Abstract
Double-sided locking lifting hook Disclosed is a double-sided locking lifting hook, which includes a cavity. A power assembly and a double-sided hook body are sequentially arranged in the cavity from top to bottom. The output end of the power assembly is in butt joint with the double-sided hook body, and the double-sided hook body slides in a chute in the cavity. A locking rod is located on the two sides of the double-sided hook body and is coupled into the cavity. When the double-sided hook body slides up and down, the locking rod is correspondingly opened and closed. Through the design of the lifting hook in two directions, a large weight may be effectively lifted. Through the design of the mechanical cooperation of the power assembly and the locking rod, the locking effectiveness is ensured when the weight is pulled, and the quality issues such as unhooking and the like may be avoided.
Description
Double-sided locking lifting hook HUS02310 Technical Field The disclosure relates to the technical field of lifting appliances, and in particular to a double-sided locking lifting hook.
Background When a lifting appliance lifts goods, safety is the most important thing, and there are many regulations in relevant national standards, including preventing a sling from being abnormally disengaged from a hook.
In view of this, there are many related measures in the related art, but there are always defects.
In fact, the sling is disengaged due to the fact that the sling is still in a slack state when it is about to be lifted but not yet lifted, and the sling bounces up due to the elastic force, and may not be effectively hooked at the bottom of the hook.
At this time, if the hook is lifted rashly, itis very easy to lift the sling out of the hook and cause accidents.
However, it does not need a very large pressing force to block the sling in the slack state at the bottom of the hook, which should also be noted in the design of a hook locking device.
Due to the fact that the hook is in a cantilever state during lifting, and the bending moment at the root of the hook in the cantilever state is a part with the largest bending moment of the whole hook, and the fracture damage of the hook basically occurs in this part.
Therefore, a single-hook lifting hook device has the disadvantages of poor balance and high risk of hook breakage.
Summary The disclosure aims at providing a double-sided locking lifting hook.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following contents.
A double-sided locking lifting hook includes a cavity.
Preferably, the cavity is formed by splicing two connecting plates and a plurality LUS02310 of connecting columns, and the top of the cavity is provided with an opening for connecting a rope.
Preferably, the number of the connecting columns is four, and the connecting columns are respectively arranged between the two connecting plates.
Preferably, the power assembly is a cylinder, and is clamped in the cavity.
Preferably, the double-sided hook body includes a hook body and a connecting beam. The two hook bodies are integrated by the connecting beam.
Preferably, the output end of the power assembly is connected to the double-sided hook body through a connecting rod.
Preferably, the connecting rod is provided with an arc-shaped contact surface, and the arc-shaped contact surface abuts against the locking rod. When the connecting rod moves downwards, the outer tail ends of the two locking rods are pushed to be close to the cavity.
The disclosure has the following advantages.
1. Through the design of the lifting hook in two directions, a large weight may be effectively lifted.
2. Through the design of the mechanical cooperation of the power assembly and the locking rod, the locking effectiveness is ensured when the weight is pulled, and the quality issues such as unhooking and the like may be avoided. Brief Description of the Drawings The specific implementation modes of the disclosure will further be described below in detail in combination with the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a double-sided locking lifting hook of the disclosure.
Fig. 2 is an interior schematic structural diagram of a double-sided locking lifting hook of the disclosure.
Reference signs in the accompanying drawings are as follows.

Detailed Description of the Embodiments LUS02310 In order to more clearly illustrate the disclosure, the disclosure will be further described below in conjunction with the preferred embodiments. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the following detailed description is illustrative rather than restrictive, and is not intended to limit the scope of protection of the disclosure.
In the description of the disclosure, it should be noted that the orientations or positional relationships indicated by the terms "center", "upper", "down", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "front", "rear", etc. are based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for the convenience of describing the disclosure and simplifying the description. The description does not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and therefore cannot be construed as limiting the disclosure.
In the description of the disclosure, it should be noted that the terms "install", "connect", "set" should be broadly understood, unless otherwise specified and defined, for example, may be fixedly connected, set, or detachably connected, set, or integrally connected. The specific meaning of the above-mentioned terminology in the disclosure may be understood by those skilled in the art in specific circumstances.
As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, a double-sided locking lifting hook includes a cavity 1. A power assembly 2 and a double-sided hook body 3 are sequentially arranged in the cavity 1 from top to bottom. The output end of the power assembly 2 is in butt joint with the double-sided hook body 3, and the double-sided hook body 3 slides in a chute 101 in the cavity 1. A locking rod 4 is located on the two sides of the double-sided hook body 3 and is coupled into the cavity 1. When the double-sided hook body 3 slides up and down, the locking rod 4 is correspondingly opened and closed.
Further, the cavity 1 is formed by splicing two connecting plates 102 and a plurality of connecting columns 103, and the top of the cavity 1 is provided with an opening 104 for connecting a rope.
Further, the number of the connecting columns 103 is four, and the connecting columns are respectively arranged between the two connecting plates 102.
Further, the power assembly 2 is a cylinder, and is clamped in the cavity 1.
Further, the double-sided hook body 3 includes a hook body 301 and a-Y202310 connecting beam 302. The two hook bodies 1 are integrated by the connecting beam
302.
Further, the output end of the power assembly 2 is connected to the double-sided hook body 3 through a connecting rod 5.
Further, the connecting rod 5 is provided with an arc-shaped contact surface 3021, and the arc-shaped contact surface 3021 abuts against the locking rod 4. When the connecting rod 5 moves downwards, the outer tail ends of the two locking rods are pushed to be close to the cavity.
Through the design of the lifting hook in two directions, a large weight may be effectively lifted. Through the design of the mechanical cooperation of the power assembly and the locking rod, the locking effectiveness is ensured when the weight is pulled, and the quality issues such as unhooking and the like may be avoided.
The working principle of the device is as follows.
The power assembly, that is, the cylinder first pushes the double-sided hook body downwards through the connecting rod. Due to the arc-shaped contact surface on the two sides of the connecting rod, the locking rod coupled into the cavity may rotate synchronously to be parallel to the sidewall of the cavity, so that the double-sided hook body is opened.
When the weight is mounted, the cylinder shrinks, the connecting rod drives the double-sided hook body to move upwards, and the two locking rods are opened to the outside, and finally the double-sided hook body is closed, so that a locking effect is achieved.
It is apparent that the above-described embodiments of the disclosure are only examples of the disclosure and are not intended to limit the implementation modes of the disclosure. Other variations or modifications in various forms may be made by those of ordinary skill in the art based on the above description. There is no need and no way to exhaust all of the implementation modes. Any apparent variations or modifications derived from the technical solutions of the disclosure are still within the scope of protection of the disclosure.
