3
BL-5252 Detailed description on specific implementation of the present invention is made 1000688 below in combination with specific embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a structural schematic diagram of the dust prevention apparatus for the computer provided by the embodiment of the present invention. The apparatus includes: a case 1, an exhaust module and an air supply module, wherein an air outlet channel and an air inlet channel are arranged on two sides of the case symmetrically; the exhaust module includes an exhaust pipe connected with the air outlet channel of the case 1 and the exhaust module is used for sending hot air out of the case 1; and the air supply module includes an air supply pipe connected with the air inlet channel of the case 1, the air supply module is used for sending cold air into the case, and the air supply module includes a filter part 6 for filtering dust in air.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the dust prevention apparatus for the computer further includes two one-way valves 3 opposite in connecting direction and the two one-way valves 3 are arranged on the exhaust pipe and the air supply pipe respectively. Therefore, the exhaust pipe and the air supply pipe merely play exhaust and air supply roles without an air deflection phenomenon.
In an embodiment of the present invention, each of the air inlet channel and the air outlet channel includes heat dissipating holes 7 formed in a shell wall of the case 1, and the heat dissipating holes 7 are formed downwards, such that a problem that the dust prevention effect is reduced as dust in air enters into the case 1 directly is further avoided.
In the embodiment, hot air in the case is sent out via the exhaust module and meanwhile, air in which dust is filtered is sent into the case 1 via the air supply module.
Exhaust and air intake effects can be separated via the separately arranged exhaust module and air supply module, such that the heat dissipating area and effect are improved. Hot air in the case is sent out via the exhaust module and meanwhile, air in which dust is filtered is sent into the case 1 via the air supply module. A problem that a 4
BL-5252 case with a good dust prevention effect in a conventional computer is usually poor in 1000688 heat dissipating effect is solved.
As shown in the Figs. 1-2, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the air supply module further includes a compressor 5 arranged on the air supply pipe, and the compressor 5 is used for accelerating air to enter into the case 1.
Under a circumstance of the embodiment, the filter part 6 includes a dust absorption sponge, and the dust absorption sponge is in a water absorption state and is used for absorbing dust in air.
Under another circumstance of the embodiment, the air supply module further includes an evaporator 11 arranged in sequence with the dust absorption sponge along a gas flowing direction, and the evaporator 11 is used for drying air in which dust is absorbed by the dust absorption sponge and refrigerating the air.
Under a circumstance of the embodiment, air comes to the dust absorption sponge first via the through holes 10 and humid gas after dust absorption is exchanged with heat by the evaporator to be divided into dried cold air and a liquid. The dried cold air enters into the case 1 and the liquid can supplement water to the water absorption sponge.
As shown in the Figs. 1 to 3, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, both the evaporator 11 and the filter part 6 are arranged in a filter box 8, one side of the filter box 8 is connected with the air inlet channel and the other end of the filter box 8 is movably connected with a cover plate 9 provided with a plurality of through holes 10, one side of the cover plate 9 is hinged with the filter box 8, and the other end of the cover plate 9 is detachably connected with the filter box 8 via a connector.
Under a circumstance of the embodiment, the connector includes a fastener 14, and the fastener 14 is made from a flexible material and is in snap-fit connection with a step portion 13 arranged on the filter box 8.
Under another circumstance of the embodiment, the evaporator 11 and the filter part 6 are placed in the filter box 8 in sequence. Specifically, the filter part 6 is mounted
BL-5252 on a mounting ring 12 and is covered by the cover plate 9. At the moment, the fastener 7500268 14 of the cover plate 9 is buckled to the step portion 13 arranged on the filter box 8, and therefore, installation is completed.
