State of the art

There are known plastic lids that seal the outer edge of the lids.

The sealing of the lid on the outer edge of the lid alone is inadequate: such a lid is insufficiently sealed and misses the contents of the can.

There is known Russian patent no. RU 2 323 089, wherein sealing of the container with a lid is performed by the upper edge of the container and a groove in the lid. The disadvantage of such a solution is that it requires an additional internal lock, which complicates the manufacture of the cap and the removal of the cap from the pan.

Also known are ring-sealed seals that break when the lid is opened, whereas ring-sealed seals are joined by thin connections that break when the lid is opened.

For example, the known solution according to patent no. RU 2 199 476 has the following disadvantages: Thin connections are deformed and partially torn when screwing on the lid, especially with large caps. If the joints are thicker, then the ring-seal will not completely loosen when the cap is opened.

The essence of the invention

It is suggested that these problems be solved as follows: in order to protect the cap connections to the ring, the supports between the joints, which are only connected to the ring - seal or cap - are made. By screwing the lid onto the jar, these supports prevent the connections between the lid and the ring from slipping. This solves the problem that, by screwing the lid onto the pan, the supports prevent deformation of the joints and prevent the pan from being damaged during closure.

The lid of such a container does not break when screwed and ensures good sealing of the product inside the container.

Brief description of the drawing

The drawing shows a lid for closing containers with various products. The cap consists of a housing 1, a ring seal 2, the connectors 3 connecting the ring seal and the supports 4, which are connected to the lid only, with a small gap between the ring and the supports. The supports 4 can also only be connected to the ring. The gap is then left between the supports 4 and the cover body.

Application of the Invention

Since the seals between the lid and the ring are the supports, by screwing the lid onto the jar and the rim of the jar pressing the ring - seal, the supports 4 prevent the joints from being compressed and deformed while protecting them from damage.
