Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of kitchen utensils, and in particular to a refrigerator cabinet which comprises a cabinet body and an openable cabinet door arranged on the front side of the cabinet body. A plastic heat-insulating layer is arranged in the cabinet body, and a refrigerating cycle system is arranged at the rear of the cabinet body. The refrigerating cycle system is mainly composed of a refrigeration compressor, a condensing pipe, evaporating pipes and a throttle valve; and the refrigeration compressor, the condensing pipe, the evaporating pipe and the throttle valve are connected through a pipe to form a closed system. The cabinet according to the present invention has a refrigerating function, so that foods, vegetables, fruits, etc. stored in the cabinet can be stored for a long time, and the cabinet facilitates use by users better.

BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the technical field of kitchen utensils, and in particular to a refrigerator cabinet.
Related Art
At present, cabinets on the market do not have functions of refrigeration and freezing, and thus foods, vegetables, fruits, etc. in the cabinets cannot be stored for a long time. The modeling of refrigerators differs greatly from the modeling of the cabinets, the refrigerators cannot be used as the cabinets, and thus it is very difficult to meet people’s demands through the ordinary cabinets.
Summary
Against the aforementioned shortcomings in the prior art, the objective of the present invention is to provide a refrigerator cabinet.
In order to achieve the aforementioned objective, the following technical solution is adopted according to the present invention: A refrigerator cabinet, comprising a cabinet body and an openable cabinet door arranged on the front side of the cabinet body, where a plastic heat-insulating layer is arranged in the cabinet body, and a refrigerating cycle system is arranged at the rear of the cabinet body; the refrigerating cycle system is mainly composed of a refrigeration compressor, a condensing pipe, evaporating pipes and a throttle valve; and the refrigeration compressor, the condensing pipe, the evaporating pipe and the throttle valve are connected through a pipe to form a closed system.
Preferably, a heat insulation plate is vertically arranged at the middle position inside the cabinet body and divides the cabinet body into a refrigerating chamber and a freezing chamber; three drawers arranged up and down are disposed in the freezing chamber, and interlayers for separation are arranged between the drawers; two groups of baffles protruded inwards are disposed on the inner wall of the refrigerating chamber; and the two groups of baffles are provided with movable trays respectively.
Preferably, the refrigeration compressor and the throttle valve are located in a cavity which is below the freezing chamber and is formed between the plastic heatinsulating layer and the cabinet body. The refrigeration compressor is connected with the outside through a power line, the evaporating pipes are arranged in the interlayers and on the side wall of the rear of the refrigerating chamber respectively, and the condensing pipe is mounted at the rear of the cabinet body.
By adoption of the aforementioned solution, the cabinet according to the present invention has a refrigerating function, so that foods, vegetables, fruits, etc. stored in the cabinet can be stored for a long time, and the cabinet facilitates use by users better.

Description of Embodiments
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below by combination with accompanying drawings, but the present invention can be implemented by multiple different modes limited and covered by the claims.
As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, a refrigerator cabinet provided by an embodiment of the present invention comprises a cabinet body 1 and an openable cabinet door 2 arranged on the front side of the cabinet body 1, where a plastic heat-insulating layer 3 is arranged in the cabinet body 1 and can achieve a heat insulation effect, and a refrigerating cycle system is arranged at the rear of the cabinet body 1 ; the refrigerating cycle system is the same as a refrigerating system adopted for an ordinary refrigerator and is mainly composed of a refrigeration compressor 4, a condensing pipe 5, evaporating pipes 6 and a throttle valve 7; and the refrigeration compressor 4, the condensing pipe 5, the evaporating pipe 6 and the throttle valve 7 are connected through a pipe 8 to form a closed system. A heat insulation plate 9 is vertically arranged at the middle position inside the cabinet body 1 and divides the cabinet body 1 into a refrigerating chamber 10 and a freezing chamber 11; three drawers arranged up and down are disposed in the freezing chamber 11, and interlayers 12 for separation are arranged between the drawers; two groups of baffles 13 protruded inwards are disposed on the inner wall of the refrigerating chamber 10; and the two groups of baffles 13 are provided with movable trays 14 respectively.
The refrigeration compressor 4 and the throttle valve 7 are located in a cavity which is below the freezing chamber 11 and is formed betwen the plastic heatinsulating layer 3 and the cabinet body 1. The refrigeration compressor 4 is connected with the outside through a power line and provides electric energy for the outside; the evaporating pipes 6 are arranged in the interlayers 12 and on the side wall of the rear of the refrigerating chamber 10 respectively, and the condensing pipe 5 is mounted at the rear of the cabinet body 1.
Through the aforementioned arrangements, after absorbing heat of a cooled object in the evaporating pipes 6, a refrigerating fluid is evaporated into low-temperature low-pressure steam; after the refrigeration compressor 4 sucks the steam and compresses the steam into high-pressure high-temperature steam, the steam is discharged into the condensing pipe 5, releases heat to outside air from the condensing pipe 5 and is condensed into high-pressure liquid; the high-pressure liquid is throttled into the low-pressure low-temperature refrigerating fluid through the throttle valve 7, and the refrigerating fluid enters the evaporating pipes 6 again to absorb heat and evaporate, the goal of cycle refrigeration is achieved, and the cabinet achieves a refrigerating function.
