Abstract
The present invention relates to the technical field of drug packaging box with waterproof structure, in particular, to a drug packaging box with waterproof structure, which includes a box body. An inner portion of the box body is provided with a first waterproof film, an outer wall of the box body is provided with two groups of blocks, and the blocks are arranged as a semi-circular shape. An outer portion of the box body is provided with a lid from top to bottom, and an inner portion of the lid is provided with a second waterproof film. An inner wall of the lid is provided with two groups of slots, and the slots are arranged as an arc shape. The box body is provided inside with a baffle vertically, and a left side of the baffle is provided with a drug placement groove. In the present invention, through the provision of the baffle, the interior can be classified and some pharmaceutical-adapted accessories and instructions can be placed in an auxiliary material placement groove when the present device is used, so that internal medicines are easier to obtain and the use can be avoided from being affected due to auxiliary materials falling to the ground when the medicines are fetched; therefore, through the provision of the structure, the classification of the present device is improved and the use is facilitated.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the technical field of drug packaging box with waterproof structure, in particular, to a drug packaging box with waterproof structure.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Drug packaging box. The packaging box, namely, is a box used to package the product, which can be classified into paper boxes, wooden boxes, leather boxes, plastic boxes in terms of the material, and can also be classified into tea boxes, medicine health care boxes, food boxes, tea boxes in terms of the name of the product, i.e., the function of the packaging box. In this way, the safety of transporting the product can be ensured, and the level of the product can be improved.
At present, the drug packaging boxes are mainly paper boxes due to low cost. However, this kind of box is not waterproof, it will become weaker when encountering water, and the medicine inside may fall out of the packaging box when it is picked up. When the water enters the packaging box, the drug inside soaked in water for a long time may cause coagulation and failure under the condition that the packaging box does not rot. And, there is no protective effect in the current drug packaging box. Glass bottles are commonly used for syrups and pellets so that the drug falls off when the bottle is held unsteadily, which may cause the internal drug to spill and to be unable to continue to use. To this end, we proposed a drug packaging box with waterproof structure to solve the above problems.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSURE An object of the present invention is to provide a drug packaging box with waterproof structure, so as to solve the problem proposed by the background technology that the packing box is not waterproof and the interior has no protective effect 1
To realize the above purpose, the present invention provides the following HU102606 technical solutions: a drug packaging box with waterproof structure includes a box body, wherein an inner portion of the box body is provided with a first waterproof film, an outer wall of the box body is provided with two groups of blocks, and the blocks are arranged as a semi-circular shape; an outer portion of the box body is sleeved with a lid from top to bottom, and an inner portion of the lid is provided with a second waterproof film; an inner wall of the lid is provided with two groups of slots, and the slots are arranged as an arc shape; the box body is provided inside with a baffle vertically, and a left side of the baffle is provided with a drug placement groove; opposite sides of the baffle and an inner wall of a left end of the box body are provided with a limit sleeve symmetrically, and opposite sides of the limit sleeve are provided with a limit groove horizontally; the limit groove is inside inserted with a spring horizontally, an opening of the limit groove is inserted with a limit block horizontally, and a diameter of the limit block matches an inner diameter at the opening of the limit groove; one end of the spring abuts against an inner wall of the limit groove, the other end of the spring abuts against an inner end of the limit block, and opposite sides of the limit block are fixedly connected to a clamp block.
Preferably, a right side inside the box body is provided with an auxiliary material placement groove, and the auxiliary material placement groove is arranged as an oblong shape, a left side of the auxiliary material placement groove being a right end of the baffle.
Preferably, the outer wall of the box body and a lower end of the lid are arranged to be tilted, and an outer diameter of a lower end of the box body is in consistent with an outer diameter of the lid.
Preferably, the drug placement groove is provided inside with a sponge mat, and a size of the sponge mat matches a size of the drug placement groove.
Preferably, opposite sides of the clamp block are arranged as an arc shape, and opposite sides of the clamp block are bonded with a rubber mat, the rubber mat being provided with an anti-slip pattern.

Preferably, an upper end of the inner portion of the lid is provided with a fixing 102806 groove, and the fixing groove is arranged as an inverted concave shape.
Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following beneficial effects: in the present invention, through the provisions of the first waterproof film and the second waterproof film, a joint between the box body and the lid is arranged on a lower side to ensure that water cannot enter the box body as the present device is used when it rains on a day or when the water falls, and the first waterproof film matches the second waterproof film to prevent water from entering the Joint between the box body and the lid when the water level is high, so that the water resistance of the present device is improved through the provision of the above structure; through the provision of the baffle, the interior can be classified and some pharmaceutical-adapted accessories and instructions can be placed in an auxiliary material placement groove when the present device is used, so that internal medicines are easier to obtain and the use can be avoided from being affected due to auxiliary materials falling to the ground when the medicines are fetched; therefore, through the provision of the structure, the classification of the present device is improved and the use is facilitated; through the provision of the spring, when the present device is used, the drug inside the packaging box may be protected, and the drug glass bottles may be avoided from breaking after the bottles fall into the ground when the box is fetched, so that, the protective property of the present device is improved and the drug is avoided from being unavailable because of falling through the provision of the above structure.

Detailed Description of the Invention The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, rather than all the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all the other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without inventive effort are within the scope of the present invention.
With reference to Figs. 1 to 5, an embodiment of the present invention: a drug packaging box with waterproof structure includes a box body 1, wherein an inner portion of the box body 1 is provided with a first waterproof film 2, an outer wall of the box body 1 is provided with two groups of blocks 3, and the blocks 3 are arranged as a semi-circular shape; an outer portion of the box body 1 is sleeved with a lid 4 from top to bottom, and an inner portion of the lid 4 is provided with a second waterproof film 5; an inner wall of the lid 4 is provided with two groups of slots 6, and the slots 6 are arranged as an arc shape; the box body 1 is provided inside with a 4 baffle 7 vertically, and a left side of the baffle 7 is provided with a drug placement HU102606 groove 8; opposite sides of the baffle 7 and an inner wall of a left end of the box body 1 are provided with a limit sleeve 11 symmetrically, and opposite sides of the limit sleeve 11 are provided with a limit groove 12 horizontally; the limit groove 12 is inside inserted with a spring 13 horizontally, an opening of the limit groove 12 is inserted with a limit block 14 horizontally, and a diameter of the limit block 14 matches an inner diameter at the opening of the limit groove 12; one end of the spring 13 abuts against an inner wall of the limit groove 12, the other end of the spring 13 abuts against an inner end of the limit block 14, and opposite sides of the limit block 14 are fixedly connected to a clamp block 15.
Further, as shown in Fig. 1, a right side inside the box body 1 is provided with an auxiliary material placement groove 9, and the auxiliary material placement groove 9 is arranged as an oblong shape, a left side of the auxiliary material placement groove 9 being a right end of the baffle 7. Through the provision of the above structure, the classification of the present device is improved.
Further, as shown in Fig. 1, the outer wall of the box body 1 and a lower end of the lid 4 are arranged to be tilted, and an outer diameter of a lower end of the box body 1 is in consistent with an outer diameter of the lid 4. Through the provision of the above structure, the water conductivity of the present device is improved.
Further, as shown in Fig. 1, the drug placement groove 8 is provided inside with a sponge mat 10, and a size of the sponge mat 10 matches a size of the drug placement groove 8. Through the provision of the above structure, the internal protection of the present device is improved.
Further, as shown in Fig. 1, opposite sides of the clamp block 15 are arranged as an arc shape, and opposite sides of the clamp block 15 are bonded with a rubber mat 16, the rubber mat (16) being provided with an anti-slip pattern. Through the provision of the above structure, the stability of the drug in the box body 1 may be guaranteed.
Further, as shown in Fig. 1, an upper end of the inner portion of the lid 4 is provided with a fixing groove 17, and the fixing groove 17 is arranged as an inverted 102806 concave shape. Through the provision of the above structure, the protective effect on the glass bottle caused by the present device is improved.
Working principle: first, when the present device is used, the outer protective film should be removed, then the lid 4 should be held with one hand and the lower end of the box body 1 with the other hand, then the lid 4 is pulled up, and after the drug box is opened, the internal drug and auxiliary material instructions may be taken out from drug placement groove 8 and the auxiliary material placement groove 9 for use; after use, the drug should be placed back to the drug placed groove 8 and the auxiliary material should be placed back into the auxiliary material placement groove 9, and then the lid 4 is clamped with the box body 1 to clamp the second waterproof film 5 on the inner wall of the lid 4 with the first waterproof film 2 on the outer wall of the box body 1; after the lid 4 is clamped with the box body 1, when the water is accidentally sprinkled on the lid 4, the outer portion of the box body 1 is arranged to be inclined so that the water cannot be retained on the box body 1, and the box body 1 is provided inside with a block 3 and the lid 4 is provided inside with a slot 6 so that the water is isolated to prevent water from soaking the box body 1 and the lid 4; when in fetching, when the packaging box falls accidentally, since the box body 1 is provided inside with the sponge mat 10, the inner wall of the box body 1 is provided with a limit sleeve 11 and the opposite sides of the limit sleeve 11 are provided with a limit groove 12, so that the rubber mat 16 bonded on the opposite sides of the clamp block 15 may reduce the shock of the glass bottle to prevent the bottle from breaking due to direct contact between the glass bottle and the ground; the impact force generated by the glass bottle in the packaging box is transmitted to the clamp block 15, the clamp block 15 transfers the impact force through the limit block 14 to the spring 13 in the limit groove 12 and the spring 13 may release the impact force, so that the glass bottle is protected from coming into direct contact with the ground, and then, the fixing groove 17 in the lid 4 may clamp and limit the 6 cap of the glass bottle to protect the glass bottle to some extent. A drug packaging box with waterproof structure, comprising a box body (1), wherein an inner portion of the box body (1) is provided with a first waterproof film (2), an outer wall of the box body (1) is provided with two groups of blocks (3), and the blocks (3) are arranged as a semi-circular shape; an outer portion of the box body (1) is sleeved with a lid (4) from top to bottom, and an inner portion of the lid (4) is provided with a second waterproof film (5); an inner wall of the lid (4) is provided with two groups of slots (6), and the slots (6) are arranged as an arc shape; the box body (1) is provided inside with a baffle (7) vertically, and a left side of the baffle (7) is provided with a drug placement groove (8); opposite sides of the baffle (7) and an inner wall of a left end of the box body (1) are provided with a limit sleeve (11) symmetrically, and opposite sides of the limit sleeve (11) are provided with a limit groove (12) horizontally; the limit groove (12) is inside inserted with a spring (13) horizontally, an opening of the limit groove (12) is inserted with a limit block (14) horizontally, and a diameter of the limit block (14) matches an inner diameter at the opening of the limit groove (12); one end of the spring (13) abuts against an inner wall of the limit groove (12), the other end of the spring (13) abuts against an inner end of the limit block (14), and opposite sides of the limit block (14) are fixedly connected to a clamp block (15).

The drug packaging box with waterproof structure according to claim 1, wherein a right side inside the box body (1) is provided with an auxiliary material placement groove (9), and the auxiliary material placement groove (9) is arranged as an oblong shape, a left side of the auxiliary material placement groove (9) being a right end of the baffle (7).
