Description

MULTI-STAGE PURE WATER TREATMENT DEVICE LU101247
BACKGROUND Technical Field The present invention relates to the technical field of water treatment equipment, and in particular to a multi-stage pure water treatment device. Related Art After a reverse osmosis membrane of an RO drinking water treatment device in the prior art is used for a period of time, scale is formed thereon, and the formed scale not only pollutes the water body, but also causes clogging of the reverse osmosis membrane. However, the RO drinking water treatment devices in the prior art are usually not provided with descaling devices.
Summary Against the aforementioned shortcomings in the prior art, an objective of the present invention is to provide a multi-stage pure water treatment device.
In order to achieve the aforementioned objective, the following technical solution is adopted according to the present invention: A multi-stage pure water treatment device, including a first water pump, a pH adjusting tank, a booster pump, a sand tank filled with quartz sand, a carbon canister filled with activated carbon, a softening tank filled with resin, a fine filter with a filter cartridge, a UF water treatment system, an intermediate water tank, a second water pump, an RO water treatment system, a purified water tank, and a variable frequency water pump which are sequentially connected through a pipe.
Preferably, the UF water treatment system is connected with a first chemical washing device.
Preferably, the RO water treatment system is connected with a second chemical washing device.
Preferably, the first chemical washing device includes a backwash pump, a first LU101247 filter, a first chemical tank and a chemical dosing device.
Preferably, backwash water pipes are disposed in the sand tank, the carbon canister and the softening tank.
Preferably, the second chemical washing device includes a second chemical tank and a second filter.
Due to the adoption of the aforementioned solution, the multi-stage pure water treatment device according to the present invention includes the first water pump, the pH adjusting tank, the booster pump, the sand tank filled with quartz sand, the carbon canister filled with activated carbon, the softening tank filled with resin, the fine filter with the filter cartridge, the UF water treatment system, the intermediate water tank, the second water pump, the RO water treatment system, the purified water tank, and the variable frequency water pump which are sequentially connected through the pipe; the UF water treatment system of the pure water treatment device is connected with the chemical washing devices, and the chemical washing devices have effects of descaling and cleaning the UF water treatment system; the RO water treatment system of a water outlet device is connected with the second chemical washing device, and the second chemical washing device can descale and clean the RO water treatment system.
Brief Description of Drawings FIG. 1 is a schematic structural view of a pure water treatment device according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a view showing a connection state of a UF water treatment system and a first chemical washing device according to an embodiment of the present invention; and FIG. 3 is a view showing a connection state of an RO water treatment system and a second chemical washing device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Description of Embodiments LUT01247 The embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention can be implemented in various different ways as defined and covered by the claims.
As shown in FIGs. 1-3, a multi-stage pure water treatment device includes a first water pump 1, a pH adjusting tank 2, a booster pump 3, a sand tank 4 filled with quartz sand, a carbon canister 5 filled with activated carbon, a softening tank 6 filled with resin, a fine filter 7 with a filter cartridge, a UF water treatment system 8, an intermediate water tank 9, a second water pump 10, an RO water treatment system 11, a purified water tank 12, and a variable frequency water pump 13 which are sequentially connected through a pipe.
The UF water treatment system is connected with a first chemical washing device. The RO water treatment system is connected with a second chemical washing device.
The first chemical washing device includes a backwash pump 14, a first filter 15, a first chemical tank 16 and a chemical dosing device 17. The second chemical washing device includes a second chemical tank 19 and a second filter 20.
Backwash water pipes are disposed in the sand tank, the carbon canister and the softening tank.
The working principle of the pure water treatment device is as follows: the coarsely filtered and sterilized water is pumped into the pH adjusting tank through the first water pump, and the pH value of the water body is adjusted in the pH adjusting tank; the water in the pH adjusting tank is sequentially filtered by the sand tank, the carbon canister, the softening tank and a fine filtering tank through the booster pump and then enters the UF water treatment system for treatment; the water having been treated by the UF water treatment system enters the intermediate water tank and then is pumped by the second water pump to the RO water treatment system for water treatment, and the water having been treated by the RO water treatment system enters the purified water tank for storage and then is conveyed to users through the variable frequency water pump.
The backwash water pipe for cleaning the quartz sand is disposed on the sand LU101247 tank, and the backwash water pipe makes water enter from the bottom of the sand tank to clean the quartz sand in the sand tank; the backwash water pipe for cleaning the activated carbon in the carbon canister is disposed in the carbon canister, and the backwash water pipe makes water enter from the bottom of the carbon canister to clean the activated carbon in the carbon canister; the backwash water pipe is also disposed in the softening tank, and the backwash water pipe makes water enter from the bottom of the softening tank to clean and rinse the resin in a tank body.
The first chemical washing device connected to the UF water treatment system is used for treating scale in the UF water treatment system. At the time, the descaling operation can be performed by feeding a descaling agent into the UF water treatment system through the chemical dosing device; when the descaling performed by dosing the descaling agent by the chemical dosing device is not thorough, a chemical solution (taking hydrochloric acid as an example) in the first chemical tank can be pumped through the first filter by the backwash pump to the UF water treatment system for further thorough descaling. The descaled waste water is discharged into a washing tank through a pipe.
The second chemical washing device connected to the RO water treatment system injects the chemical solution (taking hydrochloric acid as an example) in the second chemical tank through the second filter into the RO water treatment system for descaling.
The above are only the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the patent scope of the present invention, and the equivalent structure or equivalent process transformations made by using the content of the specification and the accompanying drawings of the present invention may be directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields, and shall be included in a similar way in the patent protection scope of the present invention.
