The new apparatus has a simple structure, is convenient in use, can be powered by solar energy, and is energy-saving and environment-friendly.
The present invention is realized through the following technical solution: a solar powered 1ce-breaking and sampling apparatus suitable for winter frozen conditions, which includes a housing, a solar power generation panel, a sampler, a handle and a hollow drill bit provided outside the housing, and a pressure valve, a storage battery, a collection pipe and a motor provided inside the housing.
