Aprašymu pateikiamas įtaisas priskiriamas medicinos sričiai ir gali būti naudojamas žmogaus kraujotakos sistemos ir stuburo sistemos funkcijų gerinimui naudojant akustines bangas. The device provided in the description belongs to the field of medicine and can be used to improve the functions of the human circulatory system and the spinal system by using acoustic waves.
Technikos lygisState of the art
Nurodytame įrenginyje akustinių keitiklių skleidžiami virpesiai kontaktuodami su žmogaus oda į kūną perduoda akustinę energiją tiesiogiai veikiančią toje zonoje esančius organus, kas neleidžia išskirti terapijos poveikio konkrečiam organui, be to toks metodas reikalauja pakankamai didelių energijos sąnaudų. Patente aprašomos įvairių ligų ir sutrikimų terapijos galimybės naudojant aprašomą įtaisą, taip pat ir galimas poveikis žmogaus stuburo sistemai bei tokiai terapijai rekomenduojami moduliuotų virpesių dažniai bei amplitudės.Patent document US2008 / 0195007 (A1) (published on 14-08-2008) describes an acoustic vibration device and methods of its therapeutic application, the device operating when acoustic vibrations are transmitted by one or more acoustic transducers directly in contact with human skin, the frequency can be from 1Hz to 1500 Hz and the amplitude from 20 pm to 5000 pm. In a given device, the vibrations emitted by acoustic transducers in contact with human skin transmit acoustic energy directly to the organs in the area, which prevents the isolation of the therapeutic effect on a particular organ, and such a method requires a sufficiently high energy consumption. The patent describes the possibilities of therapy of various diseases and disorders using the described device, as well as the possible effects on the human spinal system and the frequencies and amplitudes of modulated oscillations recommended for such therapy.
Patente US 5113852 (A) (publikuotas 1992-05-19) aprašoma procedūra ir įrenginys skirtas virpesių perdavimui į žmogaus kūną naudojant vibratorius. No. 5,138,552 (A) (published May 19, 1992) describes a procedure and apparatus for transmitting vibrations to the human body using vibrators. the device is designed for relaxation and therapeutic effect. The vibrators are built into a stationary chair and during contact with the human body act on the human body with high intensity pulses. The device consists of at least two vibrators arranged side by side in a single line and generating mechanical vibrations. The oscillations emitted by each vibrator are modulated in amplitude and, in certain applications, and in frequency, and their phase is different. This results in a pulsating wave that acts on a narrow and constant depth of the human body area.
Aukščiau paminėtuose ir panašiuose patentuose nurodytais įrenginiais akustiniai virpesiai perduodami į žmogaus kūną ištisai, veikia pastovaus ploto ir gylio kūno sritis, t.y. nėra galimybės koncentruoti akustinių virpesių poveikį į norimą paveikti žmogaus kūno vietą lokaliai, todėl jie yra mažiau efektyvūs.With the devices referred to in the above-mentioned and similar patents, acoustic vibrations are transmitted to the human body continuously, acting on a constant area and depth of the body area, i. there is no possibility to concentrate the effects of acoustic vibrations on the desired location of the human body locally, making them less effective.
Šioje paraiškoje pristatomame žmogaus kūno organų poveikio akustinėmis bangomis įrenginyje, akustiniai vibratoriai išdėstyti ir sužadinami taip, kad jų skleidžiami skirtingo dažnio harmoniniai virpesiai sumuojasi viename erdvės taške, kuriame gaunama pulsuojančios amplitudės banga, kurios dažnis yra lygus ją sudarančių virpesių dažnių skirtumui. In the acoustic wave device for human organs presented in this application, acoustic vibrators are arranged and excited so that the harmonic oscillations they emit at different frequencies sum together at a single point in space to produce a wave of pulsating amplitude with a frequency equal to the oscillation frequency.
Šioje paraiškoje aprašomas įrenginys, ne tik išsprendžia anksčiau minėtų įrenginių trūkumus, tačiau ir supaprastina pulsacijų generavimą bei valdymą.This application describes the device, not only solves the disadvantages of the above devices, but also simplifies the generation and control of pulsations.
Išradimo esmėThe essence of the invention
Išradimo tikslas - akustinio virpesių poveikio į tam numatytą žmogaus kūno sritį efektyvumo padidinimas, siekiant išplėsti dabar žmogaus kūno organų terapijai naudojamų akustinių įrenginių funkcionalumą bei praktinį panaudojimą.The object of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the acoustic effect of vibrations on a designated area of the human body in order to expand the functionality and practical use of acoustic devices currently used for the therapy of organs of the human body.
The device can be used not only to improve human blood circulation, but also for human spinal system therapy: to enhance the nutritional process of intervertebral discs and increase spinal density by configuring the device so that acoustic vibrators are positioned and excited so that harmonic oscillations of different frequencies are summed in a specific space. point and a wave of pulsating amplitude is obtained.

Išsamus išradimo aprašymasDetailed description of the invention
Pav. 1 pavaizduota žmogaus kūno (4) poveikio akustinėmis bangomis įrenginio schema, sudaryta iš akustinių vibratorių (1), sumontuotų ant specialaus stovo (2) ir žadinamų elektriniais generatoriais (3). Stovuose (2) įtaisytus vibratorius (1) galima reguliuoti t.y. keisti jų padėtį taip, kad skleidžiami kryptingi skirtingo dažnio akustiniai virpesiai fokusuotus! tam tikrame erdvės taške, atsižvelgiant į norimą paveikti žmogaus kūno organo lokalią vietą.Fig. 1 shows a diagram of a device for the exposure of the human body (4) to acoustic waves, consisting of acoustic vibrators (1) mounted on a special stand (2) and excited by electric generators (3). The vibrators (1) mounted on the stands (2) can be adjusted, i. change their position so that directional acoustic vibrations of different frequencies are emitted in focus! at a certain point in space, depending on the local location of the organ of the human body to be affected.
Pav.2 pavaizduotas elektriniais generatoriais (3) sužadinamų akustinių vibratorių (1) suminis akustinis signalas, kuriuo veikiamos norimos žmogaus kūno organo lokalios vietos.Figure 2 shows the total acoustic signal of acoustic vibrators (1) excited by electric generators (3), which affects the desired local areas of the human body organ.
Veikiant žmogaus kūno (4) organus, pvz. stuburą, akustinėmis bangomis įrenginio elektrinių generatorių (3) sužadinami akustiniai vibratoriai (1) skleidžia skirtingo dažnio (priklausomai nuo norimo paveikti organo) harmoninius ir kryptingus virpesius, nukreiptus į tam tikrą erdvės tašką, pvz. lokalią stuburo vietą tame taške šių virpesių suma generuoja pulsuojančios amplitudės virpesį, kurios pulsacijos dažnis yra lygus jį sudarančių virpesių dažnių skirtumui, o pulsuojančios amplitudės virpesio dažnis lygus j konkretų tašką nukreiptų virpesių dažnių vidurkiui (pav.2). Toks akustinių vibratorių išdėstymas bei žadinimas leidžia supaprastinti pulsuojančios amplitudės virpesių suformavimą bei valdymą, be to, leidžia paveikti tik lokalią pažeistą žmogaus kūno organo vietą ir mažina poveikį kitoms žmogaus kūno sritims.By acting on organs of the human body (4), e.g. spine, the acoustic vibrators (1) excited by the electric generators (3) of the device by acoustic waves emit harmonic and directional oscillations of different frequencies (depending on the organ to be affected) directed to a certain point in space, e.g. the local location of the spine at that point generates a pulsation of pulsating amplitude whose pulsation frequency is equal to the difference in the oscillation frequencies of its constituents, and the oscillation frequency of the pulsating amplitude is equal to the average of the oscillation frequencies directed to a particular point (Fig.2). Acoustic vibrators mounted on a special stand (2) can be adjusted mechanically, i. change their position so that the emitted acoustic vibrations are focused! at a certain point in space, depending on the local location of the organ of the human body to be affected. In this way, they are regulated so that the oscillations of different frequencies they emit are directed to the intended therapeutic site (e.g., the spine), where their sum generates a oscillation of a pulsating amplitude with a pulsation frequency equal to the difference in the oscillation frequencies. This arrangement and excitation of acoustic vibrators simplifies the generation and control of pulsating amplitude oscillations, and only affects the local damaged location of the human body organ and reduces the impact on other areas of the human body.
Palyginus su artimiausiu analogu, šis naujas žmogaus kūno poveikio akustinėmis bangomis įrenginys taip pat gali būti pritaikytas žmogaus stuburo sistemos terapijai: tarpslankstelinių diskų mitybos proceso efektyvinimui ar stuburo slankstelių audinio tankinimui.Compared to its closest analogue, this new acoustic wave device for the human body can also be adapted for the therapy of the human spinal system: to enhance the nutritional process of intervertebral discs or to thicken the vertebral tissue.
