Abstract

A vertical stand for holding flower pot comprising a supporting structure, an upper and lower attachment system by which the stand is fastened between floor and ceiling in a room. The holders of the flower pots are fastened to the supporting structure. The positions of the flower pots may be changed vertically and also around the axis of the supporting structure. The flower pots’ base comprises a basket with a plate.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to the field of special purpose furniture and to vertical rack handles for multi-layered placement of flower pots in small spaces.

FIELD OF INVENTION

TECHNICAL LEVEL

A known solution for an industrial example is described in EE00372 Metal Flower Steps Deise and US D439072 Flower Stand, which comprises a segmented three-column support structure and is screwed onto one side with a screw between floor and ceiling. On stairs placed at certain heights of the supporting structure, the flower-potted ring structure can be attached without a plate. Flower pot holders can be arranged in a support structure that limits the exact placement of the holders in only three directions.

Patent CN 101731887 describes a multi-storey and multi-directional flower shelf having a small flower pot support with a thread-adjustable height at the top of a vertical column. Circular flower stands without plate are attached to tubes around a steep column. The height of the flower stand tubes can be adjusted according to the holes in the upright column. According to such a decision, it cannot be installed between the floor and the ceiling.

According to all of the above solutions, flower pots are placed in plate-free flower pot holders, so the water used for watering drops to the floor. If the plates are placed separately on the flower pot holders, this does not prevent the flower pots from falling off the flower pot holder. So, this solution is insecure.

Patent FR 2715956 discloses a telescopic column for holding flower pots and is fixed between the ceiling and the floor. The column has a lower tube-shaped part and an upper threaded adjustable part which is located in the lower part. There are several tubes around the pillar, which are provided with horizontal plates for flower pots and plates. Like tube holders, the plates are placed on the previous tube so that they cannot be individually adjusted in the vertical direction. According to this solution, flower pots are placed on horizontal plates without any fastening, so flower pots can fall.

From a technical point of view, the flower stand described in JP 2000116484 is closest to the proposed solution as it has a support pillar fixed between the ceiling and the floor; the support pole is provided with flower pot holders that are secured by support means around the support pole in optional positions and can be rotated and moved in a vertical direction. Supporting devices, guard rings are attached so that flower pots do not fall. According to JP200116484, the support pole has tubes which are disposed on one another and can move by the telescope principle. The length of the support column is fixed by reducing the hole in the outer tube of the support column, thereby preventing movement of the inner tube. Due to the physical forces due to vertical loading, this solution does not provide sufficient pressure on both the upper and lower parts relative to the adjustable threaded fasteners and nuts. Also, there is no possibility of secure additional mounting on the floor or ceiling. In this solution, the support post can be adjusted at the top. The safety ring attached to the supports and intended to prevent the flower pot from falling down is equipped with a single end attachment so the flower pot can still fall in the non-anchorage direction and cause an accident. Unlike the above solution, the upper protective ring according to the present invention is attached to the lower protective ring of the pot on four sides, thereby forming a separate and secure basket attached to the support means. Description of the Invention

The object of the present invention is to improve and produce a stand for convenient vertical, multi-layered and multi-directional, preferably multiple flower pots arrangement in small spaces. Preferably, the rack is used to save space in pots in small rooms, such as apartments.

The stand includes a support structure, upper and lower support structures that are used to secure the flower pot stand in the room between floor and ceiling, as well as flower holders and plates. PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The vertical flower pot stand includes a support structure 1, which consists of three tubes which can be fastened to each other (2, 3, 4). The tubes 2, 3, 4 are vertically capable of being fastened to each other in the fastener 5 on the tube 2 and the fastener 6 on the tube 4.
