Abstract
The present invention discloses a sound playing device of headphone, which comprises a body (10) and a sound playing unit (20), wherein the body (1) is ring-shaped, one side face (11) of the body (10) facing the center (C) of the body (10) defines a sound chamber (12) in a surrounding manner, the interior of the body (10) has an accommodating space (13), and at least one sound outlet (14) formed in the side face (11) communicates the accommodating space (13) with the sound chamber (12); and the sound playing unit (20) is arranged in the accommodating space (13). The body (10) of the sound playing device (1) provided by the present invention relatively has a hollow lightweight effect visually; besides, when a user puts on the headphone, the sound chamber (12) faces the ear of the user and also comes into contact with the air of external environment, so that the sound playing device (1) provided by the present invention has relatively better air permeability, and the user can more comfortably use the headphone. SOUND PLAYING DEVICE OF HEADPHONE
BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention belongs to the field of sound playing devices, and in particular relates to a sound playing device with a hollow interior due to a ring shape, which has a lightweight visual effect and better air permeability.
Related Art
The traditional headphone is put on the head of a user and plays the sound after a sound playing device is respectively arranged at the two ends of a C-shaped connecting piece. The existing sound playing device is designed into a whole solid entity to cover the ear, so that a loudspeaker single body in the sound playing device directly outputs the sound to the ear of the user, resulting in relatively heavier weight of the whole headphone. Moreover, sometimes in order to help the headphone to achieve physical noise cancellation, even an earmuff is additionally mounted at the interior of the sound playing device, so that not only the size of the headphone is increased, but also the headphone is heavy visually; additionally, the air permeability of the headphone is influenced, so, the user is uncomfortable when using the headphone.
Summary
In view of this, a main objective of the present invention is to provide a sound playing device of headphone, which can achieve a lightweight visual effect.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide a sound playing device of headphone, which has relatively better air permeability, so that a user can more comfortably puts on a headphone.
In order to achieve above objectives, the present invention provides a sound playing device of headphone. The sound playing device of headphone comprises a body and a sound playing unit, wherein the body is ring-shaped, one side face of the body facing the center of the body defines a sound chamber in a surrounding manner, the interior of the body has an accommodating space, at least one sound outlet formed in the side face communicates the accommodating space with the sound chamber, and the sound playing unit is arranged in the accommodating space.
Therefore, the sound playing device provided by the present invention has a headphone lightweight effect visually and can achieve an air-permeable effect, and the user can put on the headphone more comfortably.
Preferably, the sound playing unit is a single body in a ring shape and is arranged in the accommodating space.
Preferably, the number of the sound outlets is plurality, and the plurality of the sound outlets are arranged on the side face at intervals.
Preferably, the sound playing device further comprises a transparent cover to seal one side of the sound chamber, thereby improving the sound resonance effect.
Brief Description of Drawings FIG. 1 is a side view of a sound playing device in a first embodiment provided by the present invention and illustrates that a sound playing unit is a ring-shaped single body; FIG. 2 is a cross sectional view of the sound playing device in the first embodiment provided by the present invention along a 2-2 section line in FIG. 1; FIG. 3 is a side view of a sound playing device provided by the present invention and illustrates that a sound playing unit is arranged at an adjoining part between a body and a connecting piece; FIG. 4 is a side view of a sound playing device provided by the present invention and illustrates that a plurality of single bodies as a sound playing unit are arranged in an accommodating space at intervals; FIG. 5 is a cross sectional view of a sound playing device provided by the present invention and illustrates that a plurality of sound outlets are arranged on the 1 side face at intervals; FIG. 6 is a cross sectional view of a sound playing device provided by the present invention and illustrates that a sound outlet is formed in a second housing; and FIG. 7 is a cross sectional view of a sound playing device provided by the present invention and illustrates that a transparent cover is additionally arranged on the sound playing device.
Description of Embodiments
In order to greatly know the characteristics of the present invention, the following illustrates a first embodiment provided by the present invention in conjunction with accompanying drawings. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a sound playing device 1 provided by the present invention is applied to a headphone which is put on the head of a user by using a C-shaped connecting piece 2, and the sound playing device 1 comprises the following main components: a body 10 and a sound playing unit 20 that is arranged in the body 10.
Firstly referring to FIG. 1, the body 10 is ring-shaped and has a side face 11 facing the center C of the body 10, the side face 11 defines a sound chamber 12 in a surrounding manner, and the sound chamber 12 is used for transmitting sound to the ear of the user after performing sound wave resonance. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 2, the body 10 is formed by correspondingly assembling a first housing 15 and a second housing 16, the interior of the body 10 has an accommodating space 13, an interval formed by correspondingly clamping the first housing 15 and the second housing 16 forms a strip ring-shaped sound outlet 14, and the sound outlet 14 is located in the side face 11 and communicates the accommodating space 13 with the sound chamber 12.
The sound playing unit 20 is a ring-shaped loudspeaker single body that is arranged in the accommodating space 13 and is used for outputting the sound, and the sound output by the sound playing unit 20 is transmitted to the sound chamber 12 through the sound outlet 14 and then is transmitted to the ear of the user (the 1 sound transmission direction refers to arrows shown in FIG. 2).
In use, the body 10 is ring-shaped, the center part of the body 10 is the range of the sound chamber 12, so, compared with the traditional sound playing device of headphone, the body 10 of the sound playing device 1 provided by the present invention relatively has a hollow lightweight effect visually; besides, when the user puts on the headphone, the sound chamber 12 faces the ear of the user and also comes into contact with the air of external environment, so that the sound playing device 1 provided by the present invention has relatively better air permeability, and the user can more comfortably use the headphone.
It should be noted that a person skilled in the art can change the shape of the body 10 into another shape, such as a rhombus shape, according to actual requirements, thereby ensuring that the sound playing device is compatible of a lightweight visual effect and a relatively better aesthetic effect.
It should be supplemented that the person skilled in the art can arrange the loudspeaker single body of the sound playing unit 20 at an adjoining part between the body 10 and the connecting piece 2 (as shown in FIG. 3), or change the sound playing unit 20 into a plurality of loudspeaker single bodies which are arranged in the accommodating space 13 at intervals (as shown in FIG. 4). Additionally, the person skilled in the art can also change the sound outlet 14 into a plurality of sound outlets 17 which are distributed on the first housing 15 and the second housing 16 and are arranged in the side face 11 at intervals (as shown in FIG. 5), or arrange the sound outlet 14 in the second housing 16, so that sound waves output by the sound playing unit 20 are further centralized and face the ear of the user (as shown in FIG. 6). Actually, any above situations can be selected as long as the sound output by the sound playing unit 20 can be smoothly transmitted to the sound chamber 12 through the sound outlet 14.
Referring to FIG. 7, in order to reinforce a bass effect of the sound output by the sound playing device 1 provided by the present invention, and transmit the sound to the ear of the user in a centralized manner, in this embodiment, the sound outlet 14 is formed in the second housing 16, and a transparent cover 30 is arranged on one surface of the first housing 15 to seal one side of the sound chamber 12. In this way, sound waves output by the sound playing unit 20 are centralized and face the ear of the user, and the sealed sound chamber 12 provides a relatively better sound wave resonance effect. Furthermore, the transparent cover 30 allows penetration of light rays, so that the ear of the user can be directly seen, and the sound playing device 1 provided by the present invention can maintain the same hollow lightweight visual effect.
Finally, it should be noted again that components disclosed in above-mentioned embodiments by the present invention are merely illustrated, and the protection range of the present invention is not limited thereto. All other structure changes easy to be thought or other equivalent component substitution changes should fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
