Abstract

The present invention relates to a recyclable logistics packaging box, which includes a packaging box body, wherein a top of the packaging box body is hinged with a cover body, and a bottom end of an inner part of the packaging box body is mounted with a buffer assembly; the buffer assembly includes sliding grooves, and the sliding grooves are arranged on an inner wall around the packaging box body respectively; an inner part of the sliding groove is slidably connected with a slider, and an end of the slider away from the sliding groove is fixedly connected to a placement plate; four surface corners of a bottom of the placement plate are fixed with sleeving rods, a bottom of the packaging box body is fixed with a fixing rod, and an inner part of the fixing rod is sleeved with the sleeving rod, surfaces of the fixing rod and the sleeving rod being sleeved with a buffer spring. In the present invention, through a one-piece design in which plastic materials are compression molded, the packaging box body can be quickly formed into the box body, which helps to realize the repeated recycling of the packaging box body.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the technical field of logistics packaging, in particular, to a recyclable logistics packaging box.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In recent years, with the rise of logistics and e-commerce, competition in the logistics industry has also become increasingly fierce. In order to better serve customers, various logistics companies have put forward higher requirements for logistics packaging boxes. At present, most logistics packaging boxes are made of corrugated cardboards. However, the durability of corrugated cardboards is poor, which are discarded directly after one use and not many of which can be recycled and reused, thereby leading to more serious waste. Therefore, there is an urgent need for providing a recyclable logistics packaging box to solve the above problems.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSURE An objective of the present invention is to provide a recyclable logistics packaging box, so as to solve the problem that the hardware parts in the box are scratched and damaged due to collision with each other since the existing storage box does not have a good protective structure in the background.
To achieve the above objective, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: a recyclable logistics packaging box includes a packaging box body, wherein a top of the packaging box body is hinged with a cover body, and a bottom end of an inner part of the packaging box body is mounted with a buffer assembly; the buffer assembly includes sliding grooves, and the sliding grooves are arranged on an inner wall around the packaging box body respectively; an inner part of the sliding groove is slidably connected with a slider, and an end of the slider away from the sliding groove is fixedly connected to a placement plate; four surface corners of a bottom of the placement plate are fixed with sleeving rods, a bottom of the packaging box body is fixed with a fixing rod, and an inner part of the fixing rod is sleeved with the sleeving rod, surfaces of the fixing rod and the sleeving rod being 1 sleeved with a buffer spring. Preferably, the cover body has two groups, and the two groups of the cover body are arranged in a symmetrical layout.
Preferably, both inner walls of a bottom of the cover body and the top of the packaging box body are pressed with a shock-absorbing airbag.
Preferably, a bottom of the placement plate is mounted with a shock-absorbing spring, and an end of the shock-absorbing spring away from the placement plate is fixedly connected to a bottom of the packaging box body; elastic strips are mounted between the placement plates on both sides of the shock-absorbing spring and the packaging box body.
Preferably, the placement plate is arranged in a concave shape, and an inner wall of the placement plate is pressed with a rubber pad.
Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following beneficial effects: for the recyclable logistics packaging box, compared with traditional corrugated paper, the device adopts the design of compression-molding the plastic materials into an integrated structure, so that the packaging box body may be rapidly formed into the box body, which helps to realize the repeated recycling of the packaging box body, and the damage to the items of the packaging box body due to the impact force generated by accidentally touching the wall may be reduced when the packaging box body is moved through the shock absorption of the shock-absorbing airbag on the upper side and with cooperation of the piston movement of the sleeving rod and the fixed ring at the bottom of the packaging box body as well as the self-elastic force between the elastic bar, the shock-absorbing spring and the buffer spring, so as to incur a certain protective buffer effect; the overall structure is simple and reasonable in design, high in practicability, and easy to popularize and apply.

With reference to Figs. 1 to 4, an embodiment provided by the present invention: a recyclable logistics packaging box includes a packaging box body 1, wherein a top of the packaging box body 1 is hinged with a cover body 2, and a bottom end of an inner part of the packaging box body 1 is mounted with a buffer assembly 5; the buffer assembly 5 includes sliding grooves 51, and the sliding grooves 51 are arranged on an inner wall around the packaging box body 1 respectively; an inner part of the sliding groove 51 is slidably connected with a slider 52, and an end of the slider 52 away from the sliding groove 51 is fixedly connected to a placement plate 58; four surface corners of a bottom of the placement plate 58 are fixed with sleeving rods 55, a bottom of the packaging box body 1 is fixed with a fixing rod 54, and an inner part of the fixing rod 54 is sleeved with the sleeving rod 55, surfaces of the fixing rod 54 and the sleeving rod 55 being sleeved with a buffer 3 spring 53. Further, a bottom of the placement plate 58 is mounted with a shock-absorbing spring 56, and an end of the shock-absorbing spring 56 away from the placement plate 58 is fixedly connected to a bottom of the packaging box body 1; elastic strips 57 are mounted between the placement plates 58 on both sides of the shock-absorbing spring 56 and the packaging box body 1. As shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 4, during transportation, when the impact force is caused by accidentally touching the wall or being bumped, the items squeeze the placement plate 58 so that the sleeving rod 55 at the bottom of the placement plate 58 performs a piston movement in the fixing rod 54 under the self-elastic force of the buffer spring 53, and the placement plate 58 simultaneously squeezes the elastic strip 57 and the shock-absorbing spring 56 while performing a small sliding movement in the sliding groove 51 through the slider 52 to buffer the external forces to a certain extent, thereby further playing a certain protective role.
Further, the placement plate 58 is arranged in a concave shape, and an inner wall of the placement plate 58 is pressed with a rubber pad. The working principle is as follows: since the packaging box body 1 is an integrated structure, when in use, the items are directly placed on the placement plate 58 in the packaging box body 1, and then the cover body 2 is covered, so that the bottom of the cover body 2 and the shock-absorbing airbag 4 on the inner wall of the packaging box body 1 may compress and protect the items; during transportation, when the impact force is caused by accidentally touching the wall or being bumped, the items squeeze the placement plate 58 so that the sleeving rod 55 at the bottom of the placement plate 58 performs a piston movement in the fixing rod 54 under the self-elastic force of the buffer spring 53, and the placement plate 58 simultaneously squeezes the elastic strip 57 and the shock-absorbing spring 56 while performing a small sliding movement in the sliding groove 51 through the slider 52 to buffer the external forces to a certain extent, thereby further playing a certain protective role; when the external force is lost, the buffer spring 53 and the shock-absorbing spring 56 exert a force to drive the sleeving rod 55 and the elastic strip 57 to return to original states again, so as to facilitate the next use.

2. The recyclable logistics packaging box according to claim 1, wherein the packaging box body (1) 1s provided with air-permeable meshes (3) all around, and the air-permeable meshes (3) are arranged in a grid shape.
3. The recyclable logistics packaging box according to claim 1, wherein the cover body (2) has two groups, and the two groups of the cover body (2) are arranged in a symmetrical layout.
4. The recyclable logistics packaging box according to claim 1, wherein both inner walls of a bottom of the cover body (2) and the top of the packaging box body (1) are pressed with a shock-absorbing airbag (4).
