Abstract
The present invention relates to the technical field of integrated stoves, and in particular to an intelligent integrated environmental protection stove with a rapid gear switching mechanism. The intelligent integrated environmental protection stove with the rapid gear switching mechanism comprises an integrated stove, an oil fume plate above each burning cooking range of the integrated stove is provided with a fume suction port, the fume suction port is in a fan blade shape, the center of the fume suction port is provided with a shaft rod, the shaft rod is perpendicular to the fume suction port and is movably sleeved with an inlet air amount control panel, and the inlet air amount control panel comprises a ring, sealing plates and first outer teeth; an inner ring is arranged at the center of the ring and sleeves the shaft rod, the sealing plates are connected between the ring and the inner ring at intervals, and the sealing plates are the same as fume inlet ports of the fume suction ports; and the first outer teeth are disposed around the outer side of the ring. According to the present invention, an existing technology of controlling the rotating speed of the fans through temperature sensing is additionally set into the integrated stove; the latticed fume suction port is modified into a fan blade shape, the inlet air amount control panel is utilized to adjust the sizes of the fume inlet ports of fume suction ports, so the intelligent integrated environmental protection stove improves a fume suction effect, saves energy and is environmentally friendly, and a good cooking atmosphere is created. BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the technical field of integrated stoves, and in particular to an intelligent integrated environmental protection stove with a rapid gear switching mechanism.
Related Art
An integrated stove, also referred to as an environmental protection stove or an integrated environmental protection stove in its industry, is a kitchen appliance integrating multiple functions of an exhaust hood, a gas stove, a disinfection cabinet and a storage cabinet and the like, and has the advantages of saving space, being good in oil fume extraction effect, saving energy and being low in consumption and environmentally friendly and the like.
Summary
Against the shortcomings in the prior art, the objective of the present invention is to provide an intelligent integrated environmental protection stove with a rapid gear switching mechanism.
In order to achieve the aforementioned objective, the following technical solution is adopted according to the present invention: an intelligent integrated environmental protection stove with a rapid gear switching mechanism, comprising an integrated stove, where an oil fume plate above each burning cooking range of the integrated stove is provided with a fume suction port, the fume suction port is in a fan blade shape, the center of the fume suction port is provided with a shaft rod, the shaft rod is perpendicular to the fume suction port and is movably sleeved with an inlet air amount control panel, and the inlet air amount control panel comprises a ring, sealing plates and first outer teeth; an inner ring is arranged at the center of the ring and sleeves the shaft rod, the sealing plates are connected between the ring and the inner ring at intervals, and the sealing plates are the same as fume inlet ports of the fume suction ports; the first outer teeth are disposed around the outer side of the ring, a side plate of the integrated stove is provided with a fixed shaft, the end of the fixed shaft is movably sleeved with a hand wheel, and the outer side of the hand wheel is provided with second outer teeth meshed with the first outer teeth; temperature sensors are arranged on the lower side of a top plate of the integrated stove and correspond to the positions of the burning cooking ranges, cooking bench valves of the integrated stove are electrically connected with fans, and the temperature sensors are electrically connected with the cooking bench valves of the integrated stove.
Preferably, atmosphere lamps are arranged on the side of the back of the oil fume plate of the integrated stove.
Preferably, a bluetooth loudspeaker is embedded and installed in the side wall of the integrated stove.
Preferably, medical light-emitting diode (LED) lighting lamps are symmetrically arranged on the lower side of the top plate, and the LED lighting lamps correspond to the positions of the burning cooking ranges.
Preferably, the top plate is provided with an LED clock.
By adoption of the aforementioned solution, in the present invention, an existing technology of controlling the rotating speed of the fans through temperature sensing is additionally set into the integrated stove, so that the rotating speeds of the fans of the integrated stove are automatically adjusted with the rising cooking temperature, and fume sucking energy consumption is reduced; the latticed fume suction port is modified into the fan blade shape, the inlet air amount control panel is utilized to adjust the size of the fume inlet port of each fume suction port, so the intelligent integrated environmental protection stove improves a fume suction effect, saves energy, is environmentally friendly and prevents dust easily; and various LED lamps and the loudspeaker device are arranged additionally, so a good cooking atmosphere is created.

Description of Embodiments
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below by combination with accompanying drawings, but the present invention can be implemented by multiple different modes limited and covered by the claims.
As shown in FIG. 1, an intelligent integrated environmental protection stove with a rapid gear switching mechanism comprises an integrated stove 1, where an oil fume plate above each burning cooking range 2 of the integrated stove 1 is provided with a fume suction port 3. Atmosphere lamps are arranged on the side of the back of the oil fume plate of the integrated stove 1 to create a good kitchen environment; a bluetooth loudspeaker is embedded and installed in the side wall of the integrated stove 1 and used for playing music; the fume suction port 3 is in a fan blade shape, the center of the fume suction port 3 is provided with a shaft rod 4, the shaft rod 4 is perpendicular to the fume suction port 3 and is movably sleeved with an inlet air amount control panel 5, and the inlet air amount control panel 5 comprises a ring 6, sealing plates 7 and first outer teeth 8; an inner ring is arranged at the center of the ring 6 and sleeves the shaft rod 4, the sealing plates 7 are connected between the ring 6 and the inner ring at intervals, and the sealing plates 7 are the same as fume inlet ports of the fume suction ports 3; the first outer teeth 8 are disposed around the outer side of the ring 6, a side plate 9 of the integrated stove 1 is provided with a fixed shaft 10, the end of the fixed shaft 10 is movably sleeved with a hand wheel 11, and the outer side of the hand wheel 11 is provided with second outer teeth 12 meshed with the first outer teeth 8; temperature sensors 14 are arranged on the lower side of a top plate 13 of the integrated stove 1; medical light-emitting diode (LED) lighting lamps 15 are symmetrically arranged on the lower side of the top plate 13, and the LED lighting lamps 15 correspond to the positions of the burning cooking ranges 2, to facilitate lighting and cooking; and the top plate 13 is provided with an LED clock to enable a user to control cooking time conveniently. The temperature sensors 14 correspond to the positions of the burning cooking ranges 2, cooking bench valves of the integrated stove 1 are electrically connected with fans, and the temperature sensors 14 are electrically connected with the cooking bench valves of the integrated stove 1. An existing air speed sensing temperature control technology is utilized; and during cooking, the temperature sensors 14 of the top plate 13 regulate gears of the fans in the integrated stove 1 according to temperature rise conditions. The model of the temperature sensors 14 is WRM-101. According to requirements, the user can rotate the hand wheel 11, and the hand wheel 11 is meshed with the inlet air amount control panel 5; when the hand wheel 11 rotates, the inlet air amount control panel 5 rotates with the hand wheel 11, the sealing plates 7 block part of the fume inlet ports of the fume suction port 3 and control the fume inlet ports of the fume suction port 3 according to the principle that wind power and wind speed have a close relationship with the size and length of a ventilation duct, so under the conditions that the fume sucking energy consumption is reduced, a fume sucking effect is improved; and when cooking is not required, the inlet air amount control panel 5 can be utilized to completely close the fume inlet ports of the fume suction ports 3, to prevent dust from entering the fume inlet ports.
