Abstract
The present invention relates to a headset capable of quickly receiving a headset cord, comprising a headband, a headset cord and a headset head, wherein the headset head comprises an upper cover, a lower cover and a center rotation shaft, both of the upper cover and the lower cover are provided on the center rotation shaft and are axially rotatable, a cord hole is provided on the side of the lower cover, the headset cord enters a receiving cavity formed after covering the upper cover and the lower cover through the cord hole, a pillar hole for winding the headset cord is opened in the receiving cavity axially, and the headset cord is connected with a speaker after passing through the pillar hole. A user rotates the upper cover so that the headset cord is received by continuously winding in the receiving cavity. When needed, only the headset cord needs to be pulled out. It is convenient to use and the production cost is low. Because there is no need to worry that the headset cord is too long or too short, the psychological burden of the user is released, improving the use experience of the headset, and satisfying ergonomics and psychology. The headset can meet the demand of users using the headset cord in various occasions, and achieve the purpose of being scalable, easy to store, and anti-winding. It is very suitable for daily use

BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of headsets, and more particularly, to a headset capable of quickly receiving a headset cord.
Related Art
In recent years, the headset market has been rapidly developed. Especially, the birth of Bluetooth headsets greatly improves the experience that people use headsets, and provides a convenience for the lives of people. Bluetooth headsets cause headset gets rid of the constraint of headset cords as a whole and the structure has been simplified. Of course, it is more convenient to use. However, the shortcoming of Bluetooth headsets lies in that it has a certain degree of radiation, and the sound quality cannot keep up with wired headsets and so on. Many problems constrain its better development. Based on this, wired headsets still occupy an important market position. Headphones, ear-hook headsets, in-ear headsets, etc., are commonly used. The lives of people are full of all kinds of headsets.
The structure and the sound quality of headsets are the two main concerns when people buy headsets. Since wired headsets in the current market have headset cords fixedly connected on the headset body, and the length of the headset cords cannot be changed, it will take more time to clear the headset cords and remove the intertwined part before the use so that it is extremely inconvenient. If a headset whose headset cord has a length which can be adjusted at random can be designed, the user experience can be greatly improved. In order to solve this problem, the skilled in the art has carried out a lot of research and development and exploration, and has also achieved good results.
Summary
In order to overcome the problems in the prior art, the present invention provides a headset which is convenient to use, capable of quickly receiving a headset cord and high in practicality.
The scheme adopted by the present invention to solve the technical problem is to provide: a headset capable of quickly receiving a headset cord, comprising a headband, a headset cord and a headset head, wherein the headset head comprises an upper cover, a lower cover and a center rotation shaft, both of the upper cover and the lower cover are provided on the center rotation shaft and are axially rotatable, a cord hole is provided on the side of the lower cover, the headset cord enters a receiving cavity formed after covering the upper cover and the lower cover through the cord hole, a pillar hole for winding the headset cord is opened in the receiving cavity axially, and the headset cord is connected with a speaker after passing through the pillar hole.
Preferably, the pillar hole is provided with a plurality of long grooves for preventing the headset cord from knotting.
Preferably, the lower cover is fixed with a headset shell chassis with respect to the other side of the upper cover, and the speaker is fixed between the lower cover and the headset shell chassis.
Preferably, a headset shell is provided between the upper cover and the lower cover, the outer periphery of the headset shell is provided in a gear shape, and the headset shell has a plurality of projections.
Preferably, the receiving chamber is provided with a side hole communicating therewith, and the headset cord passes through the pillar hole after passing through the side hole.
Preferably, the outer side of the upper cover is provided with a translucent sheet, and a connecting shaft of the translucent sheet is fixed to a locking plate of the translucent sheet provided inside the headset head after passing through the center rotation shaft.
Preferably, the headset further comprises a headband sheath which is fixed to the headband through a locking plate at the bottom of the headband.
Preferably, the lower cover and the headset shell are engaged with each other by a plurality of engaging members.
Preferably, the innermost side of the headset head is covered with a headset cover.
Compared with the prior art, in order to achieve the effect of receiving the headset cord, the present invention provides a center rotation shaft inside the upper cover and the lower cover. The user rotates the upper cover so that the headset cord is received by continuously winding in the receiving cavity formed by the upper cover and the lower cover. When needed, only the headset cord needs to be pulled out. It is convenient and quick to use and the production cost is low. Because there is no need to worry that the headset cord is too long or too short, the psychological burden of the user is released, improving the use experience of the headset, and satisfying ergonomics and psychology. The headset can meet the demand of users using the headset cord in various occasions, and achieve the purpose of being scalable, easy to store, and anti-winding. It is very suitable for daily use.

Description of Embodiments
Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the headset 1 according to the present invention comprises a headband 11, a headset cord 17 and a headset head 15, wherein the headset head 15 comprises an upper cover 152, a lower cover 156 and a center rotation shaft 154, both of the upper cover 152 and the lower cover 156 are provided on the center rotation shaft 154 and are axially rotatable, a cord hole is provided on the side of the lower cover 156, the headset cord 17 enters a receiving cavity formed after covering the upper cover 152 and the lower cover 156 through the cord hole, a pillar hole for winding the headset cord 17 is opened in the receiving cavity axially, and the headset cord 17 is connected with a speaker 157 after passing through the pillar hole. The user rotates the upper cover 152 so that the headset cord 17 is received by continuously winding in the receiving cavity formed by the upper cover 152 and the lower cover 156. When needed, only the headset cord 17 needs to be pulled out. It is convenient and quick to use and the production cost is low. Because there is no need to worry that the headset cord 17 is too long or too short, the psychological burden of the user is released, improving the use experience of the headset 1, and satisfying ergonomics and psychology. The headset 1 can meet the demand of users using the headset cord 17 in various occasions, and achieve the purpose of being scalable, easy to store, and anti-winding. It is very suitable for daily use.
The pillar hole is provided with a plurality of long grooves for preventing the headset cord from knotting. The pillar hole is provided so that the headset cord 17 can be wound in a regular way when the user rotates without disorder, improving the use efficiency.
The lower cover 156 is fixed with a headset shell chassis 158 with respect to the other side of the upper cover 152, and the speaker 157 is fixed between the lower cover 156 and the headset shell chassis158. After covering the upper cover 152 and the lower cover 156, the headset shell chassis 158 is fastened so as to complete the installation. It is easy to operate, and convenient and quick to install repeatedly. A headset shell 153 is provided between the upper cover 152 and the lower cover 156, the outer periphery of the headset shell 153 is provided in a gear shape, and the headset shell has a plurality of projections connected in series. The gear shape of the outer periphery of the headset shell 153 greatly improves the overall beauty of the headsetl, and increases the friction so that it is convenient to take.
The receiving chamber is provided with a side hole communicating therewith, and the headset cord 17 passes through the pillar hole after passing through the side hole.
The outer side of the upper cover 152 is provided with a translucent sheet 151, and a connecting shaft of the translucent sheet 151 is fixed to a locking plate 1511 of the translucent sheet provided inside the headset head 15 after passing through the center rotation shaft 154. The translucent sheet 151 plays a better decorative effect and an effect of stablizing the components of the headset 1. It is easy to disassemble and simple to operate.
The headset 1 further comprises a headband sheath 13 which is fixed to the headband 11 through a locking plate 131 at the bottom of the headband. The headband sheath 13 prevents the headband 11 from being in direct contact with human brain, improving comfort.
The lower cover 156 and the headset shell 153 are engaged with each other by a plurality of engaging members. The plurality of engaging members not only make them more stable, but also play a better effect of stablizing when the user rotates the upper cover 152 to receive the headset cord 17, improving the service life of the product. Preferably, the innermost side of the headset head 15 is covered with a headset cover 159.
