Abstract

The present invention discloses a ground cleaning trolley containing a direct-swirl mixed jet nozzle, which solves the problems of time-consuming, laborsome and unsatisfactory ground cleaning. The technical points are as follows: a ground cleaning trolley containing a direct-swirl mixed jet nozzle comprising an automatic walking controller, a cleaning device and a ground mopping device. The cleaning device and the ground mopping device are arranged at a bottom of the trolley and face the ground. The cleaning device is arranged at a front of the ground cleaning trolley in a horizontal direction, and sequentially provided with nozzle holders, a hose, a water tank and a water pump immersed in the water tank. The ground mopping device is arranged at a rear of the ground cleaning trolley in the horizontal direction, and sequentially provided a motor and a mophead. The controller controls a driver, the water pump and the motor of the ground cleaning trolley to work. The direct-swirl mixed jet nozzle is detachably arranged on the three nozzle holders. Cleaning water is capable of forming direct-swirl mixed jet in a mixing chamber under the action of impeller grooves and a direct jet orifice in the impeller. The direct-swirl mixed jet nozzle has wide cleaning coverage and large jet impact force, and is very suitable for hard-to-clean stains with strong adhesion.

NOZZLE Field of the Invention The present invention relates to the technical field of cleaning equipment, in particular to a ground cleaning trolley containing a direct-swirl mixed jet nozzle. Background of the Invention With the rapid development of automation technology, various automatic cleaning equipment gradually appears in everyone's daily life. At present, most cleaning equipment focuses on the clearance of easy-to-clean garbage such as floating dust, and cannot thoroughly clear some stains with strong adhesion, resulting in the problem of poor cleaning effect. In addition, manual post-treatment is often required after use of automatic cleaning equipment, which is time-consuming and laborsome. Summary of the Invention In view of the above problems, the object of the present invention is to provide a ground cleaning trolley containing a direct-swirl mixed jet nozzle which is intended to make cleaning water form direct-swirl mixed jet by means of the direct-swirl mixed jet nozzle. The direct-swirl mixed jet has a larger coverage than straight jet, and eliminates a central low-pressure area compared with swirl jet, so that stains can be cleared more effectively to realize automatic ground cleaning.
The present invention is achieved by the following technical solution: a direct-swirl mixed jet nozzle for a ground cleaning trolley is characterized by comprising a nozzle body, an impeller and an expansion section; an external thread at a right end of the nozzle body is connected with an internal thread of the expansion section; and the impeller is arranged inside the middle of the nozzle body.
The nozzle body looks like a cylinder perforated at the center, an inlet at a left end is provided with an internal thread, and an outlet at a right end is provided with an external thread. A right end of the internal thread is provided with a step section I and a step section II. A right end of the step section II is provided with a mixing chamber, and a right end of the mixing chamber is connected with a front nozzle. An outer periphery at a rightmost end of the nozzle body is provided with an external thread in thread fit connection with the internal thread of the expansion section. The trolley body is controlled to walk by the controller. The cleaning device and the ground mopping device are arranged at a bottom of the trolley body and face the ground. The cleaning device is located at a front of the automatic cleaning trolley in a horizontal direction, and comprises sequentially nozzle holders, a water tank and a water pump immersed in the water tank, and the water tank is arranged inside the automatic cleaning trolley body. The ground mopping device is located at a rear of the automatic cleaning trolley in the horizontal direction, and comprises a mophead driven by the motor, and the motor drives the mophead to move around an axis on a horizontal plane. The controller controls operation of the driver, the water pump and the motor of the ground cleaning trolley. The direct-swirl mixed jet nozzle is detachably connected to the nozzle holders in the cleaning device.
Further, three nozzle holders are arranged at intervals at the bottom of the trolley body. The nozzle holders are arranged facing the ground and perpendicular to a body direction of the ground cleaning trolley, and a distance from the nozzle holders to the ground can be manually adjusted. The nozzle holders are provided with a perforation for the direct-swirl mixed jet nozzle cylinder to pass through, and a water inlet end of the direct-swirl mixed jet nozzle is threaded connected with a hose. The hose is connected with the water pump.
Beneficial effects of the present invention are as follows:
With regard to the ground cleaning trolley of the present invention, cleaning water can 3501329 have a wide jet cleaning coverage and large jet impact force by means of the direct-swirl mixed jet nozzle in the cleaning device. With the use of the ground mopping device, a better cleaning effect can be attained, which greatly saves manual labor.

Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiments In order to make the object, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention is further described in detail in conjunction with embodiments. It should be appreciated that the specific embodiments described herein only serve to illustrate the present invention, and should not be construed as limitation thereto.
The application principle of the present invention is described in detail below in combination with the drawings.
As shown in Figs. 1 to 4, a direct-swirl mixed jet nozzle for a ground cleaning trolley comprises a nozzle body 1, an impeller 2 and an expansion section 3. A left end of the nozzle body 1 is provided with an internal thread la, a right end of the internal thread 1a is connected with a step section I 1b and a step section II 1c, a right end of the step section II 1c is connected with a mixing chamber 1d, a right end of the mixing chamber 1d is connected with a front nozzle le, and a right end of the nozzle body 1 is provided with an external thread 1f connected with the expansion section 3.
A circumferential surface of the impeller 2 is evenly provided with a number of spiral impeller grooves 2a with two opposite sides parallel to each other. The spiral impeller grooves 2a run through both ends of the impeller 2 and are open to the outside. Two parallel planes of the spiral impeller grooves 2a are at a certain angle with an axis of the impeller 2. A center at the end surfaces of the impeller 2 is provided with a direct jet orifice 2b running through the both end surfaces of the impeller 2. The impeller 2 is arranged in the step section II 1c.
A left end of the expansion section is provided with the internal thread 3a, and a right end 350 1329 thereof is connected with a conical hole 3c whose diameter increases from left to right. A conical orifice 3b has the same diameter as and is closely connected with an orifice of the front nozzle le of the nozzle body 1.
As shown in Fig. 5, an automatic cleaning trolley for ground cleaning comprises an automatic walking controller, a trolley body 4, a cleaning device 5 and a ground mopping device 6. The body 4 of the ground cleaning trolley 1s controlled to walk by the controller. The cleaning device 5 and the ground mopping device 6 are arranged at a bottom of the ground cleaning trolley body and face the ground. The cleaning device 5 1s located at a front of the automatic cleaning trolley in a horizontal direction, and comprises sequentially arranged nozzle holders 501, a hose 502, a water tank 503, a water pump 504 immersed in the water tank, and three nozzle holders 501 are arranged at intervals at the bottom of the trolley body. The three nozzle holders 501 are arranged facing the ground and perpendicular to a body direction of the ground cleaning trolley, and a distance from the nozzle holders to the ground can be adjusted manually. The water tank 503 is arranged inside the automatic cleaning trolley body 1, and both ends of the hose 502 are connected to the nozzle holders and the water tank respectively. The ground mopping device 6 is located at a rear of the automatic cleaning trolley in the horizontal direction, and comprises a mophead 602 driven by the motor 601, and the motor 601 drives the mophead 602 to move around an axis on a horizontal plane. The controller controls operation of the water pump 504 and the motor 601. The direct-swirl mixed jet nozzle is detachably connected to the nozzle holders 501 in the cleaning device 5.
To sum up, the working principle of the present invention is as follows: Firstly, the ground cleaning trolley automatically walks on the stained ground under the control of the controller, and the controller controls the operation of the water pump 504. The water pump 504 transports cleaning water to the step section I 1b in the direct-swirl mixed jet nozzle body 1 by means of the hose 502. The cleaning water generates direct-swirl mixed jet in the mixing chamber 1d under the joint action of the spiral impeller grooves 2a and the direct jet orifice 2b. Therefore, the jet ejected from the expansion section 3 has stronger cleaning force and wider cleaning coverage. Then, the motor 601 in the mopping device 6 drives the mophead 602 to rotate to further clean the ground. Thus, the cleaning effect is good, and no manual treatment is needed.

A direct-swirl mixed jet nozzle for a cleaning trolley, wherein the direct-swirl mixed jet nozzle comprises a nozzle body (1), an impeller (2) and an expansion section (3),the nozzle body (1) is connected with the expansion section (3) through threads, and the impeller (2) is arranged inside the nozzle body (1) to generate swirl jet.

The direct-swirl mixed jet nozzle for a ground cleaning trolley according to claim 1, wherein the nozzle body (1) looks like a cylinder with a circular ring cut off at a right end, a left end thereof is provided with an internal thread (la), and the right end is provided with an external thread (1f), a right end of the internal thread (1a) is successively connected with a step section I (1b), a step section II (lc) and a mixing chamber (1d), and a rightmost end of the nozzle body (1) is a front nozzle (1e).
3. The direct-swirl mixed jet nozzle for a cleaning trolley according to claim 1, wherein a circumferential surface of the impeller (2) is evenly provided with a number of spiral impeller grooves (2a) with two opposite sides parallel to each other, the spiral impeller grooves (2a) run through both end surfaces of the impeller (2) and are open to the outside, two planes of the spiral impeller grooves (2a) are at a certain angle with an axis of the impeller (2), and the impeller (2) is provided with a direct jet orifice (2b) running through both sides; and the impeller (2) is arranged in the step section II (1c).

The direct-swirl mixed jet nozzle for a cleaning trolley according to claim 1, wherein a right end of the expansion section (3) is provided with a conical hole (3c) whose diameter increases from left to right, and a conical orifice (3b) has the same diameter as and is closely connected with an orifice of the front nozzle (1e) of the nozzle body (1).

A ground cleaning trolley, wherein the ground cleaning trolley comprises a direct-swirl mixed jet nozzle according to any one of claims 1 to 4, and further comprises a controller, a ground cleaning trolley body (4), a cleaning device (5) and a ground mopping device (6); the cleaning device (5) and the ground mopping device (6) are arranged at a bottom of the automatic cleaning trolley body and facing the ground; the cleaning device is arranged at a front | 501329 of the trolley body in a horizontal direction, and comprises sequentially arranged nozzle holders (501), a hose (502), a water tank (503) and a water pump (504) immersed in the water tank; three nozzle holders (501) are arranged at equal intervals at a bottom of the trolley, and the three nozzle holders (501) are arranged facing the ground and perpendicular to a forward direction of the trolley; the water tank (503) is arranged inside the automatic cleaning trolley body (4); the ground mopping device (6) is located at a rear of the automatic cleaning trolley in the horizontal direction, and comprises a mophead (602) driven by a motor (601), which drives the mophead (602) to move around an axis on a horizontal plane; an output of the controller is connected with a driving device of the trolley body, the water pump (504) and the motor (601); and the direct-swirl mixed jet nozzle is detachably connected to the nozzle holders (501) in the cleaning device.
