Abstract

Disclosed is a docking device for a wiring harness. The docking device includes a wiring harness male end and a wiring harness female end. The wiring harness male end is provided with a wiring harness connecting cavity, and a wiring harness interface abutting joint and a stripping ring are coaxially arranged in the wiring harness connecting cavity. The stripping ring is provided with a handle penetrating through the side wall of the wiring harness connecting cavity. The wiring harness interface abutting joint is provided with a plurality of insertion holes. Two locking arms are arranged at the end, facing the wiring harness female end, of the wiring harness connecting cavity. The tail of the wiring harness connecting cavity is connected with a wiring harness receiving cavity, and the wiring harness is connected to the insertion hole in the wiring harness receiving cavity. The wiring harness female end is provided with a wiring harness connector configured to extend into the wiring harness connecting cavity. The end of the wiring harness connector is provided with a pin adapted to the insertion hole. The side wall of the wiring harness connector is provided with a clamping groove adapted to the locking arm. The tail of the wiring harness female end is connected with the wiring harness and is connected to the pin.

Description

Docking device for wiring harness LU502332 Technical Field The disclosure relates to the technical field of wiring harness connecting devices, and in particular to a docking device for a wiring harness. Background A wiring harness is a connecting piece configured to connect various electrical components in a product, generally includes a wire, and a terminal installed at the end of the wire. The docking device for the wiring harness includes a wiring harness male end and a wiring harness female end. The wiring harness male end is provided with a wiring harness connecting cavity, and a wiring harness interface abutting joint and a stripping ring are coaxially arranged in the wiring harness connecting cavity. The stripping ring is provided with a handle penetrating through the side wall of the wiring harness connecting cavity. The wiring harness interface abutting joint is provided with a plurality of insertion holes. Two locking arms are arranged at the end, facing the wiring harness female end, of the wiring harness connecting cavity. The tail of the wiring harness connecting cavity is connected with a wiring harness receiving cavity, and the wiring harness is connected to the insertion hole in the wiring harness receiving cavity.
The wiring harness female end is provided with a wiring harness connector configured to extend into the wiring harness connecting cavity. The end of the wiring harness connector is provided with a pin adapted to the insertion hole. The side wall of the wiring harness connector is provided with a clamping groove adapted to the locking arm. The tail of the wiring harness female end is connected with the wiring harness and is connected to the pin.
Preferably, the stripping ring and the wiring harness interface abutting joint have 992932 the same length.
Preferably, the wiring harness receiving cavity is hemispherical, and a cylindrical wiring harness opening is arranged at the vertex.

3011. The side wall of the wiring harness connector 7 is provided with a clamping groove adapted to the locking arm 5. The tail of the wiring harness female end 2 is connected with the wiring harness and is connected to the pin 701.

A docking device for a wiring harness, comprising a wiring harness male end and a wiring harness female end, wherein the wiring harness male end is provided with a wiring harness connecting cavity, and a wiring harness interface abutting joint and a stripping ring are coaxially arranged in the wiring harness connecting cavity; the stripping ring is provided with a handle penetrating through the side wall of the wiring harness connecting cavity, the wiring harness interface abutting joint is provided with a plurality of insertion holes; two locking arms are arranged at the end, facing the wiring harness female end, of the wiring harness connecting cavity; the tail of the wiring harness connecting cavity is connected with a wiring harness receiving cavity, and the wiring harness is connected to the insertion hole in the wiring harness receiving cavity; the wiring harness female end is provided with a wiring harness connector configured to extend into the wiring harness connecting cavity; the end of the wiring harness connector is provided with a pin adapted to the insertion hole; the side wall of the wiring harness connector is provided with a clamping groove adapted to the locking arm; and the tail of the wiring harness female end is connected with the wiring harness and is connected to the pin.
2. The docking device for the wiring harness according to claim 1, wherein the stripping ring and the wiring harness interface abutting joint have the same length.
3. The docking device for the wiring harness according to claim 1, wherein the wiring harness receiving cavity is hemispherical, and a cylindrical wiring harness opening is arranged at the vertex.
