Abstract
Disclosed is a cutting tool with an adjustable structure, including a tool seat. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure are described clearly and fully below in combination with the drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. By referring to Figs. 1-6, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a technical solution: a cutting tool with an adjustable structure includes a tool seat 1; a surface of a bottom of the tool seat 1 is fixedly connected with a fixing seat 2; a surface of the fixing seat 2 is provided with a cavity; and the bottom of the cavity of the fixing seat 2 is provided with a slot.
An installing cylinder 3 is clamped in the slot at the bottom of the surface of the fixing seat 2, and atop cover 4 is fixedly connected to a top end of the installing cylinder 3; a cross groove is formed on the top cover 4 and the centre of the surface of the installing cylinder 3 from top to bottom; a cross component 5 is slidably connected to the surface of the cross groove on the LU501864 top cover 4 and the cavity of the installing cylinder 3; and a bottom end of the cross component is fixedly connected with a cutting head 6. The top ends of the top cover 4, the installing cylinder 3 and the surface of the cross 5 component 5 are all on the same horizontal line and provided with limiting holes 7; inner walls of the limiting holes 7 are clamped with limiting screws 8; and surfaces of the limiting screws 8 penetrate through protective plates 9 and gaskets 10 sequentially from left to right. The surface of the installing cylinder 3 is clamped with a limiting block 11, and one side of a surface of the limiting block 11 is provided with a slot adapted to the circumference of the surface of the installing cylinder 3; and a hard rubber block is arranged between the top cover 4 and the fixing seat 2. The addition of the hard rubber block fills a gap between the top cover 3 and the fixing seat 2, so that instability does not occur, and firmness is stronger after installation.
In the present disclosure, a right side surface of the cavity of the fixing seat 2 is fixedly connected with three threaded members 12 in sequence from top to bottom, and the three threaded members 12 have the same size and distance and are on the same horizontal line; and right ends of the limiting screws 8 are rotatably connected with inner surfaces of the threaded members 12.
In the present disclosure, the number of the limiting blocks 11 is three, and the three limiting blocks 11 have the same size and are on the same horizontal line; and a topmost surface and a bottommost surface of the three stacked limiting blocks 11 are respectively in contact with the bottom of the fixing seat 2 and the top of the cutting head 6.
In the present disclosure, the protective plates 9 and the gaskets 10 are attached to each other, and a right side of each protective plate 9 is attached to the surface of the fixing seat 2; and a right side of each gasket 10 is attached to the surface of the top cover 4.
The present disclosure discloses an assembly method of the cutting tool with the adjustable structure, including: S1. clamping the tool seat 1 with a fixing port on a lathe, then conducting fixation, and next selecting a corresponding cutting head 6; S2. taking the installing cylinder 3 and selecting the number of the limiting blocks 11 according to the size of an object during cutting work, and sleeving the three limiting blocks 11 outside the installing cylinder 3 in sequence; S3. sleeving the installing sleeve 3 outside the cross component 5 on the top of the cutting head 6 to form stuck fixation, then taking the limiting screws 8 and hanging the protective plates 9 and gaskets 10 on the surfaces of the limiting screws in sequence; and then penetrating the limiting screws 8 through the limiting holes 7 to form fixation; S4. embedding the assembled installing cylinder 3 into the slot at the bottom of the surface of the fixing seat 2, and inserting the hard rubber block between the top cover 4 and the fixing seat 2, LU501864 S5. at this time, screwing the limiting holes 7 again to form fixation with the threaded members 12 to reinforce the whole.

The number of the limiting blocks 11 is adjusted according to the conditions of the working environment.
The threaded members 12 in the cavity of the fixing seat 2 and the three limiting blocks 11 are matched with each other, are divided into one, two and three gears in sequence, and correspond to the three limiting blocks 11 from top to bottom.
After the corresponding limiting blocks are selected, the limiting block 11 at the bottom of the fixing seat 2 is not installed; then the limiting screws 8 are screwed for installation; and then the limiting blocks 11 are put back to the outside of the installing cylinder 3 in sequence (a height formed by the three limiting blocks 11 is greater than the distance between the top cover 4 and the cutting head 6, thereby forming extrusion type fixation) to complete the reinforcement.

A cutting tool with an adjustable structure, comprising a tool seat (1), characterized in that a surface of a bottom of the tool seat (1) is fixedly connected with a fixing seat (2); a surface of the fixing seat (2) is provided with a cavity; and the bottom of the cavity of the fixing seat (2) is provided with a slot: — an installing cylinder (3) is clamped in the slot at the bottom of the surface of the fixing seat (2), and a top cover (4) is fixedly connected to a top end of the installing cylinder (3); a cross groove is formed on the top cover (4) and the centre of the surface of the installing cylinder (3) from top to bottom; a cross component (5) is slidably connected to the surface of the cross groove on the top cover (4) and the cavity of the installing cylinder (3); and a bottom end of the cross component (5) is fixedly connected with a cutting head (6); — the top ends of the top cover (4), the installing cylinder (3) and the surface of the cross component (5) are all on the same horizontal line and provided with limiting holes (7); inner walls of the limiting holes (7) are clamped with limiting screws (8); and surfaces of the limiting screws (8) penetrate through protective plates (9) and gaskets (10) sequentially from left to right; — the surface of the installing cylinder (3) is clamped with a limiting block (11), and one side of a surface of the limiting block (11) is provided with a slot adapted to the circumference of the surface of the installing cylinder (3); and a hard rubber block is arranged between the top cover (4) and the fixing seat (2).
2. The cutting tool with the adjustable structure according to claim 1, characterized in that a right side surface of the cavity of the fixing seat (2) is fixedly connected with three threaded members (12) in sequence from top to bottom, and the three threaded members (12) have the same size and distance and are on the same horizontal line; and right ends of the limiting screws (8) are rotatably connected with inner surfaces of the threaded members (12).

The cutting tool with the adjustable structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the number of the limiting blocks (11) is three, and the three limiting blocks (11) have the same size and are on the same horizontal line; and a topmost surface and a bottommost surface of the three stacked limiting blocks (11) are respectively in contact with the bottom of the fixing seat (2) and the top of the cutting head (6).

The cutting tool with the adjustable structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the protective plates (9) and the gaskets (10) are attached to each other, and a right side of each protective plate (9) is attached to the surface of the fixing seat (2); and a right side of each 501864 gasket (10) is attached to the surface of the top cover (4).
