Abstract

The present invention discloses a dedicated display apparatus for rock ore and paleontological specimens in a geological laboratory, including a protection apparatus, where a display seat for placing a specimen is fastened on the protection apparatus, a clamping piece for fixing the specimen is fastened on the display seat, and fixing pieces distributed in an array are fastened on the display seat. The protection apparatus includes a bottom plate. The bottom plate is provided with symmetrically distributed first sliding slots. Symmetrically distributed protection covers are slidably disposed in the first sliding slots. Symmetrically distributed mounting plates are fastened on the bottom plate. A worm is rotatably disposed between the mounting plates. One side of the mounting plate is fixedly provided with a first motor. An output end of the first motor runs through the mounting plate and is tightly connected to the worm. The bottom plate is rotatably provided with a first gear. A support column is fastened on the first gear, and the support column is provided with a hexagonal sink slot for fixing the display seat. In the display apparatus in the present invention, a limiting plate is rotatably provided, making it convenient to fit the specimens of different shapes; the clamping piece fastens the specimen, and the worm and the first gear are fitted to rotate the display seat.

PALEONTOLOGICAL SPECIMENS IN GEOLOGICAL
LABORATORY
BACKGROUND Technical Field
The present invention relates to a display apparatus, and in particular, to a dedicated display apparatus for rock ore and paleontological specimens in a geological laboratory.
Related Art
Specimens are physical objects such as animal fossils, plant fossils, rocks, and minerals.
After various treatments, the specimens can be preserved for a long time while maintaining original appearance, to provide for various research purposes such as exhibition, demonstration, education, identification, and examination. An existing display apparatus lacks fixation for a specimen, which makes the specimen unsafe during display. If the specimen 1s damaged, the value is incalculable. The display apparatus cannot be rotated and is inconvenient to observe. Existing specimens have different shapes. The display apparatus needs to be customized, which is expensive and has a small applicable range.
In view of the existing problems, a dedicated display apparatus for rock ore and paleontological specimens in a geological laboratory is designed currently.
SUMMARY
An objective of the present invention is to provide a dedicated display apparatus for rock ore and paleontological specimens in a geological laboratory. A protection cover prevents dust from polluting a specimen. The specimen is placed in a fixing slot, and is fixed by fixing pieces.
A limiting plate is rotatably disposed, making it convenient to fit specimens of different shapes.
A clamping piece is provided to fasten the specimen. A worm and a first gear are fitted to rotate a display seat, making it convenient to display the specimen. The structure is simple, the operation is convenient, and an applicable range is wide.
The objective of the present invention can be achieved by the following technical solutions.
A dedicated display apparatus for rock ore and paleontological specimens in a geological laboratory is provided, including a protection apparatus, where a display seat for placing a specimen is fastened on the protection apparatus, a clamping piece for fixing the specimen is fastened on the display seat, and fixing pieces distributed in an array are fastened on the display seat.
The protection apparatus includes a bottom plate. The bottom plate is provided with symmetrically distributed first sliding slots. Symmetrically distributed protection covers are slidably disposed in the first sliding slots. Symmetrically distributed mounting plates are disposed on the bottom plate. À worm 1s rotatably disposed between the mounting plates. One side of the mounting plate is fixedly provided with a first motor. An output end of the first motor runs through the mounting plate and is tightly connected to the worm. The bottom plate is rotatably provided with a first gear. A support column is fastened on the first gear. The support column is provided with a hexagonal sink slot for fixing the display seat. One side of the support column is provided with a through hole, the through hole is in communication with the hexagonal sink slot, and a screw rod is disposed in the through hole.
The display seat includes a base. The base is provided second sliding slots distributed in an array. Third sliding slots are provided in the second sliding slots. Rollers for reducing friction are rotatably disposed in the third sliding slots, and racks distributed in an array are fastened at a lower end of the base.
The fixing piece includes a fixing plate. One side of the fixing plate is rotatably provided with a connection shaft, and the other side of the fixing plate is fixedly provided with a fourth motor. An output end of the fourth motor runs through the fixing plate and is tightly connected to the connection shaft, and a second gear is fastened at one end of the connection shaft.

Further, the base is provided with a fixing slot for placing the specimen. A block for specimen antiskid is fastened in the fixing slot. An open slot is provided on the base. A first screw is rotatably disposed in the open slot. A first guide rod is fixedly disposed in the open slot. A second motor is fastened on one side of the base. An output end of the second motor is tightly connected to the first screw. The rack is parallel to the second sliding slot. A cross bracket is fastened in the base, a hexagonal column is fastened at a lower end of the cross bracket, and one side of the hexagonal column is provided with a first threaded hole.

Further, the clamping piece includes a slider. One side of the slider is provided with a through hole and a second threaded hole. A fourth sliding slot is provided on the slider. Symmetrically distributed third guide rods are fastened on the mounting block. The third guide rods are slidably provided with clamping blocks for fixing the specimen. One end of the third guide rod is tightly connected to the mounting block, and the other end of the third guide rod is tightly connected to a limiting block. A first spring constantly in a compressed state is fastened on the limiting block. One end of the first spring is tightly connected to the limiting block, and the other end of the first spring is tightly connected to the clamping block. The clamping block is fixedly provided with a pull rod for compressing the first spring.
Further, the through hole is fitted with the first guide rod, the second threaded hole is fitted with the first screw, and the slider is fitted with the open slot.
Further, one side of the fixing plate is provided with a through slot, and a mounting piece is rotatably disposed in the through slot. A limiting plate for fastening the specimen is fastened at one end of the mounting piece. One side of the limiting plate is provided with an anti-slip pattern for fixing the specimen. One side of the fixing plate is provided with a circular slot. A second spring for adjusting an angle of the limiting plate is fastened in the circular slot. One end of the second spring is tightly connected to the circular slot, and the other end of the second spring is tightly connected to the limiting plate. The fixing plate is fixedly provided with fitting blocks on both sides.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
The following clearly and completely describes the technical solutions in embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Apparently, the described embodiments are merely some but not all of the embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
A dedicated display apparatus for rock ore and paleontological specimens in a geological laboratory is provided, including a protection apparatus 1. As shown in FIG. 1, a display seat 2 for placing a specimen is fastened on the protection apparatus 1, a clamping piece 3 for fixing the specimen is fastened on the display seat 2, and fixing pieces 4 distributed in an array are fastened on the display seat 2.
As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the protection apparatus 1 includes a bottom plate 11. The bottom plate 11 1s provided with symmetrically distributed first sliding slots 12. Symmetrically distributed protection covers 13 are slidably disposed in the first sliding slots 12.
Symmetrically distributed mounting plates 14 are fastened on the bottom plate 11. À worm 15 is rotatably disposed between the mounting plates 14. One side of the mounting plate 14 is fixedly provided with a first motor 10. An output end of the first motor 10 runs through the mounting plate 14 and is tightly connected to the worm 15. The bottom plate 11 is rotatably provided with a first gear 16. A support column 17 is fastened on the first gear 16. The support column 17 is provided with a hexagonal sink slot 18 for fixing the display seat 2. One side of the support column 17 is provided with a through hole 19, the through hole 19 is in communication with the hexagonal sink slot 18, and a screw rod 100 is disposed in the through hole 19.
The first gear 16 is fitted with the worm 15.
As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the display seat 2 includes a base 21, and the base 21 is provided with second sliding slots 22 distributed in an array. Third sliding slots 23 are provided in the second sliding slots 22. Rollers 24 for reducing friction are rotatably disposed in the third sliding slots 23. The base 21 is provided with a fixing slot 25 for placing the specimen.
A block 26 for preventing the specimen from skidding is fastened in the fixing slot 25. An open slot 211 is provided on the base 21. A first screw 212 is rotatably disposed in the open slot 211. A first guide rod 213 is fixedly disposed in the open slot 211. A second motor 210 is fastened on one side of the base 21. An output end of the second motor 210 is tightly connected to the first screw 212. The rack 27 is parallel to the second sliding slot 22. A cross bracket 28 is fastened in the base 21. A hexagonal column 29 is fastened at a lower end of the cross bracket 28, and one side of the hexagonal column 29 is provided with a first threaded hole 20.
The hexagonal column 29 is fitted with the hexagonal sink slot 18, and the screw rod 100 passes through the through hole 19 and is fixedly fitted with the first threaded hole 20.
As shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the clamping piece 3 includes a slider 31, and one side of the slider 31 is provided with a through hole 32 and a second threaded hole 33. A fourth sliding slot 34 is provided on the slider 31, a moving block 36 for adjusting a clamping height is slidably disposed in the fourth sliding slot 34. A fifth sliding slot 35 for guiding the moving block 36 is provided in the fourth sliding slot 34. À transverse plate 311 is fastened on one side of the slider 31, and a hydraulic rod 312 is fastened on the transverse plate 311. An output end of the hydraulic rod 312 is tightly connected to the moving block 36. A mounting plate 37 is fastened at end of the moving block 36. Symmetrically distributed mounting slots 371 are provided in the mounting plate 37. A double-ended screw 38 is rotatably disposed in the i LU501332 mounting slot 371. A second guide rod 39 is fastened in the mounting slot 371. One end of the mounting plate 37 is fixedly provided with a third motor 380. An output end of the third motor 380 runs through the mounting plate 37 and is tightly connected to the double-ended screw 38.
The second guide rod 39 is slidably provided with symmetrically distributed mounting blocks 30. The double-ended screw 38 runs through the two mounting blocks 30 and is in screw- thread fit with the two mounting blocks 30. Movement directions of the two mounting blocks 30 are opposite. Symmetrically distributed third guide rods 300 are fastened on the mounting block 30. The third guide rods 300 are slidably provided with clamping blocks 301 for fixing the specimen. One end of the third guide rod 300 is tightly connected to the mounting block 30, and the other end of the third guide rod 300 is tightly connected to a limiting block 302. A first spring 303 constantly in a compressed state is fastened on the limiting block 302. One end of the first spring 303 is tightly connected to the limiting block 302, and the other end of the first spring 303 is tightly connected to the clamping block 301. The clamping block 301 is fixedly provided with a pull rod 304 for compressing the first spring 303.
The through hole 32 is fitted with the first guide rod 213, the second threaded hole 33 is fitted with the first screw 212, and the slider 31 is fitted with the open slot 211.
As shown in FIG. 8, the fixing piece 4 includes a fixing plate 41, one side of the fixing plate 41 is provided with a through slot 42, and a mounting piece 43 is rotatably disposed in the through slot 42. A limiting plate 44 for fastening the specimen is fastened at one end of the mounting piece 43. One side of the limiting plate 44 is provided with an anti-slip pattern 45 for fixing the specimen. One side of the fixing plate 41 is provided with a circular slot 46. A second spring 47 for adjusting an angle of the limiting plate 44 is fastened in the circular slot 46. One end of the second spring 47 is tightly connected to the circular slot 46, and the other end of the second spring 47 is tightly connected to the limiting plate 44. The fixing plate 41 is fixedly provided with fitting blocks 48 on both sides. One side of the fixing plate 41 is rotatably provided with a connection shaft 411, and the other side of the fixing plate 41 is fixedly provided with a fourth motor 40. An output end of the fourth motor 40 runs through the fixing plate 41 and is tightly connected to the connection shaft 411. A second gear 49 is fastened at one end of the connection shaft 411.
The fixing plate 41 is fitted with the second sliding slot 22, the fitting block 48 is fitted with the third sliding slot 23, and the second gear 49 is fitted with the rack 27.
During use, the display seat 2, the clamping piece 3, and the fixing pieces 4 are mounted on the protection apparatus 1. The screw rod 100 passes through the through hole 19 and the first threaded hole 20 and is fixedly fitted with the clamping piece 3. Rock ore and

The fourth motor 40 is started, and the second gear 49 rotates, so that the fixing piece 4 slides in the second sliding slot 22, and the fitting block 48 slides in the third sliding slot 23.
The roller 24 reduces friction between the fitting block 48 and the third sliding slot 23. The limiting plate 44 is rotatably connected to the fixing piece 4, making it convenient to fit the specimens of different shapes, thereby expanding an applicable range. The second spring 47 pushes the limiting plate 44 to fasten the specimen. The second motor 210 drives the first screw 212 to rotate to move the mounting plate 37 to approach the back of the specimen. The double-ended screw 38 rotates to move the mounting block 30 to clamp the specimen tightly.
The pull rod 304 is pulled to enable the clamping block 301 to clamp the specimen tightly, preventing the specimen from falling. During display, two protection covers 13 are opened.
The first motor 10 drives the worm 15 to rotate, and the first gear 16 is fitted with the worm to rotate the display seat 2 to display the specimen.
