Abstract

Disclosed by the present invention is a non-Newtonian fluid mine protection suit for rock bursts, comprising a protection suit body and a non-Newtonian fluid layer; wherein the non-Newtonian fluid layer is uniformly filled in an interlayer of the protection suit body and externally coated with an ultra-high strength fiber layer, shoulder straps are symmetrically and fixedly connected with the protection suit body, and the shoulder straps on both sides are provided with a wireless communicator and a wireless positioning device respectively. According to the present invention, the wireless communicator and the wireless positioning device make a much safer protection suit body after being arranged thereon; and the protection suit has an improved integrity, impact resistance and safety protection by a uniform filling of the non-Newtonian fluid layer inside the protection suit body.

Description

Non-Newtonian Fluid Mine Protection Suit for Rock Bursts Field of the Invention The present invention relates to the technical field of mine safety, in particular to a non- Newtonian fluid mine protection suit for rock bursts.
Background of the Invention China is one of the powerful countries in coal resources and has the maximum number of coal miners in the world. However, the underground operation of coal mines is a type of work with special environmental requirements. Affected by geological conditions, most coal mines are featured with poor working conditions, dark and humid environment, and narrow working face, accompanied by the constant threat of gas, coal dust, water, fire, roof and other disasters. Therefore, protective equipment capable of effectively preventing occupational hazards is particularly important to ensure the safety of coal miners.
Rock burst refers to a dynamic phenomenon of sudden and violent destruction of coal (rock) around coal mine roadway or working face due to the instantaneous release of elastic deformation energy. When a rock burst occurs, rocks are ejected suddenly and mine support materials are broken. Workers may easily get injured severely after being hit by ejected coal and rock blocks.
In recent years, an increased coal mining depth in China makes the problem of rock burst increasingly prominent, which seriously threatens the personal safety of coal mine workers. Despite a consideration on fire prevention and heat insulation or smoke particle prevention, the currently designed mine protection suits fail to provide sufficient safety protection for workers themselves or equipment, and their protection function is also very limited.
Summary of the Invention The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a safe, reliable and effective non-Newtonian fluid mine protection suit for rock bursts.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the technical scheme of the present invention is a non-Newtonian fluid mine protection suit for rock bursts, comprising a protection suit body and a non-Newtonian fluid layer; wherein the non-Newtonian fluid layer is uniformly filled in an interlayer of the protection suit body and externally coated with an ultra-high strength fiber layer, shoulder straps are symmetrically and fixedly connected with the protection suit body, and the shoulder straps on both sides are provided with a wireless communicator and a wireless positioning device respectively.
Further, the ultra-high strength fiber layer is made from a blended synthetic material of polyethylene chopped yarn and aramid chopped yarn with ultra-high strength and ultra-high density.
Further, a purified cotton layer is fixedly attached to the inner and outer sides of the ultra- high strength fiber layer, and an antistatic insulating layer is arranged on one side of the purified cotton layer located on the outer surface of the protection suit body.
Further, the wireless positioning device is internally provided with a bluetooth chip, and the front end face thereof is provided with an cold light lamp.
Further, a waistband is arranged on the waist of the protection body suit, and a snap fastener of one-button pressing structure is provided at the front end of the waistband.
Further, an instrument protection bag is arranged at the lower hem of the back surface of the protection suit body, structured as a concealed bag through a zipper arranged outside, and internally provided with a self-help device.
Further, the protection suit body is externally provided with a plurality of reflective strips uniformly distributed in the middle of the front and back of the protection suit body.
The present invention has the following beneficial effects: According to the present invention, the wireless communicator and the wireless positioning device are arranged on the protection suit body, thus allowing workers to conveniently communicate in real time, effectively improving the accuracy of remote high-precision positioning, tracking and positioning the accurate location of each worker in real time, and enhancing the safety guarantee. Moreover, the non-Newtonian fluid layer is uniformly filled inside the protection suit body, providing a good integrity. Since non-Newtonian fluid becomes stronger under more intense stimulation and its shear thickening behavior increases the resistance sharply when impacted violently, the non-Newtonian fluid layer greatly enhances the shock resistance and the safety protection. Furthermore, the non-Newtonian fluid layer can fit the human body well when there is no rock shock, so as to improve the comfort, protect the electrical equipment carried by people in case of an accident and effectively help the post-accident rescue.

The invention provides a non-Newtonian fluid mine protection suit for rock bursts, comprising a protection suit body 3 and a non-Newtonian fluid layer 10; wherein the non- Newtonian fluid layer 10 is uniformly filled in an interlayer of the protection suit body 3 and externally coated with an ultra-high strength fiber layer 9, shoulder straps 2 are symmetrically and fixedly connected with the protection suit body 3, and the shoulder straps 2 on both sides are provided with a wireless communicator 1 and a wireless positioning device 5 respectively.

In an embodiment, the ultra-high strength fiber layer 9 is made from a blended synthetic material of polyethylene chopped yarn and aramid chopped yarn with ultra-high strength and ultra- high density, which is featured by better puncture resistance, high breaking strength and large elasticity modulus, thus further protecting the human body from injuries caused by severe puncture impacts.
In an embodiment, a purified cotton layer 8 is fixedly attached to the inner and outer sides of the ultra-high strength fiber layer 9, and an antistatic insulating layer 11 is arranged on one side of the purified cotton layer 8 located on the outer surface of the protection suit body 3. By adopting such a design, the protection suit body 3 can fit the human body well to ensure the comfort, and the clothes of the workers operating underground will not absorb a lot of dust, so as to reduce the dangers of electrostatic friction, and improve safety and reliability. In an embodiment, the wireless positioning device 5 is internally provided with a bluetooth chip, and the front end face thereof is provided with a cold light lamp 501, thus effectively improving the accuracy of remote high-precision positioning, tracking and positioning the accurate location of each worker in real time, and providing lighting for workers operating underground, i.e. providing a good lighting condition. In an embodiment, a waistband 4 is arranged on the waist of the protection suit body 3, and a snap fastener 401 of one-button pressing structure is provided at the front end of the waistband
4. This design makes it easy for workers to adjust the protection suit according to their own figures and improves the fit; moreover, the one-touch switch makes it quick and easy for worker to put on or take off in a timely manner.
In an embodiment, an instrument protection bag 7 is arranged at the lower hem of the back surface of the protection suit body 3, structured as a concealed bag through a zipper 701 arranged outside, and internally provided with a self-help device. By adopting such a design, the self-help device is effectively protected from being damaged; and the instrument protection bag 7 can be folded and flipped inside via the zipper 701 to form a concealed bag when not required, which is convenient and reduces work hindrance.
In an embodiment, the protection suit body 3 is externally provided with a plurality of reflective strips 6 uniformly distributed in the middle of the front and back of the protection suit body 3, which meets the requirements of coal mine safety, and effectively gives the workers eye- catching safety tips.

A non-Newtonian fluid mine protection suit for rock bursts, characterized by comprising a protection suit body (3) and a non-Newtonian fluid layer (10); wherein the non- 5 Newtonian fluid layer (10) is uniformly filled in an interlayer of the protection suit body (3) and externally coated with an ultra-high strength fiber layer (9), shoulder straps (2) are symmetrically and fixedly connected with the protection suit body (3), and the shoulder straps (2) on both sides are provided with a wireless communicator (1) and a wireless positioning device (5) respectively.
2. The non-Newtonian fluid mine protection suit for rock bursts according to claim 1, characterized in that the ultra-high strength fiber layer (9) is made from a blended synthetic material of polyethylene chopped yarn and aramid chopped yarn with ultra-high strength and ultra- high density.

The non-Newtonian fluid mine protection suit for rock bursts according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a purified cotton layer (8) is fixedly attached to the inner and outer sides of the ultra-high strength fiber layer (9), and an antistatic insulating layer (11) is arranged on one side of the purified cotton layer (8) located on the outer surface of the protection suit body (3).
