Abstract
The present invention relates to the technical field of injection molds, in particular to an injection mold for improving product quality. The injection mold for improving product quality includes an upper mold and a lower mold, wherein the upper mold and the lower mold are arranged on a device of the injection mold, and a core rod fixing rod is disposed between the upper mold and the lower mold. The two ends of the core rod fixing rod are connected with the device of the injection mold. The injection mold according to the present invention is reasonable in structure, simple to operate and suitable for a product with a core rod, and the position of the core rod is not deviated; during demolding, the operation is convenient, the demolding can be completed without the need to pry the product, which not only reduces the labor intensity, but also improves the product, and the injection mold has high practical value.

The present invention relates to the technical field of injection molds, in particular to an injection mold for improving product quality.

Traditional injection molds are generally divided into upper molds and lower molds. These molds are suitable for producing products with a simple structure or without a core rod in the middle, but when the product structure is complicated and the volume is large and the middle of the product is provided with a core rod, if a device only provided with an upper mold and a lower mold is adopted, this operation leads to two defects: firstly, the core rod may be deflected under great pressure when the core rod is molded, resulting in deviation of the core rod; secondly, during demolding, if the product is large and complex in structure, it is necessary to pry the product for demolding. At this time, the product is still under high temperature, the technology strength of the injection mold is low, and the damage to the product caused by the prying occurs easily.

By adoption of the aforementioned solution, in the present invention, before the device starts, a core rod is placed on the core rod fixing rod; after the device is started, the upper mold and the lower mold move towards the middle simultaneously and are closed finally; at the time, rubber enters a mold cavity through a glue injection port; after a certain period of time, the injection molding is finished, and the upper mold and the lower mold slowly move to the initial position. At this time, a sample is already on the core rod fixing rod, and the sample can be taken down from the fixing rod. The injection mold according to the present invention is reasonable in structure, simple to operate and suitable for a product with the core rod, and the position of the core rod is not deviated; during demolding, the operation is convenient, the demolding can be completed without the need to pry the product, which not only reduces the labor intensity, but also improves the product, and the injection mold has high practical value.

The two ends of the core rod fixing rod 3 are connected with the device of the injection mold.
Before the device starts, a core rod 4 is placed on the core rod fixing rod 3; after the device is started, the upper mold 1 and the lower mold 2 move towards the middle simultaneously and are closed finally; at the time, rubber enters a mold cavity through a glue injection port; after a certain period of time, the injection molding is finished, and the upper mold 1 and the lower mold 2 slowly move to the initial position. At this time, a sample is already on the core rod fixing rod 3, and the sample can be taken down from the fixing rod 3.
