The object of the present invention is to provide a candle-postcard composition comprising three main components - a flat candle, a paper package and a stand. Such a composition should be bulk-packed, and should provide for a stable mounting of a flat candle in a rack and a solid position on a flat surface, while providing security during the candle combustion process that will not spill onto the candle material (wax, paraffin, stearin or mixtures thereof). the surface on which the candle is placed.

Based on these criteria, a candle-postcard composition consisting of a cardboard or thick paper package (1), a flat candle (2) and a two-piece stand (3, 4) for the candle is created.
