Abstract

The present disclosure discloses a wearable device with optical fiber glowing and LED illumination, including a helmet, a power supply, an illumination mechanism, and a glowing reminder mechanism. The helmet includes a helmet body, and a hard shell wrapping the helmet body, and the helmet body is provided with a vent hole, a bracket, a rectangular hole, a semicircular groove, a button hole, and a helmet strap; the power supply includes a lithium ion battery, and a USB interface male connector; the illumination mechanism includes a universal joint on the bracket, an LED illumination lamp connected to the universal joint, and an illumination switch installed in the button hole; and the glowing reminder mechanism includes a side glow optical fiber embedded in the semicircular groove, a glowing switch installed in the button hole, and an optical fiber LED lamp. The present disclosure integrates the glowing reminder function and the illumination function, and thus provides illumination and also reminds others while protecting the head, reducing potential safety hazards. The direction of the lamp can be adjusted freely as required. The present disclosure is less in power consumption, low-carbon, energy-saving and environmentally-friendly, and conforms to the themes of our times.

ILLUMINATION TECHNICAL FIELD
[01] The present disclosure relates to the field of hat and cap products, and in particular relates to a wearable device with optical fiber glowing and LED illumination.
BACKGROUND ART
[02] Now our life is becoming better and better and bicycles and other outdoor sports are slowly entering our lives. Such sports have a certain degree of risk. Helmets, as a protective product for the head, have become necessary equipment in many outdoor activities. At the same time, as the pace of life accelerates, most people have to go to the office during the day and can only do outdoor sports after work. However, darkness comes on after work, and the road condition cannot be determined in default of illumination. Moreover, when people or cars pass by, it is impossible to remind the other party, which leads to a safety accident. Therefore, the helmet is required to be able to illuminate and remind at night.
[03] In the prior art, most helmets only have a glowing reminder function or only have an illumination function, which is relatively single. Moreover, most helmets use LED arrays for arrangement and combination to emit light, which is easy to cause glare, and the emitted light is dazzling, which is very harmful to human eyes; the LED arrays generate a large amount of heat, which is accumulated in the helmet shell and not easily to dissipate, and thus LEDs stay in a high temperature environment for a long time, which shortens the life of the LEDs and also makes the user uncomfortable; and the helmet with the illumination function mostly use independent illumination fixtures, which are fixed to the helmets with straps or other fixing devices, and thus the illumination direction cannot be adjusted. The two existing technologies above mostly use dry batteries as power, which consumes quickly, and abandoned dry batteries tend to cause environmental pollution.
SUMMARY
[04] The present disclosure aims to solve the problems in the prior art that the LED arrays have dazzling light, large heat generation, and short lifespan, the lamps use fixed connection and thus cannot be adjusted in direction, and abandoned dry batteries are easy to cause environmental pollution, and to provide a wearable device that integrates the glowing reminder function and the illumination function.
[05] In order to achieve the objective above, the technical solution of the present disclosure is as follows: a wearable device with optical fiber glowing and LED illumination includes a helmet, a power supply arranged at the rear of the helmet, and an illumination mechanism penetrating the inside of the helmet, where a plurality of wires are arranged inside the helmet, and the edge of the helmet is provided with a helmet strap; and the wearable device with optical fiber glowing and LED illumination further includes a glowing reminder mechanism, where the helmet includes a helmet body, the helmet body is wrapped with a hard shell, the top of the helmet body is provided with a 1 vent hole, taking the side of the helmet provided with a bracket for installing an LED LU500904 illumination lamp as the front, the rear of the helmet is provided with a rectangular hole for installing a USB interface, a semicircular groove for installing a side glow optical fiber is formed along the circumference of a brim, and button holes are arranged in both side faces of the helmet;
[06] the power supply includes a lithium ion battery arranged inside the helmet, and a USB interface male connector connected to the lithium ion battery through a wire;
[07] the illumination mechanism includes a universal joint connected to the bracket, an LED illumination lamp connected to the universal joint, and an illumination switch installed in the button hole, the LED illumination lamp includes an LED luminous chip in center, a reflective bowl arranged outside the LED luminous chip, a condenser lens opposite to the reflective bowl, a reflective film arranged outside the reflective bowl and the condenser lens, and a protective panel tangent to the top end of the sector of the condenser lens, and multiple LED illumination lamps are connected in parallel and communicated with the illumination switch and a USB interface female connector in turn via wires; and
[08] the glowing reminder mechanism includes a side glow optical fiber embedded in the semicircular groove, a glowing switch installed in the button hole, and an optical fiber LED lamp, the optical fiber LED lamp includes an ultra-bright full-color LED luminous chip, a protective shell, a reflective bowl, a condenser lens, a reflective film, and a self-focusing lens, and the optical fiber LED lamp is communicated with the glowing switch and the USB interface female connector in turn via the wires.
[09] The beneficial technical effects of the present disclosure are as follows: according to the above-mentioned wearable device with optical fiber glowing and LED illumination, the glowing reminder function and the illumination function are integrated, such that the wearable device can illuminate the user and reminding others at the same time, reducing potential safety hazards; the vent hole can quickly dissipate the heat generated during exercise; a lithium battery is used as a rechargeable battery, which is connected to an illumination device or the glowing reminder device in the helmet through the USB cable to transmit electrical energy, and has good portability and rechargeable property; compared with traditional dry batteries, the lithium battery inside the helmet has small size and light weight, so that the pressure on the head of the helmet is less, and environmental pollution and resource waste caused by abandoned dry batteries are avoided; the ultra-bright LED is used as the illumination source, the reflective bowl and the condenser lens are used to enhance the directivity of the light source and change the divergence angle of the light source, and the reflective film is used to avoid light leakage and improve the light utilization rate; with the bracket and the universal joint, the illumination direction of the illumination lamp can be adjusted freely to adjust to the high beam or the low beam; the side glow optical fiber is provided with power supply by the ultra-bright full-color LED, and the reflective bowl, the condenser lens and the self-focusing lens are used to enhance the directivity of the light source and change the divergence angle of the light source; the reflective film is used to avoid light leakage and improve the light utilization rate; the side glow fiber is made of a fluorescent material, which can minimize or eliminate the leakage of transmitted light 2 from the fiber cortex, and minimize the non-intrinsic loss caused by light scattering, LU500904 thereby reducing the loss of optical fiber and improve the transmission efficiency of the optical fiber; and the side glow optical fiber is used as auxiliary illumination, and has no harm to the vision when reminding others. [10] When in use, the helmet is charged with an external power supply first, then the helmet is put on the user’s head, with the helmet strap fastened, and the user can do outdoor exercise at night when pressing the illumination switch and the glowing switch.
[11] Preferably, the USB interface, the button switch, the protective panel and the helmet shell are all bonded with a concave-convex notch structure, which is completely sealed, has good waterproof effect, and will not cause a short circuit due to water ingress.
[12] Preferably, the illumination color of the LED is warm white, which enhances the color rendering property of the illumination light and improves the safety index of outdoor activities.
[13] Preferably, the action points of the LED luminous chip, the reflective bowl, the condenser lens, the self-focusing lens, and the reflective film in the optical fiber LED lamp are all on a same axis, forming a coaxial light source, and providing a more uniform illumination than traditional light sources.
[14] Preferably, the protective panel is a polymethyl methacrylate protective panel, which is excellent in texture, reasonable in price, and good in dielectric property.

[23] As shown in FIG. 1, a helmet with illumination and glowing functions, taking three LED lamps as an example, includes a helmet body 1, a power supply 2 arranged at the rear of the helmet, and an illumination mechanism 3 and a glowing reminder mechanism 4 that penetrate the inside of the helmet.
[24] As shown in FIGS. 2 to 3, the helmet includes the helmet body 1, and a hard shell 101 wrapping the helmet body 1. The top of the helmet body 1 is provided with a vent hole 102. With the vent hole 102, the heat generated during exercise can be quickly dissipated. A bracket 103 for installing an LED illumination lamp 301 is arranged in the front. A rectangular hole 104 for installing a USB interface is arranged in the rear. A semicircular groove 105 for installing a side glow optical fiber 401 is formed along the circumference of a brim. The left side face of the helmet is provided with a button hole 106a, and the right side face is provided with a button hole 106b. The edge of the helmet is provided with a helmet strap 107 for fixing the helmet.
[25] As shown in FIG. 4, the power supply 2 includes a lithium ion battery 201, a wire 202, and a USB interface male connector 203 arranged inside the helmet. The lithium ion battery 201 is connected to an illumination device or glowing reminder device in the helmet through a USB cable for electric energy transmission, realizing good portability and rechargeable property; as for electrical parts: three LED illumination lamps 301 are connected in parallel, selectively communicated with a USB interface female connector 204 via a wire 203, and controlled by an illumination switch
302. An optical fiber LED lamp 403 is selectively communicated with the USB interface female head 204 via the wire 203, and is controlled by a glowing switch 402.
[26] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, the illumination mechanism 3 includes an LED illumination lamp 301 and an illumination switch 302 installed in the button hole 106b. The LED illumination lamp 301 is movably connected to a universal joint 1031 arranged on the bracket 103. The illumination direction of the illumination lamp can be freely adjusted to adjust to high beam or low beam. The LED illumination lamp 301 includes an LED luminous chip 3011 in the center, a reflective bowl 3012 arranged outside the LED luminous chip 3011, a condenser lens 3013 opposite to the reflective bowl 3012, a reflective film 3014 arranged outside the reflective bowl 3012 and the condenser lens 3013, and a protective panel 3015 tangent to the top of the sector of the condenser lens 3013. An ultra-bright LED is used as the illumination source, the reflective bowl 3012 and the condenser lens 3013 are used to enhance the directivity of the light source and change the divergence angle of the light source, and the reflective film 3014 is used to avoid light leakage and improve the light utilization rate. Three LED illumination lamps 301 are connected in parallel and selectively communicated with the USB interface female connector 204 via the wire 203, and the two are controlled by the illumination switch 302. The illumination color of the LED is warm 4 white, which enhances the color rendering property of the illumination light and LU500904 improves the safety index of outdoor activities. The glowing reminder mechanism 4 includes a side glow optical fiber 401 embedded in a semicircular groove, a glowing switch 402 installed in the button hole 106a, and an optical fiber LED lamp 403. The optical fiber LED lamp 403 is selectively communicated with the USB interface female connector 204 via the wire 203, and controlled by the illumination switch 402. The optical fiber LED light 403 includes an ultra-bright full-color LED luminous chip 4031, a protective shell 4032, a reflective bowl 4033, a condenser lens 4034, a reflective film 4035, and a self-focusing lens 4036. The reflective bowl 4033, the condenser lens 4034 and the self-focusing lens 4036 are used to enhance the directivity of the light source and change the divergence angle of the light source, while the reflective film 4035 is used to avoid light leakage and improve the light utilization rate. The action points of the ultra-bright full-color LED luminous chip 4031, the reflective bowl 4033, the condenser lens 4034, the reflective film 4035, and the self-focusing lens 4036 are all on a same axis, forming a coaxial light source.
[27] According to the above-mentioned wearable device with optical fiber glowing and LED illumination, the glowing reminder function and the illumination function are integrated, such that the wearable device can illuminate a user and reminding others at the same time, reducing potential safety hazards. The USB interface, the button switch, the protective panel 3015 and the helmet body are all bonded with a concave-convex notch structure, which is completely sealed, has good waterproof effect, and will not cause a short circuit due to water ingress. The protective panel 3015 is a polymethyl methacrylate protective panel, which is excellent in texture, reasonable in price, and good in dielectric property. The side glow optical fiber 401 is made of a fluorescent material, which can minimize or eliminate the leakage of transmitted light from the fiber cortex, and minimize the non-intrinsic loss caused by light scattering, thereby reducing the loss of optical fiber and improve the transmission efficiency of the optical fiber. The side glow optical fiber 401 is used as auxiliary illumination, and has no harm to the vision when reminding others. The present disclosure is less in power consumption, low-carbon, energy-saving and environmentally-friendly, and conforms to the themes of our times.
[28] When in use, the helmet is charged with an external power supply first, then the helmet is put on the user’s head, with the helmet strap 107 fastened, and the user can do outdoor exercise at night when pressing the illumination switch 302 and the glowing switch 402.

A wearable device with optical fiber glowing and LED illumination, comprising a helmet, a power supply arranged at the rear of the helmet, and an illumination mechanism penetrating the inside of the helmet, wherein a plurality of wires are arranged inside the helmet, and the edge of the helmet is provided with a helmet strap; and further comprising a glowing reminder mechanism, wherein the helmet comprises a helmet body, the helmet body is wrapped with a hard shell, the top of the helmet body is provided with a vent hole, taking the side of the helmet provided with a bracket for installing an LED illumination lamp as the front, the rear of the helmet is provided with a rectangular hole for installing a USB interface, a semicircular groove for installing a side glow optical fiber is formed along the circumference of a brim, and button holes are arranged in both side faces of the helmet; the power supply comprises a lithium ion battery arranged inside the helmet, and a USB interface male connector connected to the lithium ion battery through a wire; the illumination mechanism comprises a universal joint connected to the bracket, an LED illumination lamp connected to the universal joint, and an illumination switch installed in the button hole, the LED illumination lamp comprises an LED luminous chip in center, a reflective bowl arranged outside the LED luminous chip, a condenser lens opposite to the reflective bowl, a reflective film arranged outside the reflective bowl and the condenser lens, and a protective panel tangent to the top end of the sector of the condenser lens, and multiple LED illumination lamps are connected in parallel and communicated with the illumination switch and a USB interface female connector in turn via wires; and the glowing reminder mechanism comprises a side glow optical fiber embedded in the semicircular groove, a glowing switch installed in the button hole, and an optical fiber LED lamp, the optical fiber LED lamp comprises an ultra-bright full-color LED luminous chip, a protective shell, a reflective bowl, a condenser lens, a reflective film, and a self-focusing lens, and the optical fiber LED lamp is communicated with the glowing switch and the USB interface female connector in turn via the wires.
2. The wearable device with optical fiber glowing and LED illumination according to claim 1, wherein the USB interface, the button switch, the protective panel and the helmet body are all bonded with a concave-convex notch structure.
3. The wearable device with optical fiber glowing and LED illumination according to claim 1, wherein the illumination color of the LED is warm white.

The wearable device with optical fiber glowing and LED illumination according to claim 1, wherein action points of the ultra-bright full-color LED luminous chip, the reflective bowl, the condenser lens, the self-focusing lens, and the reflective film in the optical fiber LED lamp are all on a same axis.
5. The wearable device with optical fiber glowing and LED illumination according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the protective panel is a polymethyl methacrylate protective panel.
