Abstract

The present invention discloses a multi-functional shower bar which includes a three-way water inflow main body, an upper pipe in seal connection with one of connectors of the three-way water inflow main body, a lower straight pipe in seal connection with another connector of the three-way water inflow main body, and a mainfold assembly in seal connection with the other end of the lower straight pipe, wherein the other end of the upper pipe is provided with a water outlet welding joint used for mounting a shower head, the upper pipe and the lower straight pipe are mutually perpendicular, an inner pipe is arranged inside the lower straight pipe, one end of the inner pipe is provided with a water sealing joint which is matched with the inner pipe to guide water into the upper pipe and allows the lower straight pipe to be in seal connection with the three-way water inflow main body, and the other end of the inner pipe is in seal connection with the mainfold assembly through a mainfold joint. The multi-functional shower bar also includes a water inflow joint and a water sealing fixed member which are interchangeably used, wherein the water inflow joint is connected with the three-way water inflow main body or the mainfold assembly, and the water sealing fixed member is connected with the three-way water inflow main body or the mainfold assembly. BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to bathroom equipment, and particularly relates to a multi-functional shower bar.
Related Art
With the development of bathroom industry and improvement of human living standard, more and more families and hotels start to use shower bars. At present, the water inflow manner of the shower bar in the market is single and stationary, the shower bar in this structure is only suitably mounted at a position which is fit to the water inflow manner, is small in appropriate mounting range, and can not meet the requirement of consumers.
Accordingly, it is desired to research and develop a shower bar capable of easily switching water inflow manners.
Summary
The object of the present invention is to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and provide a multi-functional shower bar.
According to the present invention, the technical scheme to solve the technical problem is as follows: a multi-functional shower bar includes a three-way water inflow main body, an upper pipe in seal connection with one of connectors of the three-way inflow main body, a lower straight pipe in in seal connection with another connector of the three-way water inflow main body, and a mainfold assembly in seal connection with the other end of the lower straight pipe, wherein the other end of the upper pipe is provided with a water outlet welding joint used for mounting a shower head, the upper pipe and the lower straight pipe are mutually perpendicular, an inner pipe used for guiding water upwardly shunted by the mainfold assembly to the upper pipe is arranged inside the lower straight pipe, one end of the inner pipe is provided with a water sealing joint which is matched with the inner pipe to guide water into the upper pipe and allows the lower straight pipe to be in seal connection with the three-way water inflow main body, and the other end of the inner pipe is in seal connection with the mainfold assembly through a mainfold joint. The multi-functional shower bar also includes a water inflow joint and a water sealing fixed member which are interchangeably used, wherein the water inflow joint is connected with the three-way water inflow main body or the mainfold assembly, and the water sealing fixed member is connected with the three-way water inflow main body or the mainfold assembly. The water inflow manner of the shower bar of the present invention can be switched into upward water inflow or downward water inflow through interchangeable use of the water inflow joint and the water sealing fixed member, and is large in appropriate range; when in mounting, people can select the water inflow manner of the shower bar according to the height of a water inflow faucet outside a mounting position.
Further, the mainfold assembly includes a mainfold main body in seal connection with the mianfold joint and the lower straight pipe, a valve core arranged inside the mainfold main body and shunting water, a hand wheel in seal connection with the mainfold main body and used for driving the valve core, a handle mounted on the hand wheel, and a water outlet joint in seal connection with the lower water outlet of the mainfold main body, wherein the mainfold main body is further connected with the water inflow joint or the water sealing fixed member. People can control the shunting of the valve core through the handle, so as to realize the water discharge manner of the shower bar.
When the water inflow joint is connected with the mainfold main body, the water sealing fixed member is connected with the three-way water inflow main body, at this time, the water inflow manner of the shower bar is downward water inflow; when in use, water enters from the water inflow joint and is subjected to two-grade shunting via the valve core; at the first grade, shunted water flows to the upper pipe through the inner pipe and outflows from the water outlet welding joint of the upper pipe to support people to shower; and in the second grade, the shunted water outflows via the water outlet joint which can be connected with a mounted handle type shower head or mounted water outlet faucet. When the water inlet joint is connected with the three-way water inflow main body, the water sealing fixed member is connected with the mainfold main body, at this time, the water inflow manner of the shower bar is upward water inflow; when in use, water enters from the water inflow joint, flows to the mainfold assembly via the lower straight pipe and then is subjected to two-grade shunting via the valve core; at the first grade, the shunting water outflows via the water outlet joint. The multi-functional shower bar provided by the present invention is simple in structure, realizes a condition that two water inflow manners are controlled by one valve, the connection manners of the water inflow joint or the water sealing fixed member with the mainfold main body or three-way water inflow main body are flexible connection convenient to disassemble and can be realized through rotary knob threads; thus, when the water inflow joint and the water sealing fixed member need to interchange mounting positions, they can be conveniently disassembled from parts which have been connected, and interchange process is convenient and rapid.
Further, each of the water inflow joint and the water sealing fixed member is provided with a decoration cover used for covering so as to increase the aesthetic feeling of the appearance of the shower bar.
In summary, the water inflow manner of the present invention can be switched into upward water inflow or downward water inflow through interchangeable use between the water inflow joint and the water sealing fixed member, and is large in appropriate mounting range; when in mounting, people can select the water inflow manner of the shower bar according to the height of a water inflow faucet outside a mounting position. The water inflow joint and the water sealing fixed member of the present invention adopt flexible connection manner, so that the mounting and interchange of the water inflow joint and the water sealing fixed member are extremely convenient and rapid. In the present invention, the inner pipe used for guiding water upwardly shunted by the water diversion assembly to the upper pipe is provided, so that one valve control is realized, namely, the water diversion assembly uniformly controls the water flown in the upward water inflow manner or downward water inflow manner without additional addition of a water diversion valve. The water diversion assembly of the present invention is mounted at the bottom of the shower bar, such that, each shower person can conveniently use the water diversion assembly, thereby meeting the shower demand of the shower person.

Description of Embodiments
Embodiment 1
An multi-functional shower bar disclosed by the embodiment 1, as shown in FIG.1 to FIG.6, includes a three-way water inflow main body 1, an upper pipe 2 in seal connection with one of connectors of the three-way water inflow main body, a lower straight pipe 3 in in seal connection with another connector of the three-way water inflow main body, and a mainfold assembly 4 in seal connection with the other end of the lower straight pipe, wherein the other end of the upper pipe is provided with a water outlet welding joint 5 used for mounting a shower head, the upper pipe and the lower straight pipe are mutually perpendicular, an inner pipe used for guiding water upwardly shunted by the mainfold assembly to the upper pipe is arranged inside the lower straight pipe, one end of the inner pipe is provided with a water seal joint 8 which is matched with the inner pipe to guide water into the upper pipe and allows the lower straight pipe to be in seal connection with the three-way water inflow main body, and the other end of the inner pipe is in seal connection with the mainfold assembly through a mainfold joint 8. The multi-functional shower bar also includes a water inflow joint 9 and a water sealing fixed member 10 which are interchangeably used. In this embodiment, the position of the external water inflow faucet is relatively high, so the upward water inflow manner is selected. In this embodiment, the water inflow joint is flexibly connected with the three-way water inflow main body, the water sealing fixed member is flexibly connected with the mainfold assembly, and the water inflow flow direction and the water shunting flow direction of the upward water inflow manner are as shown in FIG.7. In the practical mounting, if the position of the external water inflow faucet is relatively low, the downward water inflow manner is selected, namely, the water inflow joint is flexibly connected with the mainfold assembly, the water sealing fixed member is flexibly connected with the three-way water inflow main body, and the water inflow flow direction and the water shunting flow direction of the upward water inflow manner are as shown in FIG.8.
The mainfold assembly in this embodiment includes a water shunting main body 11 in seal connection with the mainfild joint and the lower straight pipe, a valve core 12 arranged inside the water shunting main body and used for shunting water, a hand wheel 13 in seal connection with the water shunting main body and used for driving the valve core, a handle 14 mounted on the hand wheel and a water outlet joint 15 in seal connection with the lower water outlet of the water shunting main body, and the water shunting main body is connected with the water sealing fixed member. People can control the shunting of the valve core through the handle, so as to realize the control of the water outlet manner of the shower bar.
The connection manner of the water inflow joint and the three-way inflow main body and the connection manner of the water sealing fixed member and the water shunting main body are rotary knob thread connection which is convenient to disassemble, thus, when the water inflow joint and the water sealing fixed member need to interchange positions, they can be conveniently disassembled from parts which have been connected, and interchanging process is convenient and rapid.
The decoration cover 16 is mounted on each of the water inflow joint and the water sealing fixed member so as to increase the aesthetic feeling of the appearance of the shower bar.
The above description is only preferred embodiment of the present invention, but does not limit the structure of the present invention in any forms, and any simple amendment, equivalent variation and modification made to the above embodiment according to the technical substance of the present invention are included within the scope of the technical scheme of the present invention.
