Abstract

The present invention discloses a grouting expansion anchor rod capable of improving an anti-pull effect. The grouting expansion anchor rod comprises an anchor head, an anchor rod main body, a tray and a plurality of lateral expansion devices. A through hole is formed along an axis at a center of the anchor rod main body, the anchor head is fixed to one end of the anchor rod main body, a plurality of grout discharging openings are formed in the side part of the anchor rod main body, and the plurality of lateral expansion devices are mounted on the outer side of the anchor rod main body and cover the grout discharging openings, separately; each lateral expansion device comprises a steel sheet and a flexible belt, one end of the steel sheet is connected to the outer side of the anchor rod main body through a hinge, and the flexible belt covers the steel sheet externally and the steel sheet is tightly attached to the outer side of the anchor rod main body; and the tray is mounted on the anchor rod main boy and is limited by nuts. According to the invention, the anchor rod is expanded and unfolded while grouting is performed, so that the anchoring range of the anchor rod to surrounding rocks around is increased effectively, and therefore, a condition that the anchor rod slips from the surrounding rocks in the using process is avoided.

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a grouting expansion anchor rod, in particular to a grouting expansion anchor rod capable of improving an anti-pull effect.
BACKGROUND The anchor rod is a rodlike body anchored into a rock body. The anchor rod has many advantages that pitwood and steel are saved, the supporting cost is lowered, the tunneling section is small, deformation of a roadway is small and the maintenance cost is low; in addition, the anchor rod is safe to work and light and convenient, can alleviate the physical labor, reduces the ventilating resistance, facilitates primary roadway forming construction and acceleration of tunneling speed, and has the characteristics of being wide in application range, high in adaptability and capable of reducing the transportation amount and facilitating transportation and lifting in a mine.
However, an existing anchor rod cannot prevent weathering of surrounding rocks, i.e., the anchor rod slips to lose the supporting effect as the anchor rod cannot prevent rocks in a gap between the anchor rods from peeling off.
SUMMARY In order to solve the problem in the prior art, the present invention provides the grouting expansion anchor rod capable of improving the anti-pull effect. The anchor rod is expanded and unfolded while grouting is performed, barbs are embedded into the surrounding rocks and the steel sheets to apply the expansion force to the surrounding rocks, so that the anchoring range of the anchor rod to the surrounding 1
BL-5194 rocks around is increased effectively, and therefore, a condition that the anchor rod LU102510 slips from the surrounding rocks in the using process is avoided.
In order to achieve the purpose, the present invention adopts a technical scheme that a grouting expansion anchor rod capable of improving an anti-pull effect, including an anchor head, an anchor rod main body, a tray and a plurality of lateral expansion devices, a through hole being formed along an axis at a center of the anchor rod main body, the anchor head being fixed to one end of the anchor rod main body, a plurality of grout discharging openings being formed in the side part of the anchor rod main body, and the plurality of lateral expansion devices being mounted on the outer side of the anchor rod main body and covering the grout discharging openings, separately; each lateral expansion device comprising a steel sheet and a flexible belt, one end of the steel sheet being connected to the outer side of the anchor rod main body through a hinge, and the flexible belt covering the steel sheet externally and the steel sheet being tightly attached to the outer side of the anchor rod main body; and the tray being mounted on the anchor rod main boy and being limited by nuts; after injecting a grout liquid to the through hole, the grout liquid applying a pressure to the steel sheet from each grout discharging opening to further make the other end of the steel sheet be unfolded far away from the anchor rod body.
Further, the anchor rod further includes the grout stopping plug sleeving the anchor rod main body. When the anchor rod is used, discharge of the grout liquid from the drilled hole can be alleviated, so that the grouting effect is guaranteed.
Further, the steel sheet is in a semi-arc fan shape, and a plurality of barbs are distributed on the side surface, facing the anchor rod main body, of the steel sheet. By adopting the structure, it can be ensured that the unfolded steel sheet generates the expansion force to the surrounding soil body to improve the anchoring effect, and meanwhile, the plurality of barbs can be embedded into the rock body, so that the anti-pull force of the anchor rod is further improved. 2

As shown in the Fig.1 to Fig. 4, the grouting expansion anchor rod capable of improving the anti-pull effect includes the anchor head 1, the anchor rod main body 3, the tray 8 and the plurality of lateral expansion devices 5, the through hole 2 being formed along an axis at a center of the anchor rod main body 3, the anchor head 1 being fixed to one end of the anchor rod main body 3, the plurality of grout discharging openings 4being formed in the side part of the anchor rod main body 3, and the plurality of lateral expansion devices 5 being mounted on the outer side of the anchor rod main body 3 and covering the grout discharging openings 4, separately; and each lateral expansion device 5 comprising the steel sheet 501 and the flexible belt 502, one end of the steel sheet 501 being connected to the outer side of the anchor rod main body 3 through the hinge 9, and the flexible belt 502 covering the steel sheet 501 externally and the steel sheet 501 being tightly attached to the outer side of the anchor rod main body 3; and the tray 7 being mounted on the anchor rod main boy 3 and being limited by nuts 8; after injecting a grout liquid to the through hole 2, the grout liquid applying a pressure to the steel sheet 501from each grout discharging opening 4 to further make the other end of the steel sheet 501 be unfolded far away from the anchor rod body 3.

During use, the drilled hole is formed in the surrounding rock needed to be anchored first and the anchor rod main body 3 is inserted into the drilled hole, then the grout stopping plug 6 and the tray 7 are mounted on the anchor rod main body 3 and the tray 7 and the surrounding rock are fastened through the nuts 8, meanwhile, the grout stopping plug 6 seals the drilled hole, then the grout is injected into the through hole 2 through the other end of the anchor rod main body 3, the grout liquid applies the pressure to the steel sheet 501 of each lateral expansion device 5 from each grout discharging opening 4, so that the other end of the steel sheet 501 is unfolded far away from the anchor rod main body 3 and generates the expansion force to the surrounding soil body, as the external flexible belt 502 is made of the flexible material, the flexible belt 502 will be stretched and deformed as the steel sheet 501 is unfolded till the flexible belt 502 deforms to exceed a breakage critical value, and at the time, the flexible belt 502 breaks, so that the grout liquid starts to flow between the anchor rod main body 3 and the surrounding rocks, and meanwhile, the barbs 503 will be embedded into the rock body as the grout liquid flows out, and after the grout liquid is solidified, the anchoring process of the anchor rod is completed.

A grouting expansion anchor rod capable of improving an anti-pull effect, characterized by comprising an anchor head, an anchor rod main body, a tray and a plurality of lateral expansion devices, a through hole being formed along an axis at a center of the anchor rod main body, the anchor head being fixed to one end of the anchor rod main body, a plurality of grout discharging openings being formed in the side part of the anchor rod main body, and the plurality of lateral expansion devices being mounted on the outer side of the anchor rod main body and covering the grout discharging openings, separately; and each lateral expansion device comprising a steel sheet and a flexible belt, one end of the steel sheet being connected to the outer side of the anchor rod main body through a hinge, and the flexible belt covering the steel sheet externally and the steel sheet being tightly attached to the outer side of the anchor rod main body; and the tray being mounted on the anchor rod main boy and being limited by nuts; after injecting a grout liquid to the through hole, the grout liquid applying a pressure to the steel sheet from each grout discharging opening to further make the other end of the steel sheet be unfolded far away from the anchor rod body.
2. The grouting expansion anchor rod capable of improving the anti-pull effect according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising a grout stopping plug, the grout stopping plug being sleeved on the anchor rod main body.
3. The grouting expansion anchor rod capable of improving the anti-pull effect according to claim 1, characterized in that the steel sheet is in a semi-arc fan shape, and a plurality of barbs are distributed on the side surface, facing the anchor rod main body, of the steel sheet.
