Abstract
The present invention provides a rubberized body for fitness equipment. The rubberized body for fitness equipment comprises a rubberized main body and a rubberized frame. A groove is formed in the rubberized main body. The rubberized frame subjected to injection molding in advance is embedded into the groove during injection molding of the rubberized main body, and the rubberized frame protrudes relative to the rubberized main body. The rubberized body for fitness equipment provided by the present invention is suitable for arm strength fitness equipment, for example, a dumbbell, a kettlebell and a disc and etc. The rubberized body for fitness equipment provided by the present invention is obtained by performing injection molding for at least two times and is composed of the rubberized main body and the rubberized frame. Both the rubberized main body and the rubberized frame can be different in material, color and thickness. The outer surface of the rubberized frame protrudes relative to the outer surface of the rubberized main body, so that the rubberized body is of a three-dimensional structure and is attractive and decent in appearance.

BACKGROUND Arm strength fitness equipment includes a dumbbell, a barbell, a kettlebell and etc and is formed by a cast iron inner core and a rubberized body coating the outer side of the iron inner core. Most existing rubberized body for fitness equipment is subjected to primary injection molding. The outer surface of the rubberized body is a smooth surface. SUMMARY The present invention aims to provide the rubberized body for fitness equipment. The rubberized body for fitness equipment is subjected to injection molding in steps for many times and is divided into areas with different hardness. The rubberized body for fitness equipment is novel in structure, high in strength and durable. The rubberized body is subjected to injection molding by an environmental-friendly process, so that the rubberized body for fitness equipment is harmless to physical health. In order to solve the technical problem, the embodiments of the present invention provide a rubberized body for fitness equipment. The present invention provides a rubberized body for fitness equipment. The rubberized body for fitness equipment includes a rubberized main body and a | rubberized frame. In the present invention, the rubberized frame is usually subjected to injection molding in advance, then the rubberized frame is placed in an injection mold of the rubberized body when the rubberized body is subjected to injection molding, and the rubberized frame and the rubberized body are connected by means of an injection molding process. Surely, if an advanced injection molding machine is used, the rubberized main body and the rubberized frame made of same or different materials can be achieved by a same die, which also falls into the protection scope of the present invention.
The point to be protected is that the rubberized body for the fitness equipment is formed in layers and is high in third dimension.
The technical scheme of the present invention is further described in combination with several detailed embodiments.

The rubberized body for fitness equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that the fitness equipment is a dumbbell, the rubberized body for fitness equipment is a rubberized body of the dumbbell, and the dumbbell comprises a dumbbell bar, dumbbell heads and rubberized bodies of the dumbbell, the two dumbbell heads being fixedly connected to two ends of the dumbbell bar, separately, the rubberized bodies of the dumbbell being coated to the outer sides of the dumbbell heads; each rubberized body of the dumbbell comprises a rubberized main body of the dumbbell and a | rubberized frame of the dumbbell, the rubberized frame of the dumbbell is of injection molding independently and being fixedly connected to an end surface of the rubberized main body of the dumbbell when the rubberized main body of the dumbbell is formed on the outer side of each dumbbell head.

The rubberized body for fitness equipment according to claim 6, characterized in that the rubberized body of the disc comprises two parts, one being a butterfly rubberized body in an inner ring while the other one being a butterfly rubberized ring body annularly arranged on an outer ring of the butterfly rubberized body, the butterfly rubberized body coating the handles on the outer sides of the holding holes and the end surfaces of two sides of the butterfly rubberized body protruding axially relative to the end surfaces of two sides of the butterfly rubberized body; 3' the butterfly rubberized body is formed by connecting a plurality of arc-shaped LU102634 sections and a plurality of epsilon-type sections end to end in a staggered manner, the arc-shaped sections coating the outer sides of the handles, two ends of the epsilon-type sections coating the end parts of two adjacent handles and middle bumps coating part of area of the iron core body; and processing grooves are formed in connections between the arc-shaped sections and the epsilon-type sections. 1
