Abstract

The present invention relates to a swing type automatic mechanical arm. The swing type automatic mechanical arm includes a mounting plate, a swing rod with one end mounted on the mounting plate through a rotating shaft, a cam for driving the swing rod to swing and a reversing disc, where an extension spring capable of restricting the swing rod to always abutting against the peripheral wall of the cam is disposed between the swing rod and the mounting plate, one end of the mounting plate is connected and provided with an extension rod, and the side of the reversing disc is provided with a cross groove composed of two linear grooves perpendicular to each other; the center of the bottom of the cross groove is provided with a through hole, the end of the mounting plate is accommodated in any one of the linear grooves, the end of the extension rod is provided with a limiting check block, and a compression spring is disposed between the limiting check block and the reversing disc. BACKGROUND Technical Field The present invention relates to the technical field of mechanical automation equipment, and in particular to a swing type automatic mechanical arm. Related Art Mechanical arms have become more and more popular in modern industrial manufacturing, which can replace most of manual operations, not only bringing cost savings, but also avoiding personal safety hazards caused by the manual operations, especially for some polluted operating environments.
Most of the existing mechanical arms are complicated in structure, high in cost, and not suitable for use in occasions or processes where the requirements for accuracy are not high.

The cam in this embodiment is an eccentric wheel 3, an extension spring 5 capable of restricting the swing rod 2 to always abutting against the peripheral wall of the cam is disposed between the swing rod 2 and the mounting plate 1, one end of the mounting plate 1 is connected and provided with an extension rod 6, and the side of the reversing disc 4 is provided with a cross groove 7 composed of two linear grooves perpendicular to each other; the center of the bottom of the cross groove 7 is provided with a through hole 8, the end of the mounting plate 1 is accommodated in any one of the linear grooves, and the extension rod 6 passes through the through hole 8; the end of the extension rod 6 is provided with a limiting check block 9, a compression spring 10 is disposed between the limiting check block 9 and the reversing disc 4, and the compression spring 10 sleeves the extension rod. The mounting plate 1 is provided with two limiting plates 11 for restricting the swing rod 2 to swinging in the same plane, and part of the swing rod 2 is located between the two limiting plates 11. One side of the mounting plate 1 away from the swing rod 2 is provided with a driving motor, the cam is fixedly mounted on a transmission shaft, and the driving motor drives and is connected with the transmission shaft. In summary, the swing type automatic mechanical arm can swing. Moreover, the swinging in two directions perpendicular to each other can be achieved in the case of using the reversing disc 4.
