Abstract
The present disclosure provides a method for preparing deapioplatycodin D, where the deapioplatycodin D is prepared using two or more strains including a Pichia kudriavzevii strain and a Bacillus velezensis strain. In the present disclosure, two strains with different transformation mechanisms are used to transform platycodin by mixed fermentation, which effectively improves the yield of deapioplatycodin D. A biotransformation of the platycodon is conducted by the fermentation characteristics of the strains. Therefore, not only safe and environmentally-friendly production of the platycodin can be realized, but also Platycodon grandiflorum resources can be fully used to convert the platycodin with low biological activity contained in the Platycodon grandiflorum into saponins with high biological activity, thereby turning waste into wealth.
