane pumps, and discloses a split-type vane pump capable of assisting in operation of motors including a first pump body, a second pump body, an installing plate and a motor, wherein the motor is connected with the installing plate, the first pump body is connected with the second pump body, a transmission mechanism is arranged between the first pump body and the second pump body, a protection mechanism and a clamping mechanism are arranged on the out wall of the first pump body and the second pump body, the first pump body and the second pump body form a main pump body, the transmission mechanism includes a rotary shaft, an oil outlet, an oil inlet, a installing block, a pump vane, a clamping block, a sliding groove and a sealing strip. TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to the technical field of split-type vane pumps, in particular to a split-type vane pump capable of assisting in operation of motors.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART A vane pump is a pump in which vanes in the rotor slot touch the pump housing (stator ring), and press the absorbed liquid from the oil inlet side to the oil outlet side. In a possible embodiment, the transmission mechanism includes a rotary shaft, an oil outlet, an oil inlet, a installing block, a pump vane, a clamping block, a sliding groove and a sealing strip, the rotary shaft passes through the second pump body and is connected with the second pump body and the first pump body, the oil outlet and the oil inlets are both connected with the main pump body, the sliding groove is arranged in the second pump body, the installing block is located in the sliding groove and connected with the second pump body and the first pump body, the clamping block is connected with the pump vane, and the clamping block is connected with the installing block, the sealing strip is connected with the first pump body and the second pump body.

The power mechanism can facilitate the motor 4 to drive the pump vane 25 while rotating, thereby converting the power of the motor 4 into the power of the pump vane 25. In addition, when the plunger 52 reaches the limit position, the inside liquid can push the rotor 51 to generate electricity, thereby reducing the electricity loss of the motor 4.

The split-type vane pump capable of assisting in operation of motors provided by the invention can transport liquid, compared with ordinary vane pumps, the vane pump provided by the invention has advantages such as, capability to replace the inside vanes, capability to facilitate the daily disassembly and maintenance to the vane pump, capability to protect the inside and to avoid excessive inside pressure, and use the power of oil for generating electricity, so as to solve the problems in the used existing vane pump, such as inconvenience for replacement to the inside vanes of the vane pump, a lot of tedious time required for disassembly and assembly during daily maintenance, influence on the normal use efficiency of the vane pump, in addition, incapability to protect the vane pump’s inside during using it, and excessive inside pressure to cause damage to its parts.
In a possible embodiment, the transmission mechanism includes a rotary shaft 21, an oil outlet 22, an oil inlet 23, a installing block 24, a pump vane 25, a clamping block 26, a sliding groove 27 and a sealing strip 28, the rotary shaft 21 passes through the second pump body 2 and is connected with the second pump body 2 and the first pump body 1, the oil outlet 22 and the oil inlets 23 are both connected with the main pump body, the sliding groove 27 is arranged in the second pump body 2, the installing block 24 is located in the sliding groove 27 and connected with the second pump body 2 and the first pump body 1, the clamping block 26 is connected with the pump vane 25, and the clamping block 26 is connected with the installing block 24, the sealing strip is connected with the first pump body 1 and the second pump body 2. Facilitate the transmission of liquid in the pump body by setting the transmission mechanism, and the replacement to the inside vanes, thus has capability to transport inside liquid according to different vanes thereby ensuring the stable use of the vane pump, and further prevent the reversal of the motor 4 from causing back-flow of the inside liquid thereby ensuring the stable transmission of liquid under the action of the vane pump.
In a possible embodiment, a rotary shaft 21 can rotate relative to the first pump body 1 and the second pump body 2. In a possible embodiment, an installing block 24 has a position-limiting groove, pump vanes 25 are located in the position-limiting groove and touch the installing block 24, and the pump vanes 25 can move relative to the installing block 24, both the first pump body 1

A clamping block 26 can be easily fixed by arranging the position-limiting groove, so that the vane pump can be replaced and clamped, which facilitates replacement to the inside pump vane 25.
In a possible embodiment, the shape of the pump vane 25 is triangular.
Setting the shape of the pump vane 25 to be triangular enables the liquid to flow at all times, and the flow of liquid can be accelerated during the startup of the motor 4, thereby ensuring the rapid flow of liquid.
In a possible embodiment, the protection mechanism includes an oil inlet pipe 31, a safety valve 32, a switch valve 33, and an oil outlet pipe 34, the oil inlet pipe 31 is connected with the oil inlet 23, the safety valve 32 1s connected with the oil inlet pipe 31, the switch valve 33 is connected with the safety valve 32, and the oil outlet pipe 34 1s connected with the oil outlet 22.
Facilitate the detection and judgment to the pressure of liquid transported inside the pump body by setting the protection mechanism, thereby ensuring the stability of liquid transported inside the pump body, thus has capability to protect the inside components so as to keep the inside liquid pressure not too high, and further ensure the stable operation of the inside pump.
In a possible embodiment, the oil inlet pipe 31 leads to the oil inlet 23, the oil outlet pipe 34 leads to the oil outlet 22, the oil inlet pipe 31, safety valve 32 and switch valve 33 are arranged leading to the oil outlet pipe 34, and the safety valve 32 can adjust the safety pressure.
An oil inlet pipe 31 can be connected with an oil outlet pipe 34 by arranging a safety valve 32, when the inside pressure exceeds a preset value, which facilitates release of pressure so as to protect the pump body.
In a possible embodiment, the clamping mechanism includes a first fixing plate 41, a second fixing plate 42, a position-limiting rod 43, a connecting frame 44 and a position-limiting block 45, the first fixing plate 41 is connected with the first pump body 1, the second fixing plate 42 is connected with the second pump body 2, the position-limiting rod 43 is connected with the first fixing plate 41 and the second fixing plate 42, the

Facilitate fixation of the first pump body 1 with the second pump body 2 by setting the clamping mechanism, thus has capability to quickly disassemble and assemble the first pump body 1 and the second pump body 2 so as to facilitate daily maintenance to the pump vane 25 and replacement to the inside vanes, and clamp the seal between the first pump body 1 and the second pump body 2 so as to further ensure the normal operation of the vane pump.
In a possible embodiment, a position-limiting rod 43 is provided with a clamping groove, a position-limiting block 45 is clamped with the clamping groove, and the position-limiting rod 43 can move relative to a first fixing plate 41 and a second fixing plate 42. The first fixing plate 41 and the second fixing plate 42 can be restricted by arranging the position-limiting rod 43, which ensures the connection between the first pump body 1 and the second pump body 2, further the stability during transmission of liquid.
A power mechanism includes a rotor 51, a plunger 52 and a connecting plate 53. The rotor 51 is located in the motor 4 and connected with the rotary shaft 21, and the plunger 52 is located in the rotor 51. In addition, the plunger 52 can move relative to the rotor 51, and the connecting plate 53 1s connected with the plunger 52. The power mechanism can facilitate the motor 4 to drive the pump vane 25 while rotating, thereby converting the power of the motor 4 into the power of the pump vane 25. In addition, when the plunger 52 reaches the limit position, the inside liquid can push the rotor 51 to generate electricity, thereby reducing the electricity loss of the motor 4. In addition, the invention also provides a working principle of a split-type vane pump capable of assisting in operation of motors.
When using the pump, the motor 4 rotates driving the rotary shaft 21 to rotate, the rotary shaft 21 rotates driving the rotor 51 to rotate, and the rotor 51 drives the plunger 52 to rotate.
While the motor 4 is rotating, it drives the pump vane 25 to rotate so as to draw liquid into the motor 4. The liquid enters the motor 4 and pushes the plunger 52 to move.
When the plunger 52 moves to the limit position, oil pushes the pump vane 25 to rotate, which can assist in driving the rotor 51 to rotate and generate electricity, thereby saving the power consumed by the motor 4. While the motor 4 is rotating, the pump vane 25 is driven to rotate to transport the liquid, thereby transporting

While using the vane pump, the liquid will enter the safety valve 32 through the oil inlet pipe 31, due to the preset pressure of the safety valve 32, when the inside liquid exceeds the preset pressure, the liquid will flow from the oil outlet pipe 34 to the oil outlet 22 after the switch valve 33 is arranged. When disassembling, we clamp the first pump body 1 and the second pump body 2, and separate the first pump body 1 and the second pump body 2 after pulling out the position-limiting block 45, so that we can easily replacement and maintain the inside pump vane 25. Although the embodiments of the invention have been shown and described, for a person skilled in the art, it will be understood that various changes, amendments, alternatives and modifications can be made to these embodiments without departing from the principle and essence of the invention, the scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.

1.A split-type vane pump capable of assisting in operation of motors comprising a first pump body (1), a second pump body (2), an installing plate (3) and a motor (4), wherein said motor (4) is connected with said installing plate (3), said first pump body (1) is connected with said second pump body (2), a transmission mechanism and a power mechanism are arranged between said first pump body (1) and said second pump body (2), a protection mechanism and a clamping mechanism are arranged on the out wall of said first pump body (1) and said second pump body (2), and said first pump body (1) and said second pump body (2) form a main pump body.
2.The split-type vane pump capable of assisting in operation of motors according to claim1, wherein said transmission mechanism includes a rotary shaft (21), an oil outlet (22), an oil inlet (23), a installing block (24), a pump vane (25), a clamping block (26), a sliding groove (27) and a sealing strip (28), said rotary shaft (21) passes through said second pump body (2) and is connected with said second pump body (2) and said first pump body (1), said oil outlet (22) and said oil inlets (23) are both connected with said main pump body, said sliding groove (27) is arranged in said second pump body (2), said installing block (24) is located in said sliding groove (27) and connected with said second pump body (2) and said first pump body (1), said clamping block (26) is connected with said pump vane (25), and said clamping block (26) is connected with said installing block (24), said sealing strip is connected with said first pump body (1) and said second pump body (2).
3.The split-type vane pump capable of assisting in operation of motors according to claim 2, wherein said rotary shaft (21) can rotate relative to said first pump body (1) and said second pump body (2).
4 The split-type vane pump capable of assisting in operation of motors according to claim 2, wherein said installing block (24) has a position-limiting groove, said pump vane (25) is located in said position-limiting groove and touches said installing block (24), and said pump vane (25) can move relative to said installing block (24), said first pump body (1) and said second pump body (2) are both provided with a installing groove, said sealing strip (28) is located in said installing groove and touches the first pump body and said second pump body (2).

The split-type vane pump capable of assisting in operation of motors according to claim 6, wherein said oil inlet pipe (31) leads to said oil inlet (23), said oil outlet pipe (34) leads to said oil outlet (22), said oil inlet pipe (31), safety valve (32) and switch valve (33) are arranged leading to said oil outlet pipe (34), and said safety valve (32) can adjust the safety pressure.
8.The split-type vane pump capable of assisting in operation of motors according to claim 1, wherein said clamping mechanism includes a first fixing plate (41), a second fixing plate (42), a position-limiting rod (43), a connecting frame (44) and a position-limiting block (45), said first fixing plate (41) is connected with said first pump body (1), said second fixing plate (42) is connected with said second pump body (2), said position-limiting rod (43) is connected with said first fixing plate (41) and said second fixing plate (42), said connecting frame (44) is connected with said position-limiting block (45), and said position-limiting block (45) is connected with said position-limiting rod (43).
9.The split-type vane pump capable of assisting in operation of motors according to claim 8, wherein said position-limiting rod (43) is provided with a clamping groove, said position-limiting block (45) is clamped with said clamping groove, and said position-limiting rod (43) can move relative to said first fixing plate (41) and said second fixing plate (42).
