Abstract

The invention relates to agriculture sector and can be used to solve problems of harmful gas reduction, soil empowerment as well as environmental protection. Manure and contaminated surface areas in a barn are treated with biological preparations containing essential oils, vegetable oils and extracts, mineral oil distillates, seaweed extract, Azospirillum, Frateuria aurentia and Bacillus megaterium bacteria colonies. Even distribution and periodic application of the mixture of bioadditive is carried out by spraying the solution with small droplets, which settle on the manure and manure-contaminated surfaces (manure tracks) in a barn. Manure treatment with biological agents provides favorable conditions for the action of reducing manure microorganisms, which are a source of harmful gas release. The reduction of ammonia gas evaporation up to 32% has been determined, and manure has been enriched with materials useful for soil recovery and viability retention (organic matter content increased up to 16 %, nitrate nitrogen content up to 33 %).

Sritis, kuriai priskiriamas išradimasField of the Invention

Išradimas priklauso žemės ūkio sričiai, sprendžiančiai kenksmingų dujų emisijos, dirvos gerinimo ir aplinkosaugos problemas. The invention relates to the field of agriculture, which addresses the problems of harmful gas emissions, soil improvement and environmental protection.

Išradimo lygisInvention Level

Biologinis skaidymas, kurj atlieka mikroorganizmai įvairios kilmės atliekų masėse, sukelia kenksmingų dujų išsiskyrimą, o pastarosios teršia aplinką. Ši problema gali būti sprendžiama įvairiais būdais: panaudojant fizikines, mechanines, chemines, biologines poveikio priemones arba jų derinius. US 20100032371 (2010) patente atliekų masė apdorojama fiksuotos temperatūros, drėgno oro srautu, kuris skatina aerobinių bakterijų veiklą giluminiuose atliekų sluoksniuose arba dalinai uždaroje specializuotų atliekų masėje. Kečiant oro srauto parametrus, keičiamas atliekų masės aeracijos intensyvumas, o tuo pačiu kontroliuojamas bakterijų atliekamas degradacijos procesas.Biodegradation by microorganisms in waste masses of various origins results in the release of harmful gases, which pollute the environment. There are many ways to solve this problem: physical, mechanical, chemical, biological agents, or combinations thereof. In U.S. Patent No. 20100032371 (2010), the waste mass is treated with a fixed temperature, humid air stream that promotes the activity of aerobic bacteria in the deep layers of the waste or in a partially enclosed mass of specialized waste. By changing the airflow parameters, the aeration intensity of the waste mass is changed, while the bacterial degradation process is controlled.

JAV patente US 9005333 (2015) aprašomas cheminis amoniako pašalinimo būdas skystose gyvūnų ir komunalinėse nuotekose. Panaudojant organines ir neorganines rūgštis nuotėkose esantis amoniakas nusodinamas amonio druskų pavidalu.U.S. Patent No. 900,5333 (2015) describes a chemical process for removing ammonia in liquid animal and municipal wastewater. Using organic and inorganic acids, the ammonia present in the effluent is precipitated as ammonium salts.

Yra žinoma, kad paveikiant arba praturtinant mėšlą įvairios sudėties biologiniais preparatais keičiamas jame esančių mikroorganizmų metabolizmas, pavyzdžiui, atmosferos azoto fiksacija, mineralinių medžiagų skaidymas, lakių junginių, įskaitant ir amoniaką, išskyrimas. Taip apdorotas mėšlas gali būti efektyvesnė dirvos gerinimo priemonė, lyginant su neapdorotu [Biologinės trąšos kompozicija, apimanti paukščių mėšlą, US 20060024281 A1 (2006)].Treatment or enrichment of manure with biological formulations is known to alter the metabolism of microorganisms present in the manure, such as atmospheric nitrogen fixation, mineral degradation, and the release of volatile compounds, including ammonia. Manure treated in this way can be a more effective soil conditioner than untreated [Biological Fertilizer Composition comprising Poultry Manure, US 20060024281 A1 (2006)].

Išradimo esmėThe essence of the invention

Ammonia emissions from cattle are about 50% of total gas emissions. Controlling and limiting localized air pollution with ammonia limits the maximum emissions from the animal site. It is important to reduce emissions from the barns as about 37 40% of the ammonia is evaporated from the barns. Combining biofuel blend solutions with environmental pollution sources throughout the volume can reduce ammonia gas evaporation and environmental pollution.

Išradimo uždavinys - sumažinti kenksmingų dujų garavimą iš mėšlo, panaudojant biologinius preparatus. The object of the invention is to reduce the evaporation of harmful gases from manure using biological preparations.

Uždavinys įgyvendinamas paveikiant mėšlą ir juo užterštus paviršiaus plotus biologinių preparatų mišinio tirpalu, kurio sudėtyje yra eteriniai, augaliniai aliejai ir ekstraktai, mineralinių aliejų distiliatai, jūros dumblių ekstrakto, Azospirillum, Frateuria aurentia ir Bacillus megaterium bakterijų kolonijos. The task is accomplished by treating manure and contaminated surface areas with a solution of a mixture of biological preparations containing essential bacterial colonies of essential oils, vegetable oils and extracts, mineral oil distillates, seaweed extract, Azospirillum, Frateuria aurentia and Bacillus megaterium.

In the case of biological treatment of manure, a uniform and even distribution of the solution of the mixture of biocides over the entire volume of the manure must be ensured. Proper distribution of the biologicals is done periodically (1-2 times a week), evenly distributing the mixture of biologically active substances prior to disposal of cattle manure by scraper rather than directly pouring into the tank. The uniform application of the biocide mixture solution is accomplished by spraying the solution with small droplets that settle on the manure and manure-contaminated surfaces (manure paths) in the barn. When manure is cleaned in a barn with a scraper conveyor, the solution of the bio-additive mixture is mixed into the source of contamination and distributed throughout the manure volume. After spreading the solution of the bio-additive mixture, the manure is removed from the barn and placed in the manure without crumbling and maintaining the homogeneity of the manure and absorption of the bio-additive mixture at the source of contamination. In this way, it is possible to influence the reducing manure microorganisms, which are the source of harmful gases.

Išradimo realizavimasImplementation of the invention

Panaudojus biotechnologinius preparatus ir atlikus eksperimentinius tyrimus, įvertinta, kad galvijų mėšlą paveikus biologinių preparatų mišinio tirpalu, amoniako dujų garavimas iš galvijų mėšlo sumažėja iki 32 % lyginant su nepaveiktu galvijų mėšlu. Nustatyta biopriedų mišinio norma nuo 0,2 iki 0,3 I maišoma su 4 - 6 I vandens - 1 m3 galvijų mėšlo.It has been estimated from the use of biotechnological preparations and experimental studies that the treatment of cattle manure with a mixture of biological preparations reduces the evaporation of ammonia gas from cattle manure by up to 32% compared to untreated cattle manure. The prescribed rate of bio-additive mixture from 0.2 to 0.3 l is mixed with 4-6 l of water - 1 m 3 of cattle manure.

Atlikus agrocheminės sudėties tyrimus, papildomai nustatyta, kad biologiniai preparatai praturtina mėšlą dirvožemio atstatymui ir gyvybingumo išlaikymui naudingomis medžiagomis - organinės medžiagos kiekis padidėja vidutiniškai 16 %, nitratinio azoto kiekis - 33 %.The agrochemical studies also showed that biological preparations enrich the manure with substances useful for soil restoration and maintenance of vitality, with an average increase of 16% in organic matter and 33% in nitrate nitrogen.

įvertinta, kad strategiškai kombinuotų biopriedų mišinio tirpalu apdorojus mėšlą aerobinėmis sąlygomis, po savaitės amoniako garavimas gali sumažėti dvigubai ir intensyvesnis amoniako garavimas iš skysto galvijų mėšlo lemia didesnį kombinuotų biopriedų mišinio tirpalo poveikį slopinant dujų garavimą.It has been estimated that aerobic treatment of manure using a strategically combined biocompound mixture solution can halve ammonia evaporation after one week, and that more intensive ammonia evaporation from liquid cattle manure results in a greater effect of the combined biocomposit mixture solution in suppressing gas evaporation.
