Description

BL-5151 1 Window Opener LU101892 Technical Field The present invention relates to a window opener, belonging to the technical field of intelligent home. Background Art Machines for opening and closing windows are called "window opening machines" or "window openers", which are high-tech products in the construction industry, and "intelligent electric windows" are the latest development in the modern window industry.
When opening an intelligent electric window, a window opener is needed to open the window. However, the existing window openers on the current market have a cumbersome process when in use, so the window openers need regular maintenance when in use, which greatly lowers the practicality of the window openers.
It was found after research that the Chinese Patent Application No. CN 108119001 A disclosed a translational window opening device. An inner frame is provided with a driving mechanism, and an outer frame is fixed to a wall to provide a support point for the driving mechanism. The window adopts a translational sliding structure to slide on a rail at the lower part of the inner frame. The main innovation lies in that one side of the window close to a gap is provided with brushes and a window body sponge layer is disposed between the brushes on the same window. By means of the cooperation of the brushes and the window body sponge layer, the window can be automatically opened and closed, and dust removal of the window can be realized, and thus, the translational window opening device has the advantage of solving the problem of hidden safety problems caused by manual dust removal. The translational window opening device has the defects that the window opener is complicated in structure and the installation difficulty is great, and 1s difficult to be directly used on the existing translational window.
Technical problems The purpose of the present invention is to overcome the defects of complicated structure and great mstallation difficulty in the above-mentioned existing window opener, and provide a window opener which is simple in structure and convenient to install and does not need to modify the existing window.
Technical solutions In order to achieve the above purpose, the window opener provided by the present invention includes: a box body, a motor disposed in the box body, a sliding block driven by the motor to slide up and down, a telescopic rod
BL-5151 2 driven by the sliding block and a U-shaped clamp for clamping a window rail. The telescopic rod is a Scisspr, 101892 mechanism formed by hinged scissor arms, an outer end of the telescopic rod is movably connected with the U-shaped clamp, and an inner end of the telescopic rod has a movable end hinged with the sliding block and a fixed end rotatably disposed relative to the box body.
Beneficial effects The telescopic rod is driven by the motor to push the window, thereby opening and closing the window. When in use, a box body is fixed to a window frame of an inner window, and the U-shaped clamp is fixed to the window rail, so that the window can be opened and closed under the driving of the motor. It can be seen that the window opener of the present invention does not need to modify the existing window structure, and is quick to mstall and convenient to use. In addition, the window opener is provided with a rain sensor, and thus, can automatically close the window in rainy days, so the intelligence degree of the window opener is enhanced. Brief Description of the Drawings The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a window opener of the present embodiment in an extended state.
FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the window opener of the present embodiment in a retracted state.
FIG. 3 is a schematic view of a U-shaped clamp of the window opener of the present embodiment connected with a window rail.
FIG. 4 is a schematic view of a window opened state when using the window opener.
FIG. 5 1s a schematic view of a window closed state when using the window opener.
Reference numbers in the drawings are as follows.
1-controller, 2-telescopic rod, 3-motor, 4-rain sensor, 5-sliding block, 6-movable end, 7-fixed end, 8-outer end, 9-screw rod, 10-U-shaped clamp, 11-ring, 12-window rail, 13-screw, 14-nut, 15-first limit switch, 16-second limit switch, 17-box body, 18-sliding rod. Detailed Description of the Invention The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and the specific embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG 5, a window opener of the present embodiment includes: a box body 17, a controller 1 disposed in the box body 17, a motor 3 controlled by the controller 1, a screw rod 9 driven by the motor 1, a sliding rod 18, a sliding block 5, a first limit switch 15 and a second limit switch 16. An output head of
BL-5151 3 the motor 3 is connected with the screw rod 9, the sliding rod 18 and the screw rod 9 are disposed in parallel, and, 101892 the sliding block 5 is slidably disposed on the sliding rod 18 and is in threaded connection with the screw rod 9. In the present embodiment, the motor adopts a stepper motor. The screw rod is driven by the motor 3 to rotate, so that the sliding block 5 slides on the sliding rod 18. The window opener of the present embodiment further includes a telescopic rod 2 and a U-shaped clamp 10 for clamping a window rail 12. As shown in FIG. 3, the U-shaped clamp 10 fastens the window rail 12 through a screw 13 and a nut 14, thereby realizing fixation between the U-shaped clamp 10 and the window rail 12. The telescopic rod 2 is a scissor mechanism formed by hinged scissor arms, an outer end 8 of the telescopic rod 2 is movably connected with the U-shaped clamp 10 through a ring 11, and an inner end of the telescopic rod 2 has a movable end 6 hinged with the sliding block 5 and a fixed end 7 rotatably disposed relative to the box body 17. Specifically, the fixed end 7 1s hinged with a bottom of the sliding rod 18. As shown in the figures, when the sliding block 5 slides down, the telescopic rod 2 is extended to push the U-shaped clamp 10 outward; and when the sliding block 5 slides up, the telescopic rod 2 is retracted to pull the U-shaped clamp 10 inward.
As shown in the figures, the first limit switch 15 and the second limit switch 16 are respectively disposed at an upper end and a lower end of a stroke of the sliding block. When the sliding block 5 moves upward and contacts the first limit switch 15, the controller sends a stop signal to the motor, so that the screw rod stops rotating, the sliding block 5 stops moving, and the telescopic rod 2 remains in the retracted state, and at this time, the window is in the closed state (as shown in FIG. 5). When the sliding block 5 moves downward and contacts the second limit switch 16, the controller sends a stop signal to the motor, so that the screw rod stops rotating, the sliding block 5 stops moving, and the telescopic rod 2 remains in the extended state, and at this time, the window 1s in the maximum opened state (as shown in FIG 4).
A back of the box body 17 is provided with a suction cup or an adhesive tape, so that the box body 17 is fixed to an inner frame of the window, and the U-shaped clamp 10 is fixed to the window rail 12, thereby opening and closing the window by means of the extension and retraction of the telescopic rod 2. An outer side of the scissor arms of the telescopic rod 2 is provided with a rain sensor 4 connected to the controller 1 through signals. When rain is sensed, the controller 1 controls the motor to operate and retract the telescopic rod 2, so that the window is automatically closed in rainy days.
In addition to the above embodiment, the present invention may have other implementation manners. All technical solutions formed by equivalent replacements or equivalent transformations shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
