Description
BACKGROUND Technical Field The present invention relates to the field of brakes, and in particular, to an electromechanical drum brake having integrated functions of a service brake and a parking brake. Related Art In a drum brake, a brake transmission mechanism 1s used to cause brake shoes to press brake pads against an inner side of a brake drum, to generate a braking force, so as to decelerate wheels or stop a vehicle within a shortest distance as required, thereby ensuring travelling safety and reliable parking of the vehicle without automatic slippage. The brake drum serves as a rotatory element of the drum brake, and the brake shoe serves as a fixing element, which cost low for fabrication and conform to a traditional design. The brake drum serves as a rotatory element of the drum brake, and the brake shoe serves as a fixing element. During braking, the brake shoe rotates outward under the action of an actuating apparatus, and a friction plate on an outer surface is pressed against the inner cylindrical surface of the brake drum to generate a braking friction torque on the drum. Apparatuses that apply a force to an end of the shoe to rotate the shoe are collectively referred to as a brake shoe actuating apparatus. The brake shoe actuating apparatus has a wheel cylinder, a cam, and a wedge. When the brake is released, the brake shoe is released from the drum. A spring helps fix the brake shoe in place, and causes the brake shoe to return back after driving of an adjusting arm. Most of existing brakes have a single-brake wheel cylinder. In view of this, an electromechanical drum brake having integrated functions of a service brake and a parking brake is provided.
SUMMARY The present invention is intended to provide an electromechanical drum brake having integrated functions of a service brake and a parking brake, which has a simple structure, is convenient to fabricate, and performs braking through a plurality of cylinders. Further, a toothed groove mated with the toothed head is provided at one end of the pushing bar, a third rotatory shaft is provided at the other end of the pushing bar, a first rotatory joint is provided on the third rotatory shaft, second rotatory joints in a mirror distribution are provided at both ends of the third rotatory shaft, and the brake further includes a first cylinder.
Further, the first cylinder is mounted on a cylinder fixing support, second cylinders in an array distribution are further provided on the cylinder fixing support, a first output end of the first cylinder is connected to the first rotatory joint, and second output shafts of the second cylinders are connected to the second rotatory joints.
The present invention has the following beneficial effects: The present invention has a simple structure, is convenient to fabricate, and performs braking through a plurality of cylinders. The brake has a desirable braking effect and improved stability and reduces hidden dangers caused by unstable braking.
