Plokščių atgręžtoji į saunos patalpą pusė yra padengta gintaro arba žadeito gabaliukų sluoksniu, o infraraudonosios spinduliuotės šildytuvai sienose, grindyse, po suolais, o taip pat stove yra įtaisyti po arba už minėtų karščiui atsparių permatomos medžiagos plokščių, taip, kad šildytuvų spinduliavimas būtų nutkreiptas į atitinkamas permatomos medžiagos plokštes ir tuo pačiu - į gintaro arba žadeito sluoksnį.The object of the invention is to increase the beneficial effect of the sauna on the human body. Šalia infraraudonosios spinduliuotės šildytuvų 9 yra įtaisytos apšvietimo lempos 10, taip pat nukreiptos į minėtą sluoksnį 7.
