Abstract

The present invention relates to a transmission lubricating oil automatic preheating system which comprises a transmission casing, where an electric heater is arranged in a lubricating oil pool in the transmission casing, an oil temperature sensor is mounted at the bottom of the transmission casing, and the signal output end of the oil temperature sensor is connected with the control end of a temperature control switch; one end of the electric heater is connected with a positive pole of a power supply through the temperature control switch, and the other end of the electric heater is connected with a negative pole of the power supply. According to the present invention, the oil temperature is monitored through the oil temperature sensor; after the oil temperature is lower than a certain set value, the temperature control switch is switched on, the electric heater located in the lubricating oil pool is electrified to operate, and the temperature of the lubricating oil rises quickly. After the oil temperature rises to a designated value, when the lubricating oil viscosity reaches a normal range, the temperature control switch is switched off, and the electric heater stops heating. The transmission lubricating oil automatic preheating system according to the present invention can serve as a matching device for the transmission to be used for automatically preheating transmission lubricating oil during vehicle starting.

Description

TRANSMISSION LUBRICATING OIL AUTOMATIC PREHEATING SYSTEM
BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention belongs to the field of preheating systems, and relates to a transmission lubricating oil automatic preheating system.
Related Art
The normal operation of a transmission cannot be implemented without lubricating oil. During driving in cold areas or in winter, the initial temperature of a vehicle is very low, and the lubricating oil in the transmission is very thick and may even be in a solidified state. If you do not preheat the transmission, so that the temperature of the lubricant oil does not increase and the viscosity does not reach a normal state, the lubrication of internal gears and other parts will be greatly affected. At the same time, the conversion time of a synchronizer is too long, the synchronization effect is poor, thereby directly affecting driving experience. According to market research, it is found that users are not concerned with the preheating of the transmission or adopt a wrong way of preheating (such as directly baking with a high-temperature flame) in the cold areas or in winter, which is not conducive to the normal use of the transmission. There is currently no transmission on the market that can achieve self-heating of the lubricating oil.
Summary
Against the aforementioned shortcomings in the prior art, the objective of the present invention is to provide a transmission lubricating oil automatic preheating system.
In order to achieve the aforementioned objective, the following technical solution is adopted according to the present invention: A transmission lubricating oil automatic preheating system, comprising a transmission casing, where an electric heater is arranged in a lubricating oil pool in the transmission casing, an oil temperature sensor is mounted at the bottom of the transmission casing, and the signal output end of the oil temperature sensor is connected with the control end of a temperature control switch; one end of the electric heater is connected with a positive pole of a power supply through the temperature control switch, and the other end of the electric heater is connected with a negative pole of the power supply.
The further improvement of the present invention is that:
The power supply is a full vehicle power supply or a peripheral power supply.
The electric heater is an electric heating wire and the electric heating wire is mounted on a mounting support in the transmission casing, and part of the electric heating wire, which penetrates in and out of the transmission casing, is in sealing insulating connection with the transmission casing. A buffer device for reducing resonance between the electric heater and the transmission casing is mounted between the electric heater and the transmission casing.
The temperature control switch is provided with a low voltage warning light, and the low voltage warning light gives an alarm when an input power voltage cannot drive the electric heater. The oil temperature sensor is mounted on the transmission casing in a sealed mode.
Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following beneficial effects:
The transmission lubricating oil automatic preheating system according to the present invention is mainly composed of the oil temperature sensor, the temperature control switch and the electric heater; the oil temperature is monitored through the oil temperature sensor; after the oil temperature is lower than a certain set value, the temperature control switch is switched on, the electric heater located in the lubricating oil pool is electrified to operate, and the temperature of the lubricating oil rises quickly. After the oil temperature rises to a designated value, when the lubricating oil viscosity reaches a normal range, the temperature control switch is switched off, and the electric heater stops heating. The transmission lubricating oil automatic preheating system according to the present invention can serve as a matching device for the transmission to be used for automatically preheating transmission lubricating oil during vehicle starting, improve environment temperature adaptability of the transmission and improve user experience.
Brief Description of Drawings FIG. 1 is an integral structural schematic diagram of the present invention.
Description of Embodiments
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below by combination with accompanying drawings, but the present invention can be implemented by multiple different modes limited and covered by the claims.
As shown in FIG. 1, a transmission lubricating oil automatic preheating system provided by the present invention comprises a transmission casing 6, where an electric heater 4 is arranged in a lubricating oil pool 5 in the transmission casing 6, an oil temperature sensor 3 is mounted at the bottom of the transmission casing 6, and the oil temperature can be monitored no matter what gradient a vehicle is at. The signal output end of the oil temperature sensor 3 is connected with the control end of a temperature control switch 2; one end of the electric heater 4 is connected with a positive pole of a power supply 1 through the temperature control switch 2, and the other end of the electric heater 4 is connected with a negative pole of a power supply 1. The power supply 1 is a full vehicle power supply or a peripheral power supply. The electric heater 4 is an electric heating wire and the electric heating wire is mounted on a mounting support in the transmission casing 6, and part of the electric heating wire, which penetrates in and out of the transmission casing 6, is in sealing insulating connection with the transmission casing 6. A buffer device for reducing resonance between the electric heater 4 and the transmission casing 6 is mounted between the electric heater 4 and the transmission casing 6. The temperature control switch 2 is provided with a low voltage warning light, and the low voltage warning light gives an alarm when an input power voltage cannot drive the electric heater. The oil temperature sensor 3 is mounted on the transmission casing 6 in a sealed mode.
As shown in the figure, the oil temperature sensor 3 sends an oil temperature signal to the temperature control switch 2. After the oil temperature is lower than a certain set value, the temperature control switch 2 is switched on, the electric heater 4 is electrified to operate, and the temperature of the lubricating oil rises quickly. After the oil temperature rises to a designated value, when the lubricating oil viscosity reaches a normal range, the temperature control switch 2 is switched off, and the electric heater 4 stops heating.
