TECHNIKOS LYGISSTATE OF THE ART
Iki šiol buvo žinomi porėto šarmu aktyvuotų pelenų betono gavimo būdai, naudojant sudėtingas technologijas arba brangias rišamąsias medžiagas.Until now, methods of obtaining porous alkali-activated fly ash concrete were known, using complex technologies or expensive binding materials.
Patent application WO2014141051A1 describes a high-strength geopolymer composite porous concrete. In this concrete, the composite binder consists of: one or more Class F fly ash materials (containing 15% by weight or less calcium oxide), one or more gelling agents, and one or more hardening enhancers. Portland cement is not used in the mentioned composite binder. In the present invention and patent application, aerated concrete is produced using class F fly ash (C/ass F fly ash), which is obtained by burning anthracite and bituminous coal for this purpose. Šios medžiagos gamybai reikalinga aukšta temperatūra ir yra naudojama daug pradinių medžiagų, todėl jos gamybos ir panaudojimo ekonominis bei ekologinis efektas gali būti nepakankami.US Patent Application US2002073898 A1 (Patent US6818055B2, published 2002-06-20) describes a porous silicate granular material and a method of making it. The invention relates to a porous granular silicate material, an aggregate for the production of building materials such as lightweight concrete, mortar, or heat-insulating plaster. Said material consists of amorphous or crystalline and amorphous starting materials consisting of: 45-85% SiO2, 5-20% alkaline oxide, 5-30% alkaline earth oxide and 2-30% other oxides (AI2O3 and/or FežOs). The method of producing porous cement-free clay composite concrete is described in patent application WO03089385A1. Porous cement-free clay composite concrete is produced using the following starting materials: water, aggregates, clay, blast furnace slag and lime. In this method of porous material production, the pores are created by mechanically shaking or mixing the wetted aggregates. The size, structure and amount of pores depends on the mixing parameters, and in the production process of such concrete, special mixing equipment is required, which determines the required parameters.
Tuo metu vyksta karbonizacija. Naudojant kalcio sulfato gamybos žaliavą, esant tam tikram CO2 dujų slėgiui galima sukurti stabilų karbonatą. Užpildžius tarpus tarp porų karbonatu, sustiprinama porų struktūra, todėl gaminiai įgauna tam tikrą stiprumą. Šiame išradime porėtos struktūros sudarymui naudojamas specifinės sąlygos ir įranga. Struktūrai sukurti reikalingi papildomi finansiniai kaštai, kurie didina gaminio kainą.Chinese patent application CN109574701A discloses a non-autoclave method for producing nickel slag porous bricks. The nickel slag porous brick described in the present invention is produced by a non-autoclave method, and is composed of a basic binder, water, a foaming agent and an additive. The main binding material consists of 25-50% nickel slag, 25-50% mineral powder, 10-20% cement and 5% gypsum. The foaming agent is added with a hydrogen peroxide solution with a concentration of 30%, and the proportion of the foaming agent is 1.0-2.2% of the base binder. The additive consists of a thickening foam stabilizer and a reinforcing material. Nickel slag porous bricks are produced by a non-autoclave method. They are formed at a temperature of 80-100°C, 2-3 MPa CO2 gas pressure and kept for 2-6 years. During this time carbonation takes place. Using the raw material for the production of calcium sulfate, a stable carbonate can be created under a certain pressure of CO2 gas. Filling the spaces between the pores with carbonate strengthens the pore structure, which gives the products a certain strength. The present invention uses specific conditions and equipment to form the porous structure. Additional financial costs are required to create the structure, which increases the price of the product.
Closest to this invention is the geopolymer gas lightweight concrete and its preparation method described in Chinese patent application CN107043273A. The initial materials of the concrete composition include slag and fly ash powder mixtures, alkali activator, inorganic ultra-light aggregates, polymer powder, inorganic fibers, hydrogen peroxide as a chemical foaming agent, foaming catalyst, inorganic porous carrier and foam stabilizer. The method of preparation of gas geopolymer concrete includes the following stages: mixing and production of various components according to a certain ratio. Such lightweight concrete can be used for energy-efficient insulation of low-temperature and normal-pressure buildings, reducing wall weight and reducing CO2. Reducing emissions contributes to improving ecological and economic benefits. Construction and material costs can be significantly reduced. The disadvantage of this method is that the mixture consists of a large number of components and additives that influence the final properties of the samples. It is believed that the influence of slag and ash alone on the properties of the sample is not so pronounced, but is regulated by additives and additional materials. The use of additional materials and additives improves the properties of the sample, but increases the production cost.
Taip pat, porėtoje betono struktūroje poros yra sukuriamos reaguojant cheminiams reagentams, todėl betono ir jo produktų (plytų, blokelių) gamybos procese nereikalinga speciali betono mišinio plakimo įranga.after assessing the shortcomings of the concretes and their production methods described in the above-reviewed prior art sources, the present invention provides for improving several characteristics of concrete and its production. According to this invention, porous gas concrete of special composition of alkali-activated binders is created, in the composition of which certain wastes are used instead of expensive primary raw materials and products in the production process, so the environment is not polluted, and the said composite materials do not cost anything or have a symbolic price. In this invention, municipal waste incineration fuel ash can be used for the composition of concrete, that is, in the structure, the binding material consists of cement-free incineration waste, which, when activated with alkali, binds and creates a porous concrete structure. Also, in the porous structure of concrete, pores are created by the reaction of chemical reagents, so special equipment for mixing the concrete mixture is not required in the production process of concrete and its products (bricks, blocks).

First, the ash and calcium sulfate materials are weighed according to Tables 3 and 4, then the mixtures of these dry materials are homogenized. The caustic soda solution is prepared by dissolving the required amount of caustic soda in water. After that, the sodium alkali solution at room temperature is poured into the aforementioned homogenized mixture of dry materials and mixed to a homogeneous consistency. After that, the required amount of hydrogen peroxide is added to the resulting dough and the dough is again mixed until a homogeneous mass, which is then poured into molds. Isolated from the environment, the samples are kept in the molds at room temperature for a period of 1 day, during which swelling of the samples and the pores in them takes place. After a day, the samples or products (tiles, blocks) are unmolded, cut into smaller samples or products of the desired volume, and cured for 24 hours at a temperature of 60 - 65 °C.
After 26 days, the physical and mechanical properties of the samples were determined. Based on the research results (Figures 1 and 2), it can be stated that the compressive strength depends on the density of the samples. The optimal, practically applicable, density of the specimens is WOOHOO kg/m 3 . This enables to achieve a compressive strength greater than 3 MPa, with an optimal amount and distribution of pores in the specimen or product (Figure 3).
