Abstract

The present invention discloses an on-board frame. The on-board frame can be regulated at multiple angles, is adapted to different types of trunks, convenient to carry, and is convenient to manufacture in a whole and low in cost, a connection device structure is firm and can well fix a bicycle. BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention belongs to the technical field of transportation vehicles, and particularly relates to an on-board frame.
Related Art
At present, on-board frames sold on the market have relatively fixed structures in general, and each component is not moveable and occupies a large space. In order to solve this problem, a patent 2015201234637 proposes an adjustable on-board frame to solve the problem. But, the adjustable angle of the adjusting hole of the frame is limited, the frame cannot be adapted to multiple types of trunks, which causes many unnecessary troubles, and the frame is complicated in structure, high in manufacturing cost and inconvenient to carry; and the fixing belt of the frame is simple in structure and unreasonable in position design, and cannot take good bicycle fixing effect.
Summary
With respect to the disadvantages of the above prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide an on-board frame.
In order to realize the above object, the present invention adopts the following scheme:
An on board frame includes a main transverse frame, a vice transverse frame, a first angle regulator and a second angle regulator, wherein the first angle regulator includes a bolt, a bolt fixing block, a moveable handle, a moveable handle fixing base, a second meshing block, a first meshing block and a bolt fixing base, a first through hole is formed in the radial direction of the first meshing block, the main transverse frame penetrates through the first through hole, a second through hole is formed in the radial direction of the second meshing block, the vice transverse frame penetrates through the second through hole, the bolt fixing base is provided with an inner threaded hole, the moveable handle is provided with a groove, the bottom of the groove is provided with a third through hole, the bolt fixing block is arranged in the groove, the contacting surfaces of the first meshing block and the second meshing block are provided with meshing teeth distributed circumferentially, the meshing teeth of the second meshing block are inserted into backlashes of the meshing teeth of the first meshing block, the bolt penetrates through the bolt fixing block, the movable handle, the moveable handle fixing base, the second meshing block and the first meshing block in turn, and the end part of the bolt is in threaded connection with the inner threaded hole.
Preferably, the lower parts of the main transverse frame the vice transverse frame are provided with limiting portions, and the limiting portions are provided with transverse frame sleeves which are fastened at one ends of the main transverse frame and the vice transverse frame.
Preferably, the main transverse frame and the vice transverse frame have the same structure.
Preferably, the upper part of the main transverse frame is provided with a cushioning pad which adopts an elastic soft material.
Preferably, the vice transverse frame is provided with connection devices each of which includes a slip knot, a connection belt and a clip, one end of the clip is provided with a hook portion bent downwardly, and the other end of the hook portion is provided with a connection belt through hole; and the slip knot includes a slip knot connection portion and a slip knot fixing portion, the upper part of the slip knot connection portion is provided with a rough surface, the middle part of the slip knot connection portion is provided with a plug, the plug penetrates through a clamp block, the front end of the clamp block is provided with a plurality of burrs, and the front end of the clamp block can be compressed on the rough surface by virtue of a torsional spring.
Preferably, the vice transverse frame is provided with six connection devices, wherein three connection devices are arranged at two sides of the vice transverse frame.
Preferably, the middle part of the main transverse frame is provided with a frame fixing device, the frame fixing device includes a frame strap and a frame support, the upper part of the frame strap is provided with a first main transverse frame through hole through which the main transverse frame penetrates, the middle part of the frame strap is provided with at least two or more of frame strap fixing holes, and the lower part of the frame strap is provided with a groove.
Preferably, a main support portion is provided with a fixing belt of which one end is connected to the main transverse frame, and the upper part of the fixing belt is provided with a fixed button.
As compared with the prior art, the present invention has outstanding and beneficial technical effects as follows:
Through the on-board frame provided by the present invention, a bicycle is mounted on a trunk of an automobile, the on-board frame can be regulated at multiple angles through the angle regulator to be adapted to different types of multiple trunks and has good adaptability; the connection device can better fix the bicycle; and the main transverse frame and the vice transverse frame have the same structure, and are put in the trunk after being folded when not in use, so that transportation is convenient, and manufacturing cost is reduced.

Description of Embodiments
The embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to accompanying drawings, but, the present invention can be implemented in various different modes defined and covered by claims.
As illustrated in FIG. 1, an on-board frame disclosed by the present invention includes a main transverse frame 1, a vice transverse frame 2, a first angle regulator 3 and a second angle regulator 4, wherein the first angle regulator includes a bolt 5, a bolt fixing block 6, a moveable handle 7, a moveable handle fixing base 8, a second meshing block 9, a first meshing block 10 and a bolt fixing base 11, a first through hole is formed in the radial direction of the first meshing block, the main transverse frame penetrates through the first through hole, a second through hole is formed in the radial direction of the second meshing block, the vice transverse frame penetrates through the second through hole, the bolt fixing base is provided with an inner threaded hole 12, the moveable handle is provided with a groove, the bottom of the groove is provided with a third through hole, the bolt fixing block is arranged in the groove, the contacting surfaces of the first meshing block and the second meshing block are provided with meshing teeth 13 distributed circumferentially, the meshing teeth of the second meshing block are inserted into the backlashes of the meshing teeth of the first meshing block, the bolt penetrates through the bolt fixing block, the movable handle, the moveable handle fixing base, the second meshing block and the first meshing block in turn, and the end part of the bolt is in threaded connection with the inner threaded hole. Through matching of the first meshing block and the second meshing block, the main and vice transverse frames can be regulated at multiple angles, and the on-board frame can be better adapted to multiple types of trunks.
The lower parts of the main transverse frame the vice transverse frame are provided with limiting portions, and the limiting portions are provided with transverse frame sleeves 14 which are fastened at one ends of the main transverse frame and the vice transverse frame to prevent the frame fixing device from coming off and avoid sharp end parts to harm people.
The main transverse frame and the vice transverse frame have the same structure, and the same transverse frames are used so that the whole structure is simpler, manufacturing is more convenient, and cost is reduced.
The upper part of the main transverse frame is provided with a cushioning pad 15 which adopts an elastic soft material so as to prevent the main and vice transverse frames from gouging the automobile when in traveling.
The vice transverse frame is provided with connection devices each of which includes a slip knot 16, a connection belt and a clip, one end of the clip is provided with a hook portion bent downwardly, and the other end of the hook portion is provided with a connection belt through hole; and the slip knot includes a slip knot connection portion and a slip knot fixing portion, the upper part of the slip knot connection portion is provided with a rough surface 17, the middle part of the slip knot connection portion is provided with a plug, the plug penetrates through a clamp block 18, the front end of the clamp block is provided with a plurality of burrs, and the front end of the clamp block can be compressed on the rough surface by virtue of a torsional spring 19; and the connection devices can better fix the on-board frame on the trunk can be adapted to different trunks and carry different numbers of bicycles
The vice transverse frame is provided with six connection devices, wherein three connection devices are arranged at two sides of the vice transverse frame, so that the on-board frame is more stable during use
The middle part of the main transverse frame is provided with a frame fixing device, the frame fixing device includes a frame strap and a frame support, the upper part of the frame strap is provided with a first main transverse frame through hole through which the main transverse frame penetrates, the middle part of the frame strap is provided with at least two or more of frame strap fixing holes, and the lower part of the frame strap is provided with a groove, so as to realize that the frame of the bicycle is firmed, and the bicycle does not easily come off or collide in the traveling process of the automobile. A main support portion is provided with a fixing belt 20 of which one end is connected to the main transverse frame, and the upper part of the fixing belt is provided with a fixed button which allows the bicycle to difficultly move.
