Abstract
The present invention relates to the technical field of connectors, and in particular to a crystal and hardware connection structure for a lighting lamp. The crystal and hardware connection structure for the lighting lamp comprises a crystal part, a hardware part and a connecting piece fixed to one end of the crystal part, wherein the outer wall of the connecting piece is provided with an external thread, the inner wall of the lower end of the hardware part is provided with an internal thread, and the connecting piece is in threaded connection with the hardware part through the external thread and the internal thread. The connecting piece is closely connected with the hardware part and no shaking occurs, so that the circumferential surface of the hardware part is flush with the circumferential surface of the crystal part; besides, the connecting piece and a hexagon socket head cap screw cannot be seen from the outside, and product attractiveness can be improved.
Description
I The present invention relates to the technical field of connectors, and in particular to a crystal and hardware connection structure for a lighting lamp. The crystal and hardware connection structure for the lighting lamp comprises a crystal part, a hardware part and a connecting piece fixed to one end of the crystal part, wherein the outer wall of the connecting piece is provided with an external thread, the inner wall of the lower end of the hardware part is provided with an internal thread, and the connecting piece is in threaded connection with the hardware part through the external thread and the internal thread. The connecting piece is closely connected with the hardware part and no shaking occurs, so that the circumferential surface of the hardware part is flush with the circumferential surface of the crystal part; besides, the connecting piece and a hexagon socket head cap screw cannot be seen from the outside, and product attractiveness can be improved.

BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the technical field of lighting lamps, and in particular to a crystal and hardware connection structure for a lighting lamp.
Related Art A lighting lamp crystal suspension in the prior art comprises a crystal part and a hardware part. One end of the crystal part is open, and the internal diameter of the hardware part is slightly larger than the diameter of the crystal part. One end of the crystal part is provided with a radial connecting hole, and the hardware part is provided with a radial screw hole. After one end of the crystal part is inserted in the hardware part, fixing screws are installed in the screw hole and the connecting hole. The crystal part and hardware connection structure has the advantages of simple structure and the like, but the structure has the following advantages: 1. A gap exists between the crystal part and the hardware part, and the crystal part can shake. 2. The diameter of the hardware part is larger than that of the crystal part, and an apparent step and gap exist at a joint, so that product attractiveness is affected. 3. Heads of the fixing screws are exposed; besides, the fixing screws rust easily, thereby affecting product attractiveness.
Summary
Against the shortcomings in the prior art, the objective of the present invention is to provide a crystal and hardware connection structure for a lighting lamp.
In order to achieve the aforementioned objective, the following technical solution is adopted according to the present invention: A crystal and hardware connection structure for a lighting lamp, comprising a crystal part and a hardware part, and further comprising a connecting piece fixed to L one end of the crystal part, wherein the outer wall of the connecting piece is provided with an external thread, the inner wall of the lower end of the hardware part is provided with an internal thread, and the connecting piece is in threaded connection with the hardware part through the external thread and the internal thread.
Preferably, the circumferential surface of the hardware part is flush with the circumferential surface of the crystal part.
Preferably, one end of the crystal part is provided with a connecting part, the diameter of the connecting part is smaller than that of the crystal part, and the connecting piece is fixed to the connecting part.
Preferably, the surface of the connecting part is provided with a circumferential groove, the connecting piece is provided with a radial screw hole, and a hexagon socket head cap screw with the front end abutting against the inside of the groove is installed in the screw hole.
Preferably, adhesive is applied between the connecting piece and the connecting part.
Preferably, the inner wall of the connecting piece is provided with an annular step.
By adoption of the aforementioned solution, in the present invention, the connecting piece with the external thread is installed at one end of the crystal part, the inner wall of the hardware part is provided with a matching internal thread, the connecting piece is in threaded connection with the hardware part through the external thread and the internal thread, so that the connecting piece is closely connected with the hardware part, no shaking occurs, and the circumferential surface of the hardware part is flush with the circumferential surface of the crystal part. Besides, the connecting piece and the hexagon socket head cap screw cannot be seen from the outside, and product attractiveness can be improved.

Description of Embodiments
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below by combination with accompanying drawings, but the present invention can be implemented by multiple different modes limited and covered by the claims.
As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, a crystal and hardware connection structure for a lighting lamp provided by an embodiment of the present invention comprises a cylindrical crystal part 1, a hardware part 2 and a connecting piece 3 fixed to one end of the crystal part 1, wherein the outer wall of the connecting piece 3 is provided with an external thread, the inner wall of the lower end of the hardware part 2 is provided with an internal thread, and the connecting piece 3 is in threaded connection with the hardware part 2 through the external thread and the internal thread. Based on the aforementioned structure, the connecting piece 3 is closely connected with the hardware part 2, and no shaking occurs.
In order to improve product attractiveness, the circumferential surface of the hardware part 2 in this embodiment is flush with the circumferential surface of the crystal part 1. Thus, the connecting piece and a hexagon socket head cap screw cannot be seen from the outside.
As a preferred solution, one end of the crystal part 1 in this embodiment is provided with a connecting part 4, the diameter of the connecting part 4 is smaller than that of the crystal part 1, and the connecting piece 3 is fixed to the connecting part 4. A first mode of connecting the connecting piece 3 to the connecting part 4 is to apply adhesive between the connecting piece 3 and the connecting part 4, and the connecting piece 3 is connected with the connecting part 4 through the adhesive; a second connection mode is that the surface of the connecting part 4 is provided with a circumferential groove 5, the connecting piece 3 is provided with a radial screw hole 6, and a hexagon socket head cap screw 7 with the front end abutting against the inside of the groove 5 is installed in the screw hole 6, and the connecting piece 3 is fixed to the connecting part 4 through the groove and the hexagon socket head cap screw 7; and a third mode is to adopt the aforementioned first connection mode and second connection mode simultaneously, that is, the connecting piece 3 is fixed to the connecting part 4 by adopting the adhesive and the hexagon socket head cap screw simultaneously.
In order to improve visual effects, the inner wall of the connecting piece 3 in this embodiment is provided with an annular step 8. A printed circuit board (PCB) is fixed to the annular step 8, and light emitted by light-emitting diodes (LEDs) can present an attractive visual effect through refraction and reflection of the crystal part 1 and effects of bubbles in the crystal part 1.
